I was into PCCL when all the boards were speculating about a RS. I got on the phone to the CEO and the IR department. I was told that all plans were falling into place all aquisitions were a go and that there were absolutly no way they were going to do a RS. Man what a laugh fest that was. They have managed to do it several more times since then.

It looks to me like NITE and SCHB are trying to sucker any shares away they can at .013 or lower.

.014 looks doable today to me if the volume picks up. Not sure if it can hold above it today, but we might just kiss it today.

Hey Peaser Have you ever noticed that NITE and SCHB seem to work togeather alot. If they sit on either side of the bid and ask they can keep the price stagnent. If they sell to each other they can pull the PPS down or move it up. If they get the hell off the bid and ask the other MMs tend to move it up. There has got to be a way of charting this trend and cashing in on it.
I am not smart enough but Ill bet there is someone on this board that is

I know some on the board that are very gifted in chart reading. The task at hand that you are asking is doable, however it would take a lot of time to track NITE and SCHB. It would actually be a full-time job just to chart a few specific MM's activities. As Dusty mentioned a week or two ago, NITE is the big boy on the block and SCHB is a big boy too. ARCA can control the price at times as well depending on the size of shares he shows for his order.

Just remember, the MM's job is to make the market. My belief is that the MM's know what's going on with GZFX and it is only a matter of time. It must be nice to have that inside info. The MM's that are buying shares for their clients are also buying shares for themselves to trade higher at some point. Just wait until the accumulation is over, and then we'll be rolling.

I am hoping for GZFX to be around .16 sometime in the early part of this coming year.

There are two stocks that I am currently holding: GZFX and GTE. GTE is my baby, been in and outta that since the OTCBB days. I plan the same for GZFX.

If you brake down the first part of this message into separate sentence fragments, you will get the complete meaning of the presswire. What I do is number the items in the paragraph like this:

1. Dec 22, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --
2. Arlington, Texas, Opening Bell Report & Alerts -
3. VMH VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF) Signs Binding Agreement With Wide Open Technologies to Acquire DVD Marketplace,
4. GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GZFX) Still Gaining, 5. Top Holiday Movie Rentals Show America Loves to Laugh the Holidays Away According to a Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) survey, and
6. Movie Gallery, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVI) Gives Away 30 Xbox 360s.

The commas separate each subject they will discuss except in item 6 where they mention "Movie Gallery, Inc." which is part of the statement "(Nasdaq: MOVI) Gives Away 30 Xbox 360s." The article does not mention that VideoMovieHouse is to acquire GameZNFlix.

What I liked in the presswire is item 4: "GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GZFX) Still Gaining."

Yup. It's only a matter of time before she takes off. I don't know about anything over .05 in january. But very very possible in the months to come with PR's about more and more stores added.

I dont think there's any official teamwork with nite and SCHB. They are just the main players and one follows the other. Some people like to just add their bid onto the same price as the other, so they are following, not teaming.

This is AWESOME low volume today. This says to me that shares are now in the hands of stronger shareholders who are holding because we believe in this company. When the volume picks up, which it is bound to do after Christmas, this thing should start lifting off.

Flag,
Looking through all the penny stocks I'm in I would have to disagree. Volume across the board is generally about 1/3 of the 10 DMA. I think it's due to the holiday period starting. JMHO

California Judge Blocks Unconstitutional Video Game Law: ESA Issues Statement

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 2005--In a ruling issued late on December 21, 2005, Judge Ronald Whyte, United States District Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, handed down a preliminary injunction halting the implementation of California's law that would restrict video game sales and require the unconstitutional and subjective labeling of video games.

In a decision that drew upon the judicial rulings of cases where similar legislation had been deemed unconstitutional, Judge Whyte wrote that "games are protected by the First Amendment and that plaintiffs are likely to prevail in their argument that the Act violates the First Amendment."

Further, regarding research purporting to show a link between video games and behavior, Judge Whyte cited other rulings which found that the research does not establish a causal link between violent video games and violent behavior, does not assess the significance of any link, nor does it compare video games to other forms of media violence to which minors are exposed. He writes, "This court anticipates that (the State) here may face similar problems proving the California legislature made 'reasonable inferences based on substantial evidence.'"

Douglas Lowenstein, president of the Entertainment Software Association, the trade association representing U.S. computer and video game publishers, issued this statement in response:

"We are extremely pleased by today's announcement. We deeply respect the concerns of the Governor and the Legislature that gave rise to the law. For the sixth time in five years, Federal Courts have now blocked or struck down these state and local laws seeking to regulate the sale of games to minors based on their content, and none have upheld such statutes. It is therefore time to look past legislation and litigation in favor of cooperative efforts to accomplish the common goal of ensuring that parents use the tools available to control the games their kids play.

"We believe that between the ESRB ratings, parental education, and now with the announcement that all next generation consoles will have parental controls, there is a wealth of ways that those concerned can ensure that children do not have access to inappropriate games. In sum, we believe a combination of parental choice and parental control is the legal, sensible, and most importantly, effective way to help parents keep inappropriate video games from children, and we dedicate ourselves to working with all parties to accomplish this goal."

The ESA is the U.S. association dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of the companies publishing interactive games for video game consoles, handheld devices, personal computers, and the Internet. ESA members collectively account for more than 90 percent of the $7.3 billion in entertainment software sales in the U.S. in 2004, and billions more in export sales of American-made entertainment software. The ESA offers services to interactive entertainment software publishers including a global anti-piracy program, owning the Electronic Entertainment Expo trade show, business and consumer research, government relations and First Amendment and intellectual property protection efforts. toomuch,
Interesting post. In my observations the only impact I have seen on my kids from video game playing is looks like this, [Eek!] and drooling on themselves. Now, what's wrong with that?

*WARNING ! BAD NEWS ABOUT GZFX !*

Do not invest in this company if you have an aversion to windfall profits or allergic to staggering amounts of US currency! Your exposure to these two elements in all likelyhood will be to such a degree that it could be life threatening!

I bet people on the sidelines will not get the prices they want. First it will go up without any news because of insider buying. Legal or not, it happens. Then a few days later after it's gone up 20% a few times and everyone is wondering why, the news will come out and very few will even get in at the prices that they want that day. Well, that's what I'm hoping for anyway! [Smile]

That's how it goes. That's why I got tricked into thinking there was a PR last week because of the sudden spikes. A spike into .02 is a real sign of the PR. Blowing through .015.

I just noticed something:

with the sheer amount of trading, this stock has developed an interesting fractal pattern. We see one head, followed by a slighty smaller head, followed by a large run, with an overall increasing trend.

Here's the 3 month, i tried to highlight the pattern:
 -

you can see it over 6 months also:

 -

and here's this month's chart:

 -

i think we're going to see a run of 0.018 - 0.02 next week whether there's PR or not. i'm in this for the long haul and just bought more today, but if i wasn't afraid of news soon i would definitely flip on this next run.

I would like to clear up what KillaMetz said.
January 15th is the END of the pilot program in the CC deal. I'm expecting to hear how it went and hear if we are going to procede with the national rollout.
Also, are we expecting the 10-Q for 4th quarter around the 15th? When do we see the year end report? (i'm new so i'm not sure when companies report on these things)

Yea, GZFX's 10QSB Quarterly report last came out on November 15th, so that should put their 4th Quarter or annual report due out at or around the 15th of January.

Also, last year, their 10KSB (Annual Report) came out on January 11th, so we should get both PR's somewhere around there. Oh, and a note to everyone, the 15th of January in 2006 is a Sunday.
