There are actually already companies who provide that download option onto your computer for renting. But right now not everyone would be interested because they don't always have super fast cable or DSL and want to keep their computer on for 3-4 hours to download it even when they have cable. And then people don't want to watch it on their computer, they want to watch it on their big screen TV. Well, I am always a step ahead of people anyway, my computer hooks right to that TV, soon to be a projector. But the point is the first company that does find a way to intergrate movies directly to a TV like that will make a killing. All they gotta do is come up with some kind of box which downloads the movies through cable and you can just turn it on, browse through the built in hard drive and find what you want to see. No DVDs, no tapes, nuttin. And even better, don't have to pay a monthly fee for renting, just hook right up to the company's website with the box and tell it what you want to download for rent and for how long. Hopefully I didn't put any ideas into people's heads when something like this hasn't been thought of yet lol. I kinda of got the impression from above that that is what someone had in mind. Maybe I just clarified it?
But either way. I don't have enough money to start my own company so I'll keep leeching off of others and just live that step ahead of people. Damn, I was completely off CD's about 8 years ago. Haven't paid for one since. And I only bought DVDs for about a year until I realized how easy it was to rent/rip them and share online. Illegal, sure. But smarter than the average smoe.
And one other thing. GZFX is a little fly on the butt, but that's because they didn't have exposure. Once you get going, it's very easy to climb up that ladder. And who knows, maybe that little fly on your butt has some disease that will instantly kill you in a few hours. Better smack it dead now before it spreads or you may find yourself face first in the ground and the fly making your whole house into its home for it and its family of 10,000.

Dud, the cable companies have been doing this for years. Go to any hotel and see what you can do. The goal is to have every movie ever made available at any time. The space requirements prevent that at the moment, but my DVR has hundreds of movies available and many of them are free.

People are doing this in every home as well? I've kinda been aware of it for hotels but never took much interest in it. I had no clue that they had boxes which stored movies onto drives though. I figured it just downloaded it all temporarily and they could never actually purchase the movie that way. But hey, I don't keeo up with the intermediate stuff. I go right for the end result.
Anyway. Sounds like DVDs should already be dead. I have no clue why people are still renting them. Of course, cell phones just became popular a few years ago. And those were out ages ago haha.

Ondemand, TIVO, Directv etc...is very close to doing this now. If you plan ahead you can do this with your regular TIVO now. I only watch TV on the weekends and during the week my TIVO/Directv units are recording away. I watch what I want when I want too...It would be very easy to make these ondemand also...none of this is new it is there now and just a matter of getting to where it is common place....and DVD's will be gone. You can download them and burn them to DVD.
If you do not have a TIVO look into it..I have 6 at my house and I could not live with out it anymore...TV at my speed....end of ad...

Duda: I'm not trying to bash just trying to call them as I see them. I would say it will be about 2-4 days before this stock turns back up w/o news of course. The MACD needs to reach the bottom and its a few days off still. If you guys bounce soon I don't think it will make much of a run up. I hope the MACD goes down for those days so it can bounce back higher. GLTA w/this stock but I can't leave my XSNX right now. If I could I would be looking into GZFX by about thurs/fri.

I love TIVO. The cable companies have DVR as well and it's a cheaper monthly amount. In addition, they get access to a bunch of free movies already downloaded on the DVR.

Actually I don't ever watch TV period. Don't even pay for cable at all. I don't use DVDs or anything really. They're too annoying. I seriously just have a ton of stuff on my computer which wires right into a TV and sound system. Pretty simple set-up really. So for the most part I just download everything I ever watch. Gotta use that high speed connection for something besides L2's haha. I've fallen behind in TV because I don't care about it. Reality shows have taken over and they are extremely boring and stupid.
Lookin like she's taking a hard dip now. It's amazing how they're shaking out all the week people so they can get in very cheap in a few days or a week. We're still in the declining period anyway. I was hoping it just wouldn't go down too far because I hate trying to rebuy, I usually just miss the bottom. (without getting the buy) No clue if we're going under a penny yet, but I'll say give it till two weeks from now before we start seeing significant gains. Since there's no date on the CC stores being added in May, it will not rise too quickly until the very end of April I believe.

