Raven Moon CEO Letter Noting Public Television Agreement and 5-for-1 Forward Stock Split Posted on Wall Street Corner Web Site
12/8/05

CEO states, 'Shareholders who exercise their warrants to purchase restricted shares before the exercise deadline of December 31, 2005 will hold a higher number of shares eligible for the 5-for-1 forward split'

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec 08, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: RVMN) announced today that a summary of the company's recent successes, announcements and activities, as well as comments from the Chairman and CEO, are available at the Wall Street Corner Web site.

In a letter to shareholders, a copy of which is posted on http://www.****************.com , Joey DiFrancesco, Chairman and CEO of Raven Moon, discussed the significance for the company's shareholders of the recent announcement that WPBT/Channel 2 in Miami, Fla. will be public television's exclusive presenting station for GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(R). Further, American Public Television (APT) has offered the series for distribution, with a target June 2006 release. Mr. DiFrancesco referenced the new additions to the show's Web site ( http://www.ginadskidsclub.com ), including Christmas merchandise in the shopping section. Also in the letter, he provided an update on the Gina D's Reading Across America Program(TM).

Mr. DiFrancesco also commented on the 5-for-1 forward stock split announced last week and the previously announced 100-for-1 warrant dividend (record date September 30, 2005): "Shareholders who exercise their warrants to purchase restricted shares before the exercise deadline of December 31, 2005 will hold a higher number of shares eligible for the 5-for-1 forward split."

Mr. DiFrancesco clarified the company's intentions with regard to the warrant dividends, forward stock split and proceeds. "From our perspective, this is a win-win benefit," said Mr. DiFrancesco. "Our shareholders increase their position with the company when the price is low and the money paid for those warrants goes directly to the company to complete additional episodes that will permit us to air the program five days a week. That, in turn, will accelerate our efforts in two areas -- one is the launching of our aggressive licensing program and the other is the launching of our aggressive marketing effort, which will address the major retail chains." Lawrence C. Oakley, editor of Wall Street Corner, is a Director of Raven Moon Entertainment.

ABOUT GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(R)

GINA D'S KIDS CLUB(R) started airing in September 2004 as a once-a-week series in 227 selected markets. In November 2005, an exclusive agreement was signed with public television station WPBT Miami designed to expand the reach of the program for pre-school and early elementary school-aged children on a premier pre-school destination like public television.

Keep an eye on it for tomorrow they announced a 10-1 forward split. This could run big tomorrow like rvmn did the next day.

Just Found this article while doing some DD on Rvmn. I currently own shares of Rvmn and I am Now considering accumalating alot more in the next week or so. I have been asking around about the tv shows they have and all i get is a positive feed back from it. The biggest Problem I have with Rvmn is the O/S, anyway Here is the article. It's about 2 months old.

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTC BB: RVMN)

Since I am now a director of Raven Moon, & chairman of its audit committee, I ask you to please consider my comments in this editorial to be prejudiced in favor of Raven Moon -- I do an occasional editorial just to update you, as I have previously done over the past several years, prior to being a director. Those editorials, like all of my editorials, were free of charge to RVMN. This one & all of my future updates are & will be at no charge to RVMN.

New -- the Gina D's Kid Club Web Site

If you have young children or grandchildren aged two to six, I suggest you look at www.ginadskidsclub.com

It's a great site for the children. I advise parents & grandparents to always check out any site before permitting children to look at it. You'll really appreciate this one. It's a breath of fresh air for your children.

"Gina D's Kids Club" has been hailed by such educational leaders as Mary Beth Leidman, Ed.D, as a viable vehicle in the development of the self-image, social, math, & reading skills in young children. The main character, Gina D, is a fun loving & positive role model who connects with her 2 to 6 year-old aged audience in the same familiarity that children associate with their mothers.

