Where does it say they have 300 + million preferred shares issued?
All I saw was the change in PS authorized up to 250 million.

I'm feelin lazy. Check it. You may be right. But look at the last paragraph:

Jan 8 they filed with Nevada to double AS. Then rescinded it because,they said, they couldnt LEGALLY do it. Then,June,they did. BUT, it supposedly was,they say,ALREADY on the books and authorized,"several" years before. huuuuuh??? Somethings fishy. They put out so much crapioca pudding,cant tell which end is the head and which is the azz,they both stink!!!
My notes show: 2-16-05 250 mil AS 10-1-05 456 mil OS 159 mil float 12-06-05 997 mil AS supposedly "retiring" 100 mil 1-10-06 650 mil OS 350 mil float (selling like crazy after Katrina) But,dont have anything earlier on preferred or restricted.

Oh well, frustrating. In the face of all the shareholder frustration with their paraoid secretiveness,the blizzard of emails they undoubtedly received, Pink Paul still shows contempt for shareholders.He makes North Koreas Kim Smells-Like-Dung look like a straight forward..nice guy!!

Sept 26,2006 Finally, with all said and all major acquisitions completed, Phoenix will increase its activities to become fully reporting. Phoenix expects that when it files that Form-10 the total issued and outstanding shares of its common stock will not exceed 815 million shares of which approximately 40% will be restricted.
Your right JR, restricted,not preferred.

Never thought naked shorting was the problem. Been on a crash dive since they doubled the AS and then a buyback. Now,why increase the AS,and buyback too? Thats when I bailed. The problem is .....Pauls flippin' and dilutin'!! But....it is now a 'BOTTOM FEEDER...HUGE ALERT....NO PLACE TO GO BUT UP!!!'. heh. What we all so dearly love. no? And,Im ready.wwwooofff

diluting and flipping is the only real answer how could a company with all this has going for it and claims to be making money which I believe they are,have a pps in the sub pennies?
matter of fact the volume is so low that will show you the lack of interest anymore .
But I am buying because I really don't things will stay this way forever. Some time paul will want a higher pps and we will run

I think the companhy is stuipd to Increase shares... All they have to do is do the correct wording of a good news release and the stock will begin to move up...... Any CEO should know when you increase shares.. the value drops.. (DUH>>>)

Of course I would believe them I fully agree with them it is going lower at least .005 but you are very lucky if you catch it at its low lows at the bottom

The 0.0029 low was a freak day. It was a day when the price was actually 0.029 and someone must have mis-entered their order, and someone lost big time, and someone else got very lucky. Not a true low.
I've been away from the boards for a while and what exactly is needed for this stock to regain some of it's strength?

Closed at .005, had an order in for .005 EOD, didn't fill. Maybe it was my good fortune. I think it continues its downward trend, not quite oversold enough.
I know it will never see .004, but no one thought it would see .005. Well, it printed today.

will note the words "long term" in my advice. Yeah I think long term this stock is grossly undervalued on book value alone. But hey...I won't lie I'm down over 70% on this little gem. I've averaged down and gotten my average price down to 2 cents...yippy!

I do note and have noted your advice as a "long term" play often. That is where we have a serious diference of opinion. Of course I am cynical, and don't believe any penny stock is a long term investment. These are high risk to flip or play for a run, especially pinks, can't tell real volume interest from dilution. they are even more suicidal to hold for the long term. How many and how often do these pinks promise all the things this one has, from share buy backs to moving to higher exchnage, and it never materializes. It is just hype for 99.9% of them. Hope it does go to .004, because if they ever do deliver on those promises I just might have some freebies left to cash in at higher price.
