28 million dollar real estate development joint venture with N.W. Capital Partners, LLC in Florida (pending) completed contracts.
Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) today announced that the Board of Directors has moved forward with its progress in the Joint Venture project with NW Capital Partners, LLC. Both companies have agreed that by the 12th of December 2005, both corporations will execute the definitive contracts between each other. The agreement will establish the Joint Venture contractual arrangements between the corporations.
Not too bad..eh??

I think it can get to 002 but it will take a helluva lot more volume. Don't know if I can hold that long. I mean, if this opened at 001 one morning on some big news, would have to take some profits. LOL!

DWE, here are a few price targets I have for Dec 2005:
0003: If no more news comes out or volume slides
0005: If JV news comes out as promised but details are scarce as to how this puts money in CWFG's pocket
001: If JV news comes out and it clearly demonstrates why/how this will greatly improve the bottom line
01: FEMA Contract (Powerball odds).

newventure, I am hearing you, buddy. I think some speculation will give us a little momo. Very important for Ryals to deliver on Monday. Of course, JV news tomorrow about 10 am could catch the MMs off guard. Then again, news on a Friday versus news on a Monday.... Maybe better to release good news on Monday so the momo can last a few days. JMHO. Take care.
