Thanks for the bid/ask info Prefect! We're up 14% on very low volume. I figured we'd be holding this one for awhile. What we need is a little PR for the new year!

How could the last trade price on BDWH be .0060 and the ask sit at .0160? Is somebody huffing glue?
Can anybody explain why the bid/ask spread is like this on certain stocks such as BDWH?

MM's short of shares? MM's know that this is going to be worth a lot more?
If either one of them is true, this could make a big run at any time.

lol you sound too despondant gohigh. Today IS the last trading day of the year. So that "good run next year" could be Tuesday.

That's what I'm saying. We're done for the year, which is today. LOL. Next Tuesday is a whole new year. Very low volume today.

If they throw us a PR this could be exciting.

I'm trying to pick up more at .002. Still the same company it was a week or two ago at .08!

This company kind of left you guys holding the bag untill after the merger. I was thinking of buying, but after doing the numbers and looking at the way they are spliting, I will stay out till I see what happens. Maybe you will get a big run after they get done. Good Luck.

Maybe I am reading the Pr wrong. But from what I understand TWOG will forward split at today's price at about 8to1, BDWH will R/S at 100 to 1. I would be buying TWOG at todays prices, unless I calculated wrong. But if I think this deal might fall through, I might jump on BDWH at these prices.

Not smart to buy BDWH IF they are doing a reverse split. When I read the original pr it looked like TWOG would be having the r/s so I thought BDWH in that case would be the better play. Maybe I missed a pr update ?

"Company Plans to Change Its Name to International Energy Ltd.
BDW Holdings, Ltd. (OTC: BDWH) announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase all the outstanding shares of Transworld Oil & Gas (OTC: TWOG) for stock of BDW Holdings, Ltd. The company also plans to change its name to International Energy Ltd.
BDW plans to consolidate its present shares on a one-for-one-hundred basis and purchase all the outstanding shares of TWOG for the equivalent of $0.085 per TWOG share, in new shares of what will be International Energy Ltd.
After the purchase of TWOG, the new BDWH intends to become a reporting issuer and list on a higher exchange, not only in the US, but will also seek listings overseas."
So it would seem there would be a r/s followed by the creation of the new company/stock. Then the shares of the new company would replace TWOG shares. Hopefully this wont involve restricted shares as payment. Seem's like TWOG then would be the play.

I interpret this PR. the same way ,they leave a little question in the way they write it. I just took TWOG value at .01 and figured a buy out at .085 to be 8.5 to 1. thus equal to a forward split.

I think we're going to be holding this one for awhile, Prefect. But that's fine, go back and read the first couple pages of this thread. I'm pretty optimistic about this one. And remember, BDWH was trading at .02 (that's only 1 zero before the 2!) on December 14th. The 19th it went over .08 (that's 40 times where we're at right now!!!!)
I'm thinking of buying more here, not selling. But you guys make your own choice. Good luck.