She has been hailed as being the next "Mr. Rogers." Children are not only educated but are entertained by a cast of whimsical characters. They include Simon Wannabe, Mister Pockets, Pierre D'Artist, TV Ted, Doggy Brown, Miss Millie Muffin, & others.

A New Educational Television Series for Children 2-6 years old, the "Gina D's Kids Club" is as of October 17, 2005 being shown on 227 television stations every week in the United States an increase of 36% from last week on NBC, CBS, PBS, ABC, FOX, WB, UPN, & Independent stations.

At the site, there's even a place where you can click to see a list of television stations & times where the program is airing.

Raven Moon’s Basic Strategy

RVMN’s basic strategy is patterned after the strategy that worked so well with “Barney.” Barney episodes were sent at no charge to TV stations nationwide. Once the number of Barney episodes reached a sufficient number, the stations aired one episode each day, & kept on repeating the sequence each time all of the episodes had been aired. If you have children or grandchildren, like me, you probably were exposed to Barney and the catchy song associated with those episodes.

I have been told that the various entities involved in the success of Barney inked license arrangements that generated at retail, about $5 billion in the five years beginning after the exposure on TV had been in progress for several months. RVMN is in the process of duplicating that amazing success. Will RVMN enjoy the same outstanding result? My personal opinion, prejudiced as it is, is that RVMN certainly has a very good chance of succeeding in that effort.

RVMN’s Progress Status

RVMN has already created 24 Gina D's Kid Club episodes, & has provided them to television stations. In June 2006 stations will be airing 30 episodes 5 days a week with an additional 10 episodes planned for the 2007 television season. Once a total of 40 episodes are completed and given to the television stations, the licensing and merchandising efforts will be greatly accelerated. In the meantime since the products are not available in stores, you can purchase the DVD’s, Plush Toys and Music CD’s that will have a positive uplifting effect on your children by going to www.ginadskidsclub.com.

Comment by CEO Joey DiFrancesco

Some of my readers have asked why RVMN is not yet making an effort to get the major retail chains to buy all of the many products that it has created. Incidentally, a selection of a few of those products are featured in "Gina D's Online Store" at RVMN's new web site. I asked Joey & here is his answer:

"Because retailers will not give a product a second chance if the product does not sell off the shelf, the key for revenue success in this industry is television saturation. If the programs that we produce receive viewer saturation similar to 'Barney' or 'Sesame Street,' & build a following of young viewers who will create a demand for the product, then the company stands a good chance of cashing in on a piece of this billion dollar licensing & merchandising industry.

"Many companies fail because they give up half- way through this process. Many companies fail because their management team does not have the passion to succeed. Fortunately for Raven Moon, neither will occur.

"We have been following our business plan by beefing up our syndication, marketing, & production efforts with more & more stations coming on board. This is a long-term process that will be completed for our loyal stockholders.”

My Opinion

My opinion, again pointing out that I am prejudiced in favor of RVMN, is that Joey is correctly engaged in a carefully planned long-term strategy. As Joey has many times explained, if a company that has a great product sells it to the retail market prior to having generated a strong interest on the part of that product’s key audience, it is unlikely that the product will be bought in high volume by members of that key audience. I feel that RVMN's strategy to create a strong interest on the part of its key audience has begun & is on track.

I suggest that you investigate this situation on your own – do some homework. By all means check the news releases – progress has been phenomenal -- you can access them by calling up RVMN.OB at Yahoo Finance, or RVMN at many other sites that list news releases. By all means, check out the new web site at www.ginadskidsclub.com.

For investor information, I suggest you call Carol Merry at Fahlgren Mortine Investor Relations at 614-825-1752 or email carol.merry*fahlgren.com

Very Interesting.

