Seems like I'm here all on my lonesome, but that's alright.

The MMs have thinned to only 2 left at .0005, that speaks to the buying pressure staying constant. Everyone has moved up .0006, another few days or an ANS acceptance, and this thing will rip wide open.

I checked the level 2 data. It indicates
an uptrend, but it will be painfully slow
to move up 0.0001. It's a safe gamble, but
you might give up because of the timing.
If you don't have patience, do't even get in.
This stock will reward the long term investors,
not the day traders, IMO only.
Do your DD -- each trade is a gamble.

Hi,DWE. About 4 months - or enough time for
them to implement some of the on going deals,
including collecting some of the 740 mm$
judgement in their favor. One thing I like
about USXP is the PR, which comes out almost
every week. Who knows, they might buy back
some of the shares; if this ever happens,
the pps could jump up from 0.0005 to 0.05 --
people will just buy it. On the down side,
you can always sell it for 0.0005 or more.
Bottom play is always a good gamble.
Good luck. JimSC

USXP: the trend is down for 12/21/2005

Based on the last 20 tradds - 6 buys vs. 14 sales
This means the price will drop. However, if
you got in at 0.0004, don't worry, it's a
solid bottom. Check for dilution in this Q.

USXP's bottom is 0.0004, as indicated by
the first post of this thread; the drop is
due to the year-end tax sales. So, don't
worry and enjoy your holidays. JimSC.

Coalition For Luggage Security's 2006 Resolution List
Tuesday December 27, 9:00 am ET

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 27, 2005--The Coalition for Luggage Security announced its resolutions for 2006 and beyond.
1. We resolve not to be silent until all potential terrorists can no longer have the opportunity to hurt or frighten one American child or adult.

2. We resolve not to be silent until governmental agencies begin resisting status quo behavior that repeats processes and procedures that, at best, have been minimally effective.

3. We resolve not to be silent until airports are either configured to remove luggage and carry-ons away from passengers or offer pick-up service to every traveler of their luggage.

4. We resolve not to be silent about telling the public of unscreened cargo in the holds of passenger airliners that continue to threaten our flying safety.

5. We resolve not to be silent to assist the airline industry in returning to profitability, and to avoid governmental subsidies and controls that will force airports to follow railroad stations and bus terminals into mediocrity.

"These resolutions are regrettably aggressive and ahead of the curve. This war on terrorism is not only about guns and politics - it's about the American citizenry's resolve. A New Year resolution to show more resolve than those who wish our families harm is a resolution worth presenting from our Coalition," said Richard A. Altomare, Founder and Chairman of the Coalition for Luggage Security, and CEO of Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB: USXP - News).

There's no such thing as getting rich quick unless you win the lottery or rob a bank and get away clean with it. I have 4 million shares of USXP and I'm willing to wait for this to move. Maybe not tomorrow, maybe not even in January but if you have the patience to wait it out, you'll come out the winner as with any stock you put your money into. We're all in the same boat here, looking for the big one!

If USXP can finally buy ANS, USXPs PPS will be in the middle cent area within days.

Buying ANS also means that USXP will merge and move to NYSE.

This means that all 25 billion (!) Naked Short Shares must be covered before the move.

They will have to buy the free float maybe 10 times to get there issue "solved" - The NSS will have to pay nice prices.

I will hold loooooooooooong and a few will be damned rich within days - IF, yes IF USXP can get this deal finalized.

This time it looks like the Investment-Bankers have put the money on the table already, so --- GOOD FUN everyone. JMO. Happy New Year! - Sorry for my bad english

I agree iternity, if they were to merge the price would skyrocket into the pennies, with only a 1.5m market cap right now, how could it not

i think we will see 5 cent within 1-2 days. then until the merger happens and before the move to nyse, i think we have a steady climb to 30 cent and more - laugh or not, but the naked short sellers MUST cover than, they have to pay what WE want. and they have to buy several times the float [Smile] ))

Thanks. That is interesting stuff. But is the "naked short" stuff proven to have happened? I would be thrilled if the price went to a dime per share, but anything beyond that would be nice too. [Smile]
