Hope you're right Bond, I was thinking the same thing. Let's hope we are both right...

Sorry I haven't been around. I've been holding, but this one hasn't been doing much, so I've been focusing on my other stuff.

Still lots of love for the PBLS'ers!

PBLS DD

This is a repost with some additions:

Factor ProGas Inc. net revs at around 5 to 7% to get an actualization of income. Income for 2006 expected to be 230 million plus at a minimum.

ProGas now has an updated web site: www.progasinc.com

I would assume the PBLS site is going to be next.

Kentucky will double well count in 2006 so factor that in as well.

3 D builders to grow at an exponential rate in 2006

Trucking Division is off the scales.

Sand and Gravel will be expended within 3 years.

Pool Division will be busy for many years to come.

NV and WY leases will be exploited in 2006.

Cash is not a problem...never was period.

The Company has more than enough money in the bank to finance the exploration of the Nevada and Wyoming properties.

Company will not do a reverse split.

Form 10 can be filed at any time.

Repost of some dd that folows the dots

Follow the ball here folks....

Dennis Kowalski was the accountant up until Dennis was hired by the company as vice-president of operations. Kowalski and Associates was the accoutant doing the financial audits until the appointment.

Dennis Kowalski elected Mira and Kolena as the new Accountant.

The Audits for years 2003, 2004 and up to 3rd quarter 2005 have been done.

The filing for form 10 access to OTCBB can be filed at any time. The SEC requires three years of audited financials in order to comply for listing requirements. They will need to file years 2003 and 2004 to begin the process and 2005 to complete the process.

If all of what I have mentioned has already been audited and whats left is to finish the last quarter of 2005 the question is how long would it take to finish the audit....in my opinion not long.

Dennis knows what is required for the audit, he has already prepared past financials and he hired Mira and Kolena.

In other words everything is in place to file. It will not take a CPA firm like Mira and Kolena long to go though all the materials especially when it has already been prepared by an accountant/CPA.

Just a word to the wise and my opinion only. If you have done dd on this stock and read the pr's
it is a total of people from three different boards Allstocks,Raging Bull, ans IHUB for the last few months that something good was going to come out in Febuary. And so far unless I see different I go along with that no pump just an evaluation of the pr's and the fact that pbls management has always come thru on there word.

repost of another pebbler

HUGE word of ADVICE......here
Remember one thing>>>>> for the past 6 months everyone has mentioned the big things should start in FEBUARY....If you get talked into or tempted to sell now or in this month in my opinion you'll be KICKING YOURSELF for the rest of the year!!!!!

Smoke548 called Mike Mulshine this morning and got some good words of encouragement Here it is

I called Mr. Mulshine(investor relations) this morning about the talk of filing form 10.
To his knowledge 3 years of audited financial statements would be needed for the filing. He hasn't heard anything different than what the company has stated.
Estimated filing time for form 10 is in Feb. and fully reporting by early May.

He didn't know if the company planned a filing with partial numbers to get it started (as stated here as a possibility) and add 2005 when completed.
He also said if the company were delayed in the filing estimate (not that they were going to and presuming the company is on schedule) that he would hope the company would put out a PR stating such.

Patiently waiting for the form 10. Dan

Bond, I heard that VP Kowalski had finished the Audits for 2003,2004, and through the 3RD quarter of 2005 before he took the VP job. Apparently to gain acceptance on OTCBB a company must file 10k for 3 consecutive years, (I did not know that), So I bet we see a PR that has the audits completed along with an exchange move to OTCBB in the near future.

I think FEB. will be the month also BOND.

KIMAC... I plan to...

Take photos and Video.
With the number of Investors going, I think
there will be plenty to look at.
Then I hope it gets plastered over boards all over the place. Exposure, Exposure, Exposure!

If all goes as I have planned in my head, I will Video trucks picking up S&G, will ask the appox. value of each load and the average of loads per week. Then let investors do their own math.

Would also like to ask what they anticipate inflation of the price for S&G will be in 3 month, six months and one year.

Would also like to video some Progas office activities and the Trucking Division in action.

Would like to go to a construction site and Video some of their current work and hopefully interview someone respresenting construction about their projects and future plans.