Why would you say it's MM manipulation shaking the weak? I'm watching this trade and I'm seeing serious selling pressure brining this down. When people buy, it upticks, then gets drowned out by sales again.
That is not shaking the weak. That is responding to the market. People are selling or the company (or GGI) is diluting and it's brining the price down.
Give me the basis of your "Shaking the weak" remark. Do you even know what that means?
I'm just getting sick of seeing canned responses to a stock going down. It always has to be some kind of conspiracy or MM manipulation.

Sorry i wasn't saying that right. It's the result of the price dropping that people are selling off. The price got pushed down, and so the domino effect has begun until we hit the point where those MM's and smart guys start buying it back up. Sort of manipulation but more or less the average joe killing it right now. Dillution... I dont think so. The numbers dropping would suggest it but they aren't using ARCA if they're dilluting.
Sorry for the bad posts. My brain is jelly from all the studying I've been doing. 3 hours until a huge exam!

Oh yeah Mystic, L2's on buying side really weakened. I am starting to slowly get my shares out considering it really wants to go to sub-penny. Just letme know when to start buying again after a week or two of this mess goes away.

excellent. I've only lost profits and yes technically it is my money but at least I'm not facing the horrible feeling of selling for actual losses. Reasons why I don't just dump shares is because I have a lot to get rid of. Usually when I say I sold or bought I'm only talking about the 10% I usually trade with. But this time... if it goes under a penny I've decided to make sure half is gone. sub-pennies like to drop quick from the original penny so it should get a decent pick-up.
At least we all know one thing, it's going back up!

If there is a hard drop well then I will wait til the selling subsides before pulling the trigger. No telling what the bottom will be. I think the worst it could go this week with no news would be .0075

That is true this always goes down because the public can only play it long so you know they are taking advantage of us investors. If you take a look at a long term chart you can say that anything between .0075 and .0090 is a safe place to buy and then wait for news to come for a run to start and then dump.

Its anyone's guess. GZFX won't tell you. They just want to dump it on the investors. I would wait till they come out if your looking to get in at the cheapest point. I bet they will try to get them out before May. Just stay close to the comp. if your in this stock during late april, cuz i bet you will see a 30-50% intra day drop off.

Someone called Jim Cramer's show tonight on the lightning round and asked about the Circuit City and Gameznflix deal. I would watch for a possible spike tomorrow morning just for the mention on CNBC.

slow down there buddy. it isn't under a penny yet. And it's having a tough time going under. You make it seem like it's so easy for it to just drop right through. But chances are it will at this point.
Also, don't say GZFX always goes up and down. It's not GZFX, it's all penny stocks. That's what they do. People make money and take it out in pennies, that's the whole scam behind it. It's a quick ten bucks, not a guarenteed dollar.

I don't think thats entirely true. Some penny stocks can hold up after runs. I doubt you will see rshn back at its before run pps ever again. And to be honest I think GZFX's deal is better than rshn's. For some reason penny stock players hate GZFX and they have to actually show numbers to run unlike any other penny stocks. We all know its the most legimate penny stock that has a chance but the pps won't represent it until we see numbers and less dilution.
Might want to take profits if it runs up tomorrow from cramer news.
Duda: your right it hasn't gone under a penny, but as I was looking at the l2's and the spread it was looking pretty thin at .01 Fact is I don't think .01 is as strong as it used to be back in dec.

Oh yeah that's why I'm sure it will drop. The spread on .01 WAS big and that's why it didn't drop below. But it won't have grounds to hold another round of that I don't think.
I suppose some stocks can hold up well. But pennies that stay up aren't necessarily legit. Actually, the legit, good companies are usually the ones that get bashed down the most because people feel safe putting their money in there. Look at IDWD. Biggest scam ever. And they've had a steady climb for the past month or two. Why? They keep putting out BS PR's. Can't manipulate the stock. Everyone buys into the BS. However, for GZFX, they report things historically. So they aren't pumping out crap PR's every 3 days just to keep the price up. They are more concerned with running their business. As far as the pennies go, the business itself doesn't really have much to do with the price sometimes. A lot of it depends on what they exploit.
