Good job, crockett! I wish I could say the same about my success! This is a great place to get your feet wet. I'm learning and FINALLY starting to make a little money with the guidance of the kind people here.

I'm still holding my shares, but it looks like you folks trading in the 5 to 7 range are having some success. Congrats on the gains!

Hey, this might be a real company after all.!! Question...---> but in no event later than April 1, 2006, CALI shall reverse split (“RS”) the common shares so that SEAI has 90% ownership of CALI through the common shares or the Class A and Class C Preferred Shares... Do my shares still exist as cali at this time, obviously cale/svxp can r/s at any time....if I buy today, I'm not buying different issue am I? S5

Prefect, I don't know who's doing all the low selling, but I'd wish they sell me another million shares at .0004. It just isn't going to go thru today. Too many other people lined up ahead of me, I guess.

Then perhaps I am wrong. However, why would they do a r/s now? How does it benefit them? No one is pushing them into doing the r/s at a time that is not most beneficial to them, are they?
Anyway, r/s are considered "bad" only because the majority of them are. The reason is because of why the r/s was done. The majority are done to get the pps back up to a certain level after it has fallen considerably. A few are done when the pps is on the rise. With SVXP, the potential worth of the company will likely see the pps go up despite a r/s.
Reverse splits are not always bad. I don't see it as a bad thing for SVXP, and would not expect to see a loss in value for my holdings.
However, if they do the r/s now, without any assets to show, then it would not be good for the pps. That is why I would not expect a r/s now. Of course, that's just my take, and lack of common sense and unknown factors may affect the decision of the CEO.
