Tough to say, because if this thing gets past .0007 today/tomorrow ... check the L2s, the sky is the limit.

Four reasons I'm really liking this stock, even with the large o/s:
1) As Universal Express develops, grows, and discusses its New York Stock Exchange tender offer, its newest funding proposals from the Middle East, and its 100,000,000 Euro program; I invite forward moving questions, and shareholder questions," said Mr. Altomare.
2) Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), although not invited to the Air Net meeting scheduled for today, once again, repeats its standing offer of substantially more per share than the existing foreign offer of $4.55. "Our $6.15 offer after a shortened due diligence period is sincere and ready to proceed," said Richard Altomare, CEO and Chairman of Universal Express, Inc. ----------------- This really takes confidence in one’s company and future plans. -------------------------- 3) "It is our plan to add two airline acquisitions to our proposal adding over $40,000,000 in increased revenues and seasoned, successful, existing management in both the charter and cargo air sectors to Air Net," continued Richard Altomare.
4) As the proformas have now been created by the Investment Banking Firm, we are able to project that Universal Express should generate approximately 61,510,000 Euro in profits from this contract," said Alfredo Walker, Project Manager.
Huge. Have a good weekend all! Looking forward to running up towards Wednesday!

It will take time to move the stock, but the key is in the valuation. * .0005 the market cap is around 1.6 million dollars- given all the things going on with USXP now a fair market cap would be 8-10 million IMO- which equates to .0025 - .003

Or if you'd like to take it even further, lets value the stock at the contract rate, lets say $60,000,000 net to the company, gives you a share price of .0185

I agree on this, true, large share structure right now. But these things move on proportionate buying pressure just like anything else.
FCDH last week, large a/s & o/s as well. I took a double on that, and that was too early. It might still be on a run, but I moved over to USXP here because the guaranteed income coming in here has a lot of potential.
Or forget about potential, just looking at a fair market cap valuation ... this is a great entry right now. JMO.

If AirNet accepts USXP's offer, this thing will explode. USXP is offering substantially more/share than AirNet's previous offer. Now that AN has opened up talks, if they find USXP's offer to be valid ... then this will be the cheapest lottery ticket on the market.
The 700+ mil in volume on Friday bodes well. Possibly a lot of informed buying.

Another company was making an offer, which expired so it opens the doors wide open for USXP. I believe USXP has stated they have funding approved for the acquisition in a prior PR

How does the AirNet deal make it certain that USXP will make money?

Accumulating a large company like AirNet with proven assets is huge.
ANS currently has a market cap of $37+ mil.

Thanks for your response. Wouldnt USXP still have problems, though, by taking on so much debt in buying that company? Does AirNet make enough on its own that the new combined company would be profitable?

It would be a matter of expasion on USXP's part, yes.
ANS has a one-year return of slightly over 10%, so they have been able to maintain profitability.
The play here is on USXP's proposal to add 40 mil in revenues, plus a 100 MM euro deal in an attempt to secure capital that will outweigh any financing.
If it all hits, it will hit big. IMO, definitely worth my time, energy, and $$.

That sounds great. Why did USXP get turned down before and what is preventing the sale now? Do the AirNet shareholders have doubts about USXP? Do you have any idea when the deal could get done, and would approval of the deal mean an instant boost to the USXP pps?
ANS has not accepted USXP's offer, which has been reiterated, and will be done so again during the shareholder webcast on the 21st.
Are there doubts about USXP from AirNet's end? Not sure, but what I do know is that there were definitely doubts with the unnamed private equity firm, so now I'm sure ANS will be receptive to other offers.
Would approval mean instant increase in pps? Who knows? That's a fair guess, tho.