I'm going to forget about today. Today's an extremely boring, unactive day not only for RVMN but for all the rest of my holdings. Monday's right around the corner. I just need to get today, Saturday and Sunday over with and Monday will be with us again in no time. It's a sunny day here in L.A. so I think I'm just going to drive to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills, go enjoy the sun and check out some girls. I don't think my girlfriend would like that too much but then again, she's at work. [Razz]

Hmm. What they did in the past may seem that way, but wht they are doing now and in the future tells a different story. I am concerned about the O/S also but the forward will work that out. They just received finacing from one of there past creditors and they pretty much have alot of Faith in Rvmn in repaying them.I beleive what they say is that Rvmn never defaulted on a loan before. Hmmm. Sounds good to me. 40 new epsiodes, more tv stations comming on in different locations, Positive outlook ahead.

Atleast they were NEVER late with there 10k's and Q reports and lead there investors on with hopeless promises. Thats what is Important to me.

Rvmn is a Great Hold. IMHO I added more today myself.

Lmao. Trying to entaganize me into doing the DD on your behalf is not going to work here. I know what I'm doing and I feel comfortable in doing it as well. These stocks are penny stocks for a reason! There is no 1 company that is listed on the OTC that dosn't belong there for some reson or the other. It's all about what they are doing NOW and in the furure that counts. Not what they did in the past.

This company is actually producing something that is tangilable and marketable and MAYBE Profitable in the long haul. Not many companys here are doing that, excpecialy if they do not file on time.

Rvmn seems honest in what they are trying to accomplish and I for one beleive in it. If I'm wrong then thats my Problem after all it is my money I'm investing here.

If You Can't add anything that is worth something of educated Value than cease on posting your worthless bashing posts. Not My problem You like companys that B/S You and File there Reports Late continuesly with the hope of adding Value to there shareholders.

Buy stocks as you would buy your grocerys not as you would buy your perfume.

TBN’s Smile of a Child Television Network Debuts December 24th

2005-12-10 -- PRESS RELEASE

Brings Innovative Christian Children’s Programming to Digital Cable

LOS ANGELES --- There’s a new kid on the block in children’s television. On Christmas Eve, December 24th, the Smile of a Child Television Network will "sign on" and begin offering quality Christian Children’s programming 24 hours per day. The brand new addition to Trinity Broadcasting Network’s (TBN) family of Christian television is the special project of Jan Crouch, co-founder of TBN. "This wonderful new network is really an extension of the vision God gave me for our whole Smile of a Child ministry," explained Jan –"to pour the love of God into the hearts and lives of children all over the world. Television is a perfect tool to do that."

With the help of her husband, TBN co-founder Paul Crouch, as well as some key ministry partners, Jan started Smile of a Child several years ago as a vehicle to reach out to hurting and needy children throughout the world. "It began simply with providing dolls to poverty-stricken children in Haiti," she explained. "It’s grown to taking many thousands of toys to children all over the globe, as well as providing needed medical care through building hospitals in places like Haiti and Costa Rica. And now we’ve added the powerful medium of television to take Smile of a Child to countless thousands more precious children."

Brenda Rossman, programming director for the Smile of a Child Network, said parents have been waiting for the type of television programming that will both entertain as well as morally instruct their children during their formative years. "There’s certainly been no shortage of educational children’s TV programs," said Rossman. "And parents have been grateful for it. But the Smile of a Child Network takes it a step further and adds the crucial element of spiritual instruction that will really bear fruit in the lives of children for many years to come."

Rossman explained that Jan Crouch, as well as everyone else involved in this labor of love, are committed to bringing the best moral and biblical teachings to children through fun and constructive television. "Parents can rest assured that Smile of a Child will be completely free of the violence and crude humor that unfortunately has crept into many of today’s children’s shows," said Rossman. "This new and innovative network is all about helping children develop positive social and spiritual skills at a young age."

Among the creative and original programming airing on the Smile of a Child Network will be:

Kingdom Adventure, an award-winning children’s fantasy series that combines charming puppets and clever animation in a setting of adventure where right is right, wrong is wrong, and good wins over evil! Each exciting episode is rich in spiritual values and biblical themes.

