I'm not frustrated as I have done my DD and am OK with not looking at the day to day, but rather the long run.

I do believe we need a positive review of what PBLS is and has on the table.

Whatever you decide to do........Don't burn your selves and sell LOW!
Wait for the jump and sell into the run if you are getting tired of waiting......I'M HOLDING LONG!
Again......I look at where I first posted this at .002'-3's and what my 1500.00 buy would be worth now...........WOW!

Even better things in the works now than there was then........
I'm gonna' be a very happy girl in a few months from all of the buying I have been doing while these dips happen.
I hope you are all going to the bank with me.

Here is the refresher:

This is info taken from elsewhere for those that have not read it.
Also great DD on the first page of this thread......READ IT!

Company Website - http://WWW.PBLS.BIZ

Phoenix Associate Land Syndicate, Inc. is a holding company with assets and/or interests in sand & gravel, soil products, land development, oil and natural gas, commodity brokering, plumbing, trucking, contract hauling, construction, swimming pool construction and construction related industries. Its stock is traded publicly on the Pink Sheets Bulletin Board under the symbol: PBLS.

The Phoenix corporate core philosophy is to acquire companies that:
Have unrealized profit potential and are willing and eager to work within the Phoenix "family" to improve their company's performance.

Are motivated and need business guidance and/or financial assistance in order to succeed.

Have owners that wish to divest of a company for retirement and/or other personal reasons.

To properly develop and consistently grow as a holding company, other companies such as those described will be added through continued acquisition. This effort will result in an increase in positive cash flow by tapping the sales potential inherent in the newly acquired companies and their assets. As PBLS moves its growth strategy forward, its gross revenue, earnings per share (EPS) and shareholder value will be driven markedly higher, increasing shareholder value.

----------------------------------------------------------------

650 million outstanding shares, per Jan.10, 2006 email from IR (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=9190082)
Float approx. 350 million
Current Market-cap based of $0.05 PPS = $33 million

Or

Assume 1 billion o/s (due to the acquisitions)
that provides a market-cap at $0.05 PPS of $50 million
----------------------------------------------------------------
Assume $10 million of earnings in 2005 alongside the 1 billion o/s
that provides $0.01 earning per share
P/E multipe of 10X = $0.10 PPS
P/E multiple of 20X = $0.20 PPS

----------------------------------------------------------------
Current Book-value estimated by mgmt (Oct.6) = $45 million
Year-end 2005 projected book-value by mgmt (Oct.6) = $60-70 million
Year-end 2006 estimated book-value by mgmt (Feb.1) = $300 million
Note: This figure could dramatically change due to a number of factors, including oil strike on Nevada or Wyoming oil leases and Re-Construction efforts in the New Orleans and surrounding areas.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Murphy Sand & Gravel division (820 acres)-- Reserves estimated at $260 million (more recent company materials also show $300 million, like the Sept. 6, 2005 PR).

February 1997 gave us an estimate of “$260 million based on the lowest prices charged by each of the other mining operations in the area for like products” (source: June 14, 2005 news release)

That evaluation is from almost 9 years ago… based on “lowest prices charged”.

Estimate that the sand and gravel property re-evaluation comes in over $600 million (“at least double” Investor Relations, Mike Mulshine 14/9/2005). With 466 million shares out, that’s over $1.28 per share in sand/gravel reserves.

Good morning Lil, Jelly, bond and all other PBLS faithful!

Lil, from your posts, you sound like you are feeling a whole lot better. We (the gang at allstocks and I) are still going to send our prayers your way for your long-term recovery.

As for PBLS, I'm buying some here and there on the dips, and feeling very confident for the long run.

Have a great day. Happy trading!

Got back late last night from N.O.

We got a ot accomplished in a short period of time.

The number one goal was to prove we found a Pink Company
that was a real company. We were trying to prove this to
ourself(s) and relay back the information.

Yes, they seem to real and much more.
Don't think I ever met a collection of people who were also so polite.

Sorry to get back and see the PPS down after all that hard work and expense.

I can share that the investors I met there pretty much all said they would be recommending this stock to others and buying more themself in the future. Did any one state they didn't like what they saw... NO, people were pretty excited over what we experienced.

I have to leave for work, will write a trip report later today or by early tomorrow, will check in from time to time, but will have to go through my notes to put the trip report together.

