Why would a .25 be hard to believe. This stock is going to take some time to grow and I think everyones assumption is that we should be green everyday and then comes 1/15/06 and then we will all be rich. What Ive seen that last couple months is a nice steady growth...Up and Down is extremely healthy for GZFX. By this time next year is when everyone will have a very Merry Christmas.

This thing has a 52 week high of .17!
That was on hype alone!
We've got genuine growth going on now & .25 is not out of the question!

Reviewing last nights news I cam across this:
Vickers Stock Research 6:37 p.m. 12/21/2005
Dec 21, 2005 (Vickers Stock Research via COMTEX) -- Document Processing Date: December 20, 2005 Filer: ADSOUTH PARTNERS INC Relation: Stock Name: GameZnFlix Inc Stock CUSIP: 6466X108 Stock Symbol: GZFX Exchange: OTC Transaction date: November 28, 2005 Shares for sale: 11800000 Value held: $295000
Broker: EDWARDS (A. G.) & SONS
As far as I can tell this means nothing. AdSouth and GZFX no longer have a business relationship and maybe they are probably clearing house for tax purposes since when they got into a relationship with GZFX it was trading around .1. Any thoughts?

Dec 22, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Arlington, Texas, Opening Bell Report & Alerts - VMH VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF) Signs Binding Agreement With Wide Open Technologies to Acquire DVD Marketplace, GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GZFX) Still Gaining, Top Holiday Movie Rentals Show America Loves to Laugh the Holidays Away According to a Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) survey, and Movie Gallery, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOVI) Gives Away 30 Xbox 360s.
Steve Gaspar, President of VMH VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF), is pleased to announce that the company has formalized an agreement with Wide Open Technologies of Charlotte, North Carolina, to acquire all of the online business assets of DVD Marketplace.com. The acquisition includes the www.dvdmarketplace.com website, domain name, license for all operating software plus the technology and code which make up this fully functional 3rd party selling platform. Additional site improvements and enhancements are expected to be completed within 90 days of closing by Wide Open Technologies allowing for full integration. The new enhanced site is expected to go live sometime in January 2006 with new improved features and until that point VMH Videomoviehouse.com will operate www.dvdmarketplace.com basically as is. Further platform development and enhancements will be undertaken throughout the year, as needed, by the Wide Open Technologies team. "With this acquisition the company is acquiring much more than just a website. It is acquiring the expertise and the experience of an absolutely top notch team of experts who bring to the table the kind of talent needed to help take VMH Videomoviehouse.com to the next level," added Mr. Gaspar.
The company plans an aggressive marketing campaign to recruit thousands of E-Merchants with the aim of building an internet powerhouse known for offering great value to both merchants and buyers alike. A new marketing team is now in place, ready to pursue E-Merchants both large and small to market their wares on the company's new website by offering more competitive commission rates and lower selling fees.
"This acquisition gives VMH VideoMovieHouse.com a unique opportunity to expand into the estimated 20 Billion Dollar a year commission-based 3rd party online sales market, now dominated by the likes of Amazon.com, eBay.com and Redif.com," according to Mr. Gaspar. "These companies have been very successful using commission-based selling structures. Our intent is to not only duplicate their successes but to capture what we feel is a significant portion of this 20 Billion annual market for ourselves. We will be offering not only DVDs but numerous other products and services for sale online as well, when opportunities present themselves. This change of direction we are undertaking is a dramatic shift towards technology-based solutions and away from time-consuming and expensive product handling. The company plans to reduce product handling to a minimum in the future by contracting out fulfillment of both sales and rental products as much as possible," added Mr. Gaspar.
About VideoMovieHouse.com:
VMH Videomoviehouse.com is no stranger to the estimated 8 Billion Dollar online rental industry or the estimated 16 Billion Dollar DVD sales industry. The company has been selling DVDs on-line since June 2001 and earlier this year entered the North American online DVD market. "The company plans to now focus more of its energy and resources towards the online DVD Rental business. The opportunity to do so has been brought about by the company's recent decision to change the direction of the company," according to Mr. Gaspar. "More focus will go towards growing our DVD sales revenues in conjunction with our Online DVD Rental business. We will aggressively cross-market to both these groups in addition to our existing database of 300,000 past customers," added Mr. Gaspar.
GamezNFlix, Inc. (OTCBB: GZFX), another recent 'up-and-coming' digital disc rental company offers online digital versatile disk (DVD) movies and video games for rental and purchase in the United States. The company, through its Web site, www.gameznflix.com, provides subscribers with access to various Xbox, Playstation 2, Playstation, and Nintendo Gamecube titles and DVDs. The company was formed by Sy Robert Picon and William Spears under the name SyCo Comics and Distribution, Inc. in 1997. It changed its name to Syconet.com, Inc. in 1999; to Point Group Holdings, Incorporated in 2002; and to GamezNFlix, Inc. in 2004. GamezNFlix is headquartered in Franklin, Kentucky.

Try reading the rest of the article instead of the grammatically incorrect title. There's nothing about GZFX being taken over, just a mention about what they do. Jogn Felmming already said he wouldn't let GZFX be taken over. And during this time with the CC deal being solid? hell no!

I see this as psitive news, look as if they are selling the purchase of DVD's not rentals and focusing more on the rental end......must be getting lots of subs, must open more Distribution centers;not diluting to get money.
Gaspar

This opening day traders report has been posted the last few days and has not affected the price or volume because it doesn't say anything about GZFX other than there is some competition in the market. At best this is a neutral report for us.

Whats the chance of a 100 to 1 or 500 to 1 reverse split in the new year before all the good news about the CC national roll out. It allways seems these guys on the OTC run the OS up into the billions then do a RS but of course their own class A shares are never affected.
Great potential here but I dont trust the OTC companys
Cheers A.C.

Go listen to the GZFX Webcast and you will have your answer to why the chances of an R/S anytime soon are 0%.
