I'll give you odds that as soon as the split happens, the PPS is back to .0001. IMO, get out before then or lose it all.

Not concerned about the forward split. This is the right time to make money with RVMN before the forward split. After that, forget about this company all together, like it never existed.

The supposed MM signals between each other are:
100 > I need shares 200 > I need shares badly but don’t take it down to get them 300 > Take the price down to get shares.... 400 > Trade it sideways based on Supply and Demand 500 > Gap one-way or the other, usually to the direction of the 500 trade. However, it is a pennant, which means if it breaks to the upside of the pennant, it's a buy again! Upside of the flag looks like .0017.
It's already broken to the downside several times today so I'm not counting on the run continuing.

matto found news late in the day. The rest of us just bought in knowing it would at least run up a few ticks the next day. Some of us got extremely lucky (me included) since we were away from our computers and didn't put any limit sells in.

I hope everyone is making some good bank on this one. It will go up prob in volume and pps gradually for this month. But please do not hold past Dec cause this company is just useing you right now to raise money. This is why they are telling people a month in advance that they are going to have forward split. What they do is give you the forward split but then after that your shares drop to .0001. This company can't function on its own which is not a good sign. So buy up now but be careful later, just looking out for my fellow investors. I took this out of there SEC filings as of November 21st, 2005.
At September 30, 2005 the Company has $76,263 in cash, total assets of $153,339. At September 30, 2005 Raven Moon's total liabilities totaled $2,025,135. These circumstances raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon positive cash flows from operations and ongoing financial support. Adequate funds may not be available when needed or may not be available on terms favorable to the Company. If the Company is unable to secure sufficient funding, the Company may be unable to develop or enhance its products and services, take advantage of business opportunities, respond to competitive pressures or grow the Company's business in the manner that the Company's management believes is possible. This could have a negative effect on the Company's business, financial condition and results of operations. The $4.76 million from MG Studios is in addition to the $5.0 million in financing it has invested in Raven Moon more than a year ago. MG Studios has extended the additional financing to Raven Moon Entertainment based on the company's good standing with its payments. "Raven Moon is a cash-and-carry company. They have paid in full for all episodes to date. Raven Moon's Board approves 5-for-1 forward split to reward shareholders who hold and acquire stock in the last month of 2005
Last week, Raven Moon's Board of Directors and majority stockholders approved a forward stock split on a 5-for-1 share basis. The record date for the forward split is December 31, 2005. The effective date will be January 30, 2006.
As a result of the forward stock split, every one outstanding share of the company's common stock will be exchanged for five new shares of common stock. Common stockholders are not required to take any action related to the forward split.
"The forward split will increase the holdings of our shareholders, including all those current and new shareholders who have exercised their 100-for-1 warrants before December 31, 2005," said Joey DiFrancesco, Chairman and CEO of Raven Moon.