Gina D’s Kids Club, an exciting new educational series for preschoolers ages two through six. Programs will entertain, amuse, and delight young viewers through a combination of live action and dynamic 3-D animation.

BJ’s Teddy Bear Club & Bible Stories, a stimulating and imaginative program designed to educate and entertain while introducing young children to colors, letters, numbers – and special stories right out of the Bible! The star of the show is BJ (Bearsheba J. Bear), a loveable animated teddy bear who takes the children on an unforgettable journey through the Bible.

Retro News: A Blast from the Past, a fast-paced magazine-style show especially for kids age nine to twelve. From their virtual news room teen journalists bring significant, interesting, and humorous historic events to life with actual news footage. Special features like "Spiritual Heroes" introduce young viewers to the characters and events that helped shaped world history. With these young reporters as guides, viewers will laugh and be entertained while they learn history.

Maralee Dawn & Friends, a refreshing series that takes an imaginative approach to Christian and value-based children’s programming. Each episode is packed with original songs, amazing stories, and much more! Ventriloquist Maralee Dawn and her unique puppet characters captivate the imagination of young viewers with adventures to exotic places, encounters with unusual creatures, and creative interactive projects. Parents will be delighted to find their children devouring the character values and adopting them into their daily lives!

"The Smile of a Child Television Network is right on the leading edge of new and innovative children’s TV," said Dave Bohon, a Christian media expert and vice president of the Christian public relations firm WDC Media. "Over the months and years ahead we can expect it to be setting the standard for the best in Christian children’s programming."

At its December 24th launch, the Smile of a Child Network will be available immediately in 13 major markets via digital multi-casting, with rapid growth expected across the U.S. through cable additions and other broadcast outlets worldwide.

"With the launch of TBN’s Smile of a Child channel the TBN family of network’s now reaches every age category within the faith genre," said Bob Higley, TBN’s Vice President of Cable and Satellite Relations. "It will be the cable industry’s only faith based network targeting preschool to 12 year old children."

The forward split scam is becoming more common. This is how it works.

The stock ruins its reputation on r/s'd paid pump and dump websites and pr's that never come to past while shareholders get so burnt that they avoid the stock like the plague.

So the company comes up with a scheme to get new investors into the stock by either giving a forward split or restricted shares of some other scam company that will never unrestrict the stock.

By getting these new investors into the stock the company has new pumpers on the board to push the stock on others. They want out so they pump it as it will run soon. All the while the company is dumping shares faster then they can be bought. With this the PPS continues down with promises of thing to come. The key is getting the new shareholders to pump the message. That is the purpose of the forward split, period. Why else do a r/s then a year later do a f/s.

Doesn't look like RVMN is going to rally anytime soon, does it? I hope it does by the end of this month or else I'll just sell for a loss. The 5 for 1 forward split most likely would not be beneficial in any way especially when the price of this stock goes back down to $0.0001 for a long long time. It probably will stay at that price for half a year then RVMN will surprise all the shareholders with a 100,000 to 1 reverse split or something close.

Message Boards Cann't MOVE Stocks!

Your fooling yourself there. I have been in this market for a long time now and seen it all. And this board along moved a stocks pps 1000% back in April of this year when a poster came over and convince this board to follow him in a move on the stock. Of course he burnt the board after that and no one trusted him again. You would be very surprised what a message board does on a pinksheet or otcbb. They are here for a reason.

And I know for a fact there are many more paid pumpers on the boards then you think. Just look at there profile and most will have links to there websites until the Admin finds it anyway.

But I would think first about calling someone an idiot when you don't know the facts.

anyone see the S8 filed today it shows 20 billion authorized and over 1 billion out with 400 million to be issued under the 2005 stock based employee compensation plan so after the F/S they will have up to 6+ billion out. it`s interesting to note that the 10QSB filed less than 30 days ago showed A/S of 5 billion and O/S of 574 million! things change pretty quick in pennyland!!