I think I will try and have a Q&A session and ask questions like... When they plan to file Form 10, when will the TA be back on-line, what Projects to look forward to in 3 mos, 6 mos. 1 year.

There will be a lot of other question I'm sure we will ask, but I also realize there are items that they cannot speak about and a simple response that they cannot discuss certain items, will be ok, as we are guests and will act accordingly. Plus, I do not want to jepordize anything they are working on by having them say anything they were not suppose to.

What do I expect out of this Trip?
Validation and the beginning of some Exposure / Marketing.

The question that is Killing ME the MOST IS...
How can a company that I believe is doing $250-$300+m
annually and growing, sell for only .03 cents PPS.
I hope I come away with some answers. Seriously.

In the end, if successful, don't thank me,
Thank the Other Investors who gave up their time to
go with us and perform the DD and report back to you and others.

Mastercraft

Hurray to mastercraft and the other investors going to PBLS on February 20th! Thanks bond for keeping up with mastercraft and his trip. We'll keep our fingers crossed for good news.

Just added a little more at 0.031 and that is now my average for the little bunch that I'm holding.

Thanks to all.

Rome oil:
608 barrels/day x $68.35/barrel = $41556.00/day
$41556/day x 30days = 1.246,704.00/month
$1.246,704/month x 12/mos = $14,960,448.00/year
With numbers like these for only 1 part of PBLS, this stock should be trading around .5-.8, with no problem. There are some oil stocks with much less revenue trading for more.. Why??

until the company confirms the truckloads of info you've probably seen on all of these message boards, she's in limbo. she tends to run, retrace, kick back up, then go into the slow spiral down to the ground, only to wash, rinse, and repeat... we are in that 2-5% a day spiral down over the course of a few weeks, where it isn't enough to get real mad or worried at, but just enough to say what the F? Been riding this one for a while, and have just opened my eyes to realize what is happening. The potential is amazing here and hopefully the long expected numbers to be released this month will free her from her chains. We all know she's got the goods, all depends if she wants to show them to us.

To be honest with all of you I am frustrated with the pps to. A lot of what this company has said has been verfied through dd by me and many other third party sources. I know that what they have been saying so far is the truth The t/a is gagged and that does no help us,but we do know that the total a/s is just under a billion shares and if the whole billion was o/s we would still be under valued. Paul Alonzo said that there is 700 million outstanding and about 350 million in the float and I believe him. So dispite my frustration the best I can do for my investment and for the sake of others that have invested is to contribute where and how I can with a positive attitude that still is in the realm of reallity. I really think this month IMHO will be a month of some great pr's and a lot of information through investors that will help the pps. If I am wrong I will be the first to admitt it. As always do your own dd and make your own decisions. glta

Bond, keep positive, this is just a slow time before the run. Any kind of news with details or figures will let it go...We are due for a PR late this week or early next week, hopefully it will have one monetary figure involved to raise to keep investors interested!!

This low volume right now is boring and a pain but it has happened before both big runs, and I believe that the low volume wont last nearly as long as the first two times...

and GO PBLS!!

I agree bond. Still positive about the stock, but for some reason had some sort of realization about what is going on. I was in a PBLS haze about how great everything is about the company, which it is, but was in "tunnel-vision" with regards to my outlook. You can always twist things positively when you don't want them to affect you. Great days are in fact ahead but we are just stuck in neutral. We all wait for that word...WHEN? Hopefully Feb is that answer

The DD on this stock is awesome. The info in this thread alone is unbelievable. It's just that when I compare PBLS to CWPC which I have had since it was in the teens, and compare possibilities, CWPC has not even one producing well and PBLS does. Yet CWPC is climbing on speculation alone, while PBLS has facts, eyewitness accounts, and great DD. Maybe lack of PR's is hurting this stock, but if you do your dd, it doesn't take long to see the huge upside potential. I am probalbly just as frustrated like everyone else with the movement of this stock, and by profession like to correllate facts with fiction. I am in this for the long term, have a large position, and am amazed at the amount of info contained in this thread. I commend every one and am looking forward to the visit on the 20th.
