Seems to me the PPS feel to the same level it did after the big run after the initial CC announcment And I also remember how much I wished I got aboard then B-4 I saw the green day after day
I use to have John's e-mail, in the beginning (Feb 2004)he answered and then I posted here his response which pissed him off and he e-mailed me saying he would never answer my e-mail again O-Well

i still dont think there's anything wrong with gzfx.. we havent even gotten bad news..
i think its cuz the silly day traders want to make money to pay for their groceries so they sell and we go downnnn .... and down...and down....and the long's are like, "oh crap its going down.. =( " ... so they sell too... i got out at .011 and waiting till all this nonsense is over and i hope to get in somewhere in the .008's .. although its in a major downtrend, the facts still remain that this company is a good one...just not now =) ..maybe in a couple days or weeks =D

When a stock is not actively going up, everyone knows they can make money elsewhere or at least TRY to do so instead of watching their account dwindle.
Its human nature to dump.

I dont either, the company hasn't changed, just peoples interest in the STOCK. I still have faith that the stock will go back up, when and how much I dont know, but I am still going to watch it and actively read about it and certainly very likely to put my cash back in it once again. Even a "small" run for this stock could mean 30% or more, and with the STILL high volume compared to other OTCBB stocks and total amount of cash traded every day its very easy to unload your position even if its "tanking."
Easy to play with.

If I'm not mistaken. It means you bought shares with unsettled funds. If you try and sell before the funds settle it will mean a "free ride". Your broker may restrict your account to where you can only use settled funds to trade with. investopedia .com should have a better explanation.

Lets stick to this board guys, forget that new basher board that has shown up.
And Preludez, not many people on here like to give advice (I have noticed). Yea they like to tell you they where right after the fact,and make themselves sound smart etc. I have tried to start "Watch List" boards in ever forum, and they don't work. People on here seem to just wanna talk about one stock they are following. My suggestions are:
1) The key is to know when to get out. Be happy with 15-20%, if you hold on too long you will be in the red.
2) News and Volume are bigger indicators than many people think, you know the saying, buy on rumor, sell on news. Also, look at the SEC's overview of a company, and pay close attention to what the company says about its management and philosophy.
3) You need to establish a Very sophisticated watch list. This way it is easier to sell and buy when you know what you will put ur money into next. It also IS NOT a bad idea to have your money sit as cash in your portfolio if you don't know what to invest it in.
To establish a watch list, research every stock that has a thread on here to start. Then Subscribe to stocks like hot otc.com and OTC Research.com or Hot List.com (I can't spell them out right or the board will **** them.) These websites will email their top 4-5 picks every day, and I have learned that they are often right, especially in the short term. You can build your watch list from here, and then decide what to do.

lol opps, sorry Preludz, I misread ur post, I just saw the "any advice"... and it is easier to get a margin account than you think, so give it a try. You can get one with only $2000 in ur account with both Ameritrade and Etrade.
Hopefully my advice can still help you though, although I feel like an idiot for posting that now...

killa : i heard somebody say that u can trade like 4 times in 5 days w/ a non-margin? is this only possible if you have settled funds ? for example.. lets say i have twenty dollars to trade( lol).
assuming there are no trading fees, i buy 10 dollars of gzfx and i sell it the same day and i make $5--- so now i have $25. with $15 unsettled and $5 settled ...
so the next day i buy into gzfx again ...am i able to sell it ? ..or that will be free ride .. i am so lost =(

I thought a free ride was when u bought lets say 20 000 shares and it doubles, you take out your initial 20 000 shares (so no more risk of losign your money) and you free ride the remaining 20 000 shares u got for "free"
Also, I enjoy hot otc dot com. Good picks the guy seems to do well.

preludz, if you sell a stock on monday, and try to reinvest it into another stock your account will be suspended for up to 30 days. It is an SEC requirement. You need to wait the 3 days until your 'sell' is settled and then your money is available for reinvestment. Just keep an eye on wher eit says 'money available for reinvestment' or 'money available for non-marginal trades' (which pink sheets are).
And that person that said you can trade 4 times in 5 days, yes you can; but here is how it works:
You buy a stock on monday. In 3 days, your buy is then confirmed, so if you sell that stock on Friday, then your buy is already settled, and they will allow you to reinvest hat money the second ur sell goes through. But if you buy into a stock, and then sell it before 3 days from your purchase date, you have to wait 3 days until your sell is confirmed until that money is available for re-investment.
I hope it makes sense, it is hard to figure out... once again, if you EVER have any questions, just call the help number. You pay for ur broker, so let them earn it and bugg them with ANY question you have whenever you want to.

All of the suckers and nervouse nellies are out. The smart people that know GZFX is potentially as good as Netflix will hang in and possibly buy up at these ridiculous prices. The only people that are selling are the ones that do not have knowledge about the Company and its offerings but rather buy the stock like its gambling. If it doesn't do well quickly, they bail out. I think this is the best thing for me when the price sits at a penny. I will continue to buy more and more shares every few weeks so when she blows...I will retire. I only pray that it doesn't go beyond 0.01 for another 2 0r 3 months. My goal is to have 5 million shares.

To help you out a bit more if you want to do Roundtrips(Daytrrade);buy a security and sell it in the same day. And then buy anther stock with that $$$$ you must have a Margin account.....not a cash account. You do not need 25,000 to have a margin account, just ask to be swtched to one. Only catch is.....don't make more than 4 rountrips in a 5 business day period or your account will be Flagged as a Daytrader. Then they close your account so you can only sell and not buy for 90 days. So to be able to buy again you must either have 25g's in your account or ask to go back to a cash account.....in which then you know when you sell a stock you must wait 3 days from the purchase date for funds to be avail. to buy again. Once flagged as Daytrader.....you may go back to a margin account but if you do 1 roundtrip thy lock your account to only sells again. Understand.......be creful with a Margin account......never use your buying pwer!

If the stock doubles you sell 10,000 shares (half), the remaining 10,000 shares are "free shares." What you are talking about are shares from a split and the share price being the same as your buy in, or someone handing you 20,000 free shares, which doesn't happen often. lol
