In my opinion, this is just the start. Now that the 10q is out of the way we should have many more green days to come. This will probably never be another NFLX, but who cares! We will do fine and could be CFBE soon and then profitable after that! We could be making a profit with under 50k subs. If and when we get 600 CC stores, we should be bringing them pretty quickly. So I agree with the CEO when he says they could be profitable next year. We do need a couple of more distribution centers, and from what I read somewhere they are working on that as well. I'm glad I never sold any shares and had to chase the stock.

Not true, the national roll out will happen once the pilot program ends unless 30 days prior to the roll out CC and GZFX announce otherwise (after December 15th it is definitely happening)

Are you fin' retarded? Everyone already knows that. They file those things to the SEC for the public. Also if you can read the OS has hardly gone up at all and we are doing better then we were this time last year. Sounds like we might be on the right track. Of course they raised the authorized common stock. I mean come on they raised it two billion to a total authorized share count of 4 billion. Are OS is what? Oh yeah 1.2 billion. I think if something fishy was going on we would have a OS of 4 billion and they would be adding authorized shares as much as possible.
John and crew are looking out for the share holders and the company. John owns 125 million shares alone. This is a growing company that can and will become one of the top players in the online rental game. We are less then a month from going national with CC to over 600 stores.

look pennnies I am not trying to start anything and I knew this stock may be a good flipper but DAMN!!! look at those numbers!!Even the revenue has dropped from $243K in Q2 to $130K in Q3. Also the O/S and Float are now well over 1B shares with about 500M shares being dumped in between Q2 and Q3 alone.If your up thats great...I hope you stay that way but I'll sit back and watch this one because I can see a PRE 14 getting filed anytime now.

mystic, in the quarterly released today the company admits they will dilute in order to raise funds IF THE STOCK PRICE DROPS. If the pps does not drop, there will be no dilution. They have put this in writing to the SEC.

Ok thanks for the heads up. Do we know what the pps level is that they consider low? As in like under $0.01 they will unload on us? Its just I have a bunch of shares now and thinking about buying more but I dont want to dump more $$ in if they are going to dilute anymore.

mystic it depends how much they dip into their GGI funds, from my understanding right now they haven't taken any money out from GGI.
If their subs are unable to keep up with the proper revenues than they will be forced to take money out of their GGI pot and then the dilution begins again.
I am still trying to figure out some of the details of this myself. So maybe someone can confirm or correct what I just said.

I read it quickly today and still haven't gotten back to a thorough reading of it. But I think they have a set period of time where they can either buy shares, or accept a payback of the loan. Now if they decide to buy shares, and at that point in time, the price is below .01, then that chart is the schedule as to how many more shares they can get at that price.
Ideally, we never go back below a penny and it is a moot point!

See the thing is... the filing today is just stating what we already knew.. the twist is that now with CC deal going on we have a way to

all of which increases the PPS. GZFX is going to fly unless the CC is a flop. Also did u hear the webcast from the ceo: gzfx is in beta testing for downloading movies... aka on demand movies.

first off you made the mistake of investing without DD per your admission.Everything I posted including the after hours PR has come to be true so far has it not?Do you remember AMEP at .007?Thats right where DIAAF is now. Did you see AMEP hit .14 and level off in the .08 to .10 area for a while until it finally retraced to the .04's today? Yea, I just became a member of Investors Hub two days ago. It was more than worth it. I have a stock I am going to sit on for a while now, but Investors Hub has a TON of great charts and a great message board and everything. Well worth it. I am going to be sitting on this for a while, because I know it is has more potential than anything out there. But Investors Hub is great to do some side work and sharpen my investing knowledge.

Goos news is I got my old man to buy in earlier. He is strictly a blue chip guy, but after I sent him all the links I had, and he read over the 10Q, he bought in. I am going to be raking it in soon. And so will he. Just glad I am going to be making some more money now, the old fashion way, inheriting it.

We won't be seeing 25 cents/share anytime soon. Yes they're going up for sure but they're not going to boom that high. Stocks slow down once they get higher priced.
The dillution was a good thing for long term investors. It scared away all the shorties since now when people go to buy it, the demand is not so high therefore the price is jumping all over the place. They needed some extra cash for expenses and wanted to keep the price on a steady rise instead of a target for shorterms screwing longtermers.
And this is a stock. It's not like we can just pour all our money into it and be guarenteed a 100% return in a month. There should be some scary things involved otherwise it wouldn't be fun to play with.

And yea Dudenation I agree with you, but I don't... I tried to find a site that did it for me, but I couldn't, so I did it myself earlier this evening. Trying to get some pals to jump on-board... Based on what this stock has done since September 15th, to today, and projecting that and the percentage gain each day based upon 2its closing value, I came in at $.105 as of Jan 1st and .183 as of Jan 15th.
Yea I know what I did doesnt make any sense, doing hte smae gain by percentage day by day from date to date, but honestly, I don't see it coming in short of any of those numbers at all.

Well I wasn't really speaking for the overall. If they do well they can go anywhere in any large amount of time. But some people saying 25/30 cents/share my March just sounds ridiculous to me. I'd much rather be pessimistic about the whole deal and be surprised than carried away with numbers and disappointed in the end. Trying to guess where it'll end up has made 10 grand look like peanuts to me. I'll take it day by day and worry about the longterm later when I know they are doing well.

A stock like GZFX, you can try ur damnest, but its not going to fit into any charts, or follow any triangles etc... It just has too much potential. It is like a very strong hurricane, it creates its own atmosphere. It is one of those stocks you just buy into knowing you are going to make some money, and then you sit back and enjoy.
And as I said earlier, If it follows its current trend over the last 2 months, which I think we all agree it will beat, day by day & percentage by percentage this will be at about $.10 by the end of December. If it continues it will be close to a quarter by the end of January. Yea I know it is rediculous to go through it day by day and percentage gain by gain as I calculated earlier, but I was bored.
IMO, ESPECIALLY after its earnings in January, and assuming it is going National (which we know it will) I think it will easily beat a quarter by March. If those earnings are great in January, it may be close to $.30. A companies value is driven by its earning and it's PE + what the shareholders think, but a stock like this... it is hard to predict.

We are going to easily pass 0.012 today, we actually have some new MMs on the level two which means we are going to get some new long term investors into it today. I look forward to today being a good one. I look forward to seeing an 11% plus day today.