PS, a personal tip, if anyone ever orders alligator tail and asks you to try it, pass, unless you like realyy greasy food. Tastes like chicken my AZZ. That was my excuse to kill a few beers every day to try and get rid of the taste.

Mastercraft

I just put a sell order in for .26! I just feel like being a jackass. I know no one is going to buy my shares for that price, but that's what they are really worth! Who the heck is selling??? What a bunch of losers!!! Well God bless all the ones here still holding. I know my sell order won't go through today! Cheers!

You don't think that would be a good idea? Sell at price so you can buy back when it drops?

If I'd followed that strategy instead of just holding all this time (expecting it to boom any second) then I'd be much better off now.

Just a little FYI......

I watched a stock this morning....Everyone was selling......Cept me.....I was catching them on the way down...

Got all I wanted and now it's up to just about 100% from where I got in!

That's what happens......All that sold will regret it and all that are buying now..Oh, you will be so happy!

Just thought I'd pass that on....

Good luck all, I'm so long on this BABY!

Thorn, I understand what you are saying but as I have said in the past, no one knows when audits will be released or more new oil will be struck in WY or NV or as posted below a very nice acquistion. WY should be first and you would not want to not be paying attention when that happens. If you have time to watch the PPS all day long then it would probably be a decent idea but for the overwhelming majority it is truly best to hold for the long run. JMHO

Check these posts out.

Another possibility from the visiting group..

"Jockee, the next probable acquisition will perhaps be a driller. Just our impression and not something PA said! The cost od drilling in WY & NV can be as much as 4mil per hole, but if the driller is "in house" it will be only 1mil. PA is very serious about getting bang for his buck and an astute $ mgr."

Makes sense and might add to the rumour that's already been floating around..acquiring a drilling company next would be logical and cost effective.

2nd one here

Thanks to asus for this tidbit..

I can tell you the pit had trucks coming and going with signs on them from companies I had never heard of, and some I did. There are customers there just doing lots of business with Murphy. Paul did say that he used to expect it to take over 10 years to depleat the pit, now he expects to depleat the pit in 1-3 years. He then went into his office and came out with a geologic report, slapped it onto the large conference table, and said with a big smile on his face, "This geologic report that we ordered to have done says the sand and gravel pit is worth somewhere between $189 million and $300 million."

So the pit asset has value of at least $189 million and could be sold out within the next three years..pretty good revenue/cash flow average per year.. $189/3 =$63 million per year average.

And from CHILLAR.."Paul runs all his businesses like a prime contractor, he uses subs and rakes Ours off the top. Thats the way the pit is run. no employees & overhead just a SCALE."

Stockjockee knows the implications.."CHILAR that is very important ............

No 401Ks
No Pensions
No rising health care costs
No rising workers compensation rates
No Trade unions to tell you how to run your business

There is a small overhead 6% TO 9% OF GROSS.

SWEET !

Jockee"

No plans on selling any PBLS in the near future.
LONG AND STRONG!!

i rather fear, because price is going down. If the person who is selling(the main sells are mainly 100k and 200k blocks, i guess from same person)have some background informations...
I will rather wait for the bottom, not buying anymore (my average price is around 3 cents right now).

PBLS Field Trip, My Notes from 02/20/2006 PBLS Visit

The following are from my notes and memory of the trip.

There are some issues I may not be 100% on and if there’s other investors which attended the meeting, or even PBLS (who I copied) that would like to make additions or modifications, please feel free to correct me, or add anything of substance.

If there’s any bashers out there that want to jump all over my posting, all I can say, dig into you pocket, make the time and go do it yourself.

We started out at the corporate site about 8:45. We were about 30 minutes early.

The house they purchased to use for an office actually functions quite nice; it caught me a bit by surprise how professional of a set-up they had created there. Plenty of office and file space.

Paul stated earlier that he would give us an hour only and then turn us over to someone on his staff. He made it very clear that there were a lot of items he could not go into as
it would be considered insider information and that he had to be careful. He ended up giving us a full two hours and is quite the gentleman.

We had a total of 9-10 investors. A couple more joined that we were not expecting. They were all great. Normally, when you get that many people together there’s usually one jerk / jackal in the bunch. That was not the case, everyone seemed to be there for a positive reason and we all worked well together. The PBLS Group!

#1) Paul pointed out that their attorney firm spent months doing due diligence on them before taking them on. Their Lawyers are suppose to be big players working with companies such as Ford and PBLS had to prove to themselves as viable enough for them to be represented. We got the impression he felt this was a very important item.

