Hello all ... I do not own any shares of GZFX - I am thinking about getting in here though. During my DD I found this interesting article on GZFX and OTC in general from Investors Hub. Maybe some of you will find it helpful.....

Very OT : In defense of " dark rain clouds " I have tracked at least 30 OTC stocks for several years . I have tracked meteoric runs that left bagholders in the wake of massive losses . I have tracked Market Maker behaviors and message board participants that ' EXPLAIN ' MM directional movements on stocks . I fully understand extreme skepticism as I surmise that most OTC investors are in deep red territory .
The OTC is a minefield of corrupt activities that benefit the MM's and a small percentage of traders who know how to play . All the rest lose or marginally survive .
John Fleming states clearly that he intends for GameZnFlix to become a growth company and for the stock , GZFX , to set a higher standard for the way the OTC should be .
It is encumbent on J.F. to prove those statements . We are observing CLEAR manifestations of company growth and competently executed strategies , just as he promised , BUT , we are also observing perpetual manipulation of GZFX's trading equity every day , regardless to those manifestations .
We know about certain milestone events that are promised to occur ( website / more D.C.'s / more inventory / and the Circuit City partnership ) .
Should GameZnFlix demonstrate incontrovertible PROOF of competent business practices , ethics , and GROWTH then the stock will attract long term investors like a magnet , and there will be a dramatic decrease in fickle and temporary holders / traders . It will be more difficult for the MM's to manipulate the PPS and the MM's should be obligated to support higher PPS baselines commensurate to the proof of growth and proof of corporate ethics .
In the meantime , skepticism will abound .
Markland ( MRKL ) is a prime example of corruption on the OTC . The company has verifiable mega million dollar contracts with the U.S. Government but the Company sold its birthright to toxic lenders . The shorting manipulation of MRKL's PPS has created monstrous losses to the shareholders . I can give 29 more examples of consequential manipulation of OTC stocks .
It is ALL about PROOF , GROWTH , and the rarest commodity of ETHICS that can separate GZFX from most other OTC stocks .
The online DVD market is a billion dollar industry . The rest is up to John Fleming and Chip Gallent .

This is really a very easy decision. If you want to gamble and hope something pays off, then GZFX is good for you. If you want to talk about company earnings, sector news, and other fundamentals, GZFX is not for you. All OTC penny plays (and pinks) are nothing more than lottery tickets.
I've moved all my money from GZFX to the big board and I'm loving it. The stock price changes actually make sense instead of "maybe a PR is coming" or "The MMs are just trying to get cheap shares" and my favorite "MM shaking weak hands."
Personally, I think this stock is toast until they get their share structure under control and get listed on a real exchange. The vast majority of investors won't touch this stock with a 200 foot pole, and each one means less money for you because they are putting it in real stocks.
Does the company have a good product? Yes. Does the company have potential growth trough partnerships? Yes. Is the company more transparent than most OTC stocks? Yes. Does any of this matter? No, because it's trading on the OTCBB.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

And when the gamble is conected with CC which is hitting a new 52 week high I got to love that bet too!
For the most part I do not watch this thing. I check it once or twice a day & if it's in this range I will make one buy a week & hold. I haven't sold a share since buying in October.

Rumours flying around about a new BIG partnership. Someone said posted an "email from the ceo" saying they were almost finishged finalizing the AAFES deal. But we know how to handle rumours....consider them but don't let them affect your trading.

They are providing you with info that they found and they think its worthy of you doing some of YOUR OWN DD on! If you blindly through money at the stock b/c of what ppl said its your fault. And that doesn't mean that their prediction was wrong. I'm assuming you bought in at around .0120 on tues w/all the news well if thats so, they were right. It was great news but maybe you didn't play it right. Thats not their fault. And on a side note if I weren't in the stock right now I would be buying on the low tomorrow because I think there are some really good rumors floating around and most likely one or more will be true. GLTA!

Put you seatbelts on because GZFX is going to take off! I have a friend in the Army and just making started a friendship with someone who works at Circiut City in Orange Ct. I do not believe in pumping a stock, if people sell I buy low, if people buy, my shares value increases. Its a win win for me!

Wow, looks like things are getting interesting again. Here are the stocks I am watching right now:
PECB - $.62 TEDG - $.70 KLGE - $1.62 GZFX - $.01
I wasn't expecting GZFX to pop back up on my radar anytime soon, but it has. It is also overdue for a nice PR. If it is trading low about mid next week I think I might jump onboard again for a while.
