RIC, have you noticed ETRD is now on at 0001 x 5.00, he is new to the L2 line up, his positions puts him out of the trading range for the time being. looks like they wanted in on the line up. you just may be right about this one!. i will be watching closely to try and get an idea of how this will play out.did they say they are profitable?, if so and they release financials to support that claim this may REALY fly. good luck to you!

( BDWH ), is pleased to announce that it has completed a joint venture with a private Russian oil producer. Through the joint venture, BDW holdings will acquire an equal share of estimated reserves of 175 million barrels of oil and not less the 1.8 billion cubic meters of gas. Estimated bed depth of hydrocarbons on the 54,093 square kilometer property is 350 - 520 meters below the surface.
Production will be increased from present levels to a projected 1,000,000 barrels per month and further exploration will take place to delineate total unproven reserves. All production at the present time is exported to China.

BDWH will end up owning a 50% stake in the above oil and gas! From conversations with Robert Needham at TWOG, the companies involved in this deal are major players, and not small time or middle of the road oil companies!

ORLANDO, FL, Dec 15, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- BDW Holdings, Ltd. ( BDWH ) announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase all the outstanding shares of Transworld Oil & Gas ( TWOG ) for stock of BDW Holdings, Ltd. The company also plans to change its name to International Energy Ltd.
BDW plans to consolidate its present shares on a one-for-one-hundred basis and purchase all the outstanding shares of TWOG for the equivalent of $0.085 per TWOG share, in new shares of what will be International Energy Ltd.
After the purchase of TWOG, the new BDWH intends to become a reporting issuer and list on a higher exchange, not only in the US, but will also seek listings overseas

a fifty percent steak at 1 million barrels a month to one of the worlds largest oil importers comes out to about 345 million dollars a year! not bad!!

Well, I must have gotten Rick's shares, because somebody dumped a ton and I'm in. Woohoo, I think. It went down 74% today for no other reason that I know of. Wonder what it'll do without the pumping. Anybody else in?

it was .08 two days ago...and nothing has changed. I really don't know what is going on but it seems that these levels can't last long.
I've had an order in at .005 for the last hour and it hasn't filled so it could just be mm manipulation. trying to get cheap shares before the next bounce.

Prefect, you may have to bump up your bid a little to get it filled. I think there aren't enough sellers at these levels. Only buyers! After all, it is the same company as it was 2 days ago and it's on sale big time.

gohigh...yep that's exactly what I am thinking. THE SAME COMPANY!
stnkng1...no idea seems we are at the mercy of the mms here. i do now that it takes very little buying pressure to get it moving.