Some of the other items in my notes from Paul…

#2) Majority of Pink Companies may be e Pump and Dump and this is not the case here (what we came to find out). We believe he’s 100% correct. Real customers, real staff, real people.

#3) Getting the PPS up is a priority to him too, as he also holds many shares.

#4) Prior to Katrina there were approximately 1/2million people living in N.O. and now only about 100,000. Many have moved out of the area and some were truck drivers,
which hurt the PBLS Trucking Division when they left.

#5) Some of the companies are currently under review to decide if they will kept in the future. I asked about the CA Plumbing Company and was told it may be looked at.

#6) I pointed out that recent news indicates certain type of red clay is one of the components that held up best during the levee breakdown and should become in great demand. Question was… did PBLS have such red clay. Paul indicated that is part of what the Core of Engineers are testing at PBLS.

#7) The Core of Engineers soil testing has been going on for 3-4 months. They bring in new people and have to deal with multiple agencies. Things move slow working with
the various government agencies.

#8) He has about 20 projects on desk, looking into related / like business(s).

#9) Oil is High Profits, he seems to have a lot of interest there also.

#10) About 200+ Million Dollar company now, going to 300m soon to get to
billion or more in the future.

#11) Gaining New Business (s) / Opportunities through ProGas.

#12) Many of the prior PR’s were generated through Paul, look for that to change sometime in the future.

#13) Working on New Company Logo, Updated Web Site?

#14) Has been suggested PBLS change Call Letters, Paul not in favor of.

#15) Looking to hire more quality people.

#16) Now hiring quality of People they could never afford before.

#17) 2006 Target for fully reporting, Advised not to give us a date.

#18) Would like to have a shareholders meeting, maybe late 2nd qtr this year.
Now only in pre-planning stage, does not like Vegas idea, would like to do it there.

#19) When I told him about the video we were making, he asked if he could put it on his web site and asked if we would do his oil fields too. I suggested he hire a professional to do the oil fields and would give him what I ended up with here for his web site.

I got excited he had an open mind to some marketing ideas. Asus offered his assistance
for anything that might be needed to help from a technical side.

#20) Some discussion on the other pit they do not own. I believe they said Texas Industries (TI) is a big company. And that TI seem to have much of their Pit Reserves depleted and have to drive a long way in from the main road to go back and mine what areas are still open, which adds to transport costs. In Time, PBLS may be the only Game-In-Town.

#21 Mississippi appears to be far ahead of Louisiana in rebuilding.

#21) Spoke for some time on the Oil Business.

- Possibly look into drilling a deeper well in KY to see if larger pools of Oil exist further down.
- Future drilling in NV. will be expensive and more risky than drilling in KY, where the drill is more shallow, less expensive and almost assured of some sort Of success, even though it may not be all that large in BPD.

- Owning a drilling company could drive down the cost per drill and could make a lot of sense when drilling in places like WY & NV.

- Have never done any horizontal drilling.

#22) In General ......

- It was pointed out to Paul the majority of current investors are in because of Katrina exposure and the PBLS Mineral Business and its Location to N.O. and the railroad tracks near the pit.

- It was also pointed out that all most investors have heard about in the past 6 mos. were PR’s geared up for the Oil Business. This may be great for us in the long
run, but may be somewhat confusing in the short term.

- The last PR which dealt with local business had a profound and immediate impact in the PPS.

- It was suggested that PBLS may want to consider also marketing directly to Oil Investors to increase the share base.

- There was no announcement on a PBLS Form 10 date, he did say, the audit including all the various companies is a large task.

- We visited Progas and then the pit and then N.O. disaster. Working on Video as time permits.

- The Pit had a lot of life, much going on there.

Bravo Mastercraft and others. I'm so loving this company.

and some points of interest to me.

"This geologic report that we ordered to have done says the sand and gravel pit is worth somewhere between $189 million and $300 million."

so even after the pit is depleated, which has changed from 10 years to 1-3 years (sweet), theres money in the making all over again.

.."Paul runs all his businesses like a prime contractor, he uses subs and rakes Ours off the top. Thats the way the pit is run. no employees & overhead just a SCALE."

BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Paul pointed out that their attorney firm spent months doing due diligence on them before taking them on. Their Lawyers are suppose to be big players working with companies such as Ford and PBLS had to prove to themselves as viable enough for them to be represented.
