ACKCANE (Mr. Basher) no need to yell. Poor baby.

I have never pumped, I only stated my opinions. This is a free country you know.

No one should buy a stock based on someone elses opinions. If u do your playing with fire. I have always posted do your dd before buying a stock.

I wish you good luck getting cheap shares. I want you to continue to bash so I can get more cheap shares too. Can you do that for me. Thank you buddy.

Do your dd before buying rshn.

Joe, I've been reading all your posts, in all the allstock threads. I've never seen ACKCANE's name before, but from what I'm reading, he's not bashing. He says he OWNS it already. He's NOT trying to get more shares. He THINKS the company is going to do well. What I THINK he's saying is.. from all your posts, it DOES look like you're pumping this stock. And do NOT start on me, because I do own it too!!

I must have read you will stop posting about 10 times now, but you are like a bad rash you keep coming back. Like others have said "if there is news post it".

Bird Flu Could Kill 180,000 Californians

POSTED: 3:24 pm PST November 4, 2005
UPDATED: 3:32 pm PST November 4, 2005

WESTWOOD, Calif. -- As many as 180,000 Californians could die -- and millions more hospitalized -- if bird flu becomes contagious among humans and reaches California, health officials warned Friday.

"There's no reason to believe it's not going to reach North America," said Dr. Scott Layne during a hearing on California's preparations for a possible pandemic.

Assemblyman Hector De La Torre, D-South Gate, hosted Friday's hearing at UCLA. State and local health officials, university professors and health advocates outlined the state's level of preparedness in the event of an Avian Influenza outbreak.

De La Torre said he convened the hearing after working on bio-terrorism preparedness this summer.

"I became convinced these issues aren't that different," he said. "We need to be prepared."

Alaska will likely be the first place in North America hit by bird flu, and if that happens, it will be only a matter of weeks before the disease spreads to California, officials said.

Avian flu will most likely be brought to Alaska by migrating birds, Layne said.

"Pandemic flu is coming our way," Layne said. "It's going to, I think with very high probability, get into the animals in the state of California."

RushNet Updates e-water(TM) Action Plan
Business Wire - November 08, 2005 09:45

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Nov 08, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN.PK) is pleased to announce that, due to the tremendous enthusiasm greeting e-water(TM), it has approved the opportunity of offering exclusive royalty-based licensing of its e-water(TM) brand to a select group of major bottlers. With such licensing agreements in place, the e-water(TM) brand would be stocked wherever beverages are sold, thereby vastly expanding e-water(TM) marketing opportunities.

Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., stated, "We aim to take wholly owned e-water(TM) to a maximum market and use minimum capital to do it. The licensing-royalty model relieves RushNet of substantial financial burdens associated with producing e-water(TM) for international and national markets. By franchising the brand, RushNet can begin to reap sizable profits very quickly from its e-water(TM), which has attracted enormous interest from distributors and merchants."

"Consider Coca-Cola(TM) as a model," Corr said. "Coca-Cola(TM) sells its syrup, but its licensees do the full assembly of final product--bottling, labeling, packaging, distribution and invoicing. So too with RushNet. Under a franchise agreement, RushNet would sell e-water(TM) concentrate and e-water Sport(TM) concentrate to select licensees. Our licensees would have a strong profit incentive to maximize sales of e-water(TM) brands in their respective territories. RushNet would receive a very nice per-case royalty in return. Meanwhile, RushNet would maintain full control over art, advertising, promotion and formulation of the product line. It's a fabulous win-win for all parties joining our 'e-water' revolution."

RushNet Inc. is the licensed marketing agent for Rush Beverage Company products and brand owner of e-water(TM). www.enjoytherush.com

I think we could see at least .25 in 3 months - and, depending on the E-Water franchise marketing plans - an additional .50 or .75.

I'd prefer to see this go up slow and steady - my 5 million shares are averaged in at .004 now

RushNet, Inc. Introduces Revolutionary e-O2 Sports Water(TM)

November 10, 2005 12:13:01 (ET)

BLUE ISLAND, Ill., Nov 10, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RushNet, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RSHN.PK) is pleased to announce the addition of e-O2 Sports Water(TM) to its wholly owned e-water(TM) brand line-up. Alkaline e-O2 Sports Water(TM) is a super-oxygenated, super-hydrating bottled water containing a patent-pending energy formula which helps normalize total-body acidity and promotes fast muscle recovery from moderate to strenuous exercise. The energy formula consists of a unique blend of pH-balanced electrolytes, vitamins, and trace minerals which make tiny changes in blood pH to improve alkalinity and reduce lactic acid. Build-up of lactic acid in muscle tissue is a leading cause of muscle fatigue and so-called "runner's wall."

There are other benefits of e-O2 Sports Water(TM). According to the American Journal of Nutrition (Vol. 76; 2002): "From an evolutionary perspective, being slightly alkaline from a low-acid, high-alkaline diet is the natural and optimal state of humans."

e-O2 Sports Water(TM), in half-liter bottles, will soon be offered to natural foods retailers in RushNet's extensive distribution network. In early 2006, RushNet plans the introduction of e-O2 Sports Water(TM) in handy eight-ounce foil sports pouches--intended for sale, initially, to thousands of convenience stores health/fitness clubs, sporting goods outlets and golf courses nationwide.

Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., said, "Tasty e-O2 Sports Water(TM) is an outgrowth of years of scientific research and development by a distinguished nutritional scientist. The patent-pending formulation is a boon to anyone who likes to exercise, but doesn't like muscle pain and fatigue. The addition of pressurized-oxygen in e-O2 Sports Water(TM) enhances the assimilation of the special pH-balanced muscle-recovery formula."

"Adding entries like e-O2 Sports Water(TM) into the e-water(TM) line-up is part of RushNet's strategy of building a mega-brand name in the functional water category," Corr stated. "The response we are getting from wholesalers and retailers, eager to procure the e-water(TM) brand, is phenomenal. We are looking forward to spectacular growth in this category in coming months."

bax, I went to the trade show in Washington, D.C, in September in which Rushnet was an exhibitor, and had the first-hand opportunity to watch individual and potential distributors' positive reactions to the products, as well as sample them myself and speak with management. This trade show was mostly for stores and other distributors to see which new products they wanted to sell rather than for the general public. In fact, it was a $450 admission for the general public and I found out that for only a $50 admission fee, with a valid current I.D., I qualified under the medical professional category,haha... I like the products very much, and added to my position after attending the trade show. I am comfortable with the scientific credibility of the Canadian Medical Journal studies about the efficacy of Ginseng in reducing viral infections and the frequency of multiple attacks. At a supersubpenny average cost per share, the downside risk is not that significant relative to the upside potential as I see it. I really feel I am in a very good position for a significant multiple from here, especially if the share structure should mirror what happened along the way for HISC.

I am using pure profit monies from other winners to buy Rushnet stock. I have over 14 million shares now and will add on dips.

Ginseng is hot right now.

IMO, a penny is a good bet from here.

Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc., said, "The scientific confirmation of ginseng's powerful anti-viral properties will support our launch, in early 2006, of a highly profitable line of all-natural Ginseng Viral Care(TM) products. We have combined pure Wisconsin-grown American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) with other quality ingredients known to enhance immune function and overall health. The result is a product which is very timely given the likelihood of raging influenza epidemics going forward."

Logic in selling now. imho

1) Take a lost to offset gains in other stocks.

2) Cut loses and take a deduction.

3) Given up

4) Need the money to pay bills or expenses.

Logic in not selling now - imho

1) January is coming. January effect.

2) New products

3) May have to pay higher to buy back.
