I think HOD will test the .03 mark. Thats only +40% from where we are now. Due to the golden I would say we are due for a 40% + gain at least..

Feel free to use any of this DD on any of the following yahoo message boards MOVI, NFLX, CC.

To help promote 'Mass GZFX DD' Try to make the subject line read "Mass GZFX DD"

Also feel free to make changes to the content or post your own DD.

Content of DD starts below dotted line.
----------------

1.)GZFX has over 40,000 DVD/Video Game titles

2.)GZFX current market cap has grown in the last month from around 7 million to now 20 million. WOW!

3.)GZFX is in talks with a possible national rollout of the Circuit City to sale its services in all 600 Circuit City stores

4.)Just in the past week the average volume is about 350 million.

5.)Recently acquired Gamechoice.com inventory of games, and made an offer to the members to switch over if they wanted to Gameznflix.

6.)Has only 1.2 billion outstanding shares

7.)CEO John Fleming holds about 1 qrt of the O/S

8.)Looking to expand into the UK in 2006

9.)With current chart and market cap puts the stock easily at 0.04-0.06

10.)Currently getting ready to redesign the website (www.gameznflix.com) to have an OnDemand feature and a number of other new features.

Closing GZFX is a strong buy right now, with the stock in the Golden Cross as we speak; the 200 MA is in the 50 MA. Gap up is going to happen, just a matter of how soon. Monday is looking really good.

The reason this mass GZFX DD is starting is comments like this…

by:tjm1961us
“I honestly don’t even know what the company does ....”

Or

by: netflix_is_great
“Gzfx has zero money, gzfx has no customers”

These are obvious misinformed people or people that have no DD on the stock, and that is why we have come.

"It's not what you can do for GZFX, but what GZFX can do for you... Let The Games Begin!"

First DD on Gamechoice.com (Which GZFX acquired its inventory on 11/23/05)
The inventory was approx. 1,300 titles to add to the Gameznflix 40,000, as far as member base I would estimate that in the high hundreds to low thousands. Alexa ranking for Gamechoice.com was 2,500,951. As of today (11/26/05) gamechoice.com no longer in service.

Onto DD on GZFX…
Wallst.net looks at were GZFX stacks up against the competition like NFLX
http://wallst.net/superstock/gzfx/gzfx.html

GZFX crossed the Golden Cross today, and that means we are in for an explosive Monday, IMO Monday is still a great time to get into GZFX b/c we are going to see a gap up and a number of the average investors return from their Thanksgiving break.

Also GZFX has stated a number of times that they only have to have 15,000 members to be profitable b/c of the size of the company, which in my view puts them over that or real close. They will surpass that real easy if they acquire this company that has 25,000 members.

What keeps this price going is the fact that everyone wants in on it and the news on the company is just so good so as far as long termers go, nobody is getting out. The only reason the price bounces around so much is that short termers are taking advantage of the high demand. But there are some getting caught in the mess when there's too many buyers to satisfy.

Monday... should be feeling a push for the .022 and will run for the .023 no problem. I think .025 will be the hard part to overcome. Either the buying will be crazy like last week and push right through the .025 resistance or it'll slowly back off and then premarket over it on Tues or even as late as Wednesday. I expect more of a test for .03 by Tuesday and pullback Wed/Thurs with slow gains as usual on Friday. I'm not one to talk on hype but this baby has been doing very good and the MM's are having hell keeping it down.

I agree completely. I have money in this and plenty of hope, but I hope they too are up to the task.

Were they hyped up this much last time though? It looks to me like they started out with their pps set too high and couldn't get the right attention until now. Reviews on sites from 2 months ago show the service was slow but tips about the new mailing system show they are much better now. You can't rely on reviews anymore because investors are just trying to make them seem great with reviews saying "Going to outrun NetFlix" and "best service ever!" I don't really know if it is or not. I don't have enough hard drive space to spare for a membership with them. Last time I ran out of space and needed it for video editing.

But I'm sure they're doing it right this time. And until we get a report, the price'll keep going up for sure.

Online retailers await 'Cyber Monday'
By Lisa Baertlein | November 25, 2005

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - U.S. online holiday sales are expected to hit nearly $20 billion this year and should take off on Monday, when consumers return to work and their fast Internet connections after the long Thanksgiving weekend.

"Cyber Monday," the term coined for the Monday after Thanksgiving, comes on the heels of the busy "Black Friday" shopping day when many brick-and-mortar retailers begin turning a profit.

The good news for online shoppers this year, is that "Cyber Monday" is becoming the Web shopping equivalent to "Black Friday" when retailers launch major sales and discounts to drive traffic, analysts said.

Consumers are seen spending $19.6 billion on non-travel goods on U.S. Internet sites during November and December, up 24 percent from $15.8 billion during the same period last year, according to comScore Networks.

That accounts for less than 5 percent of total holiday sales in the United States but excludes large corporate purchases and sales on auction sites like eBay Inc. <EBAY.O>, the most popular shopping site on the Web.

"Most people who shop online do it at work, not at home," despite rising rates of high-speed home Internet connections, said Jay McIntosh, Americas director of retail and consumer products at Ernst & Young. Work connections tend to be faster than those at home, he said.

While companies like Amazon.com <AMZN.O> were first to make a splash selling online, traditional retailers have helped to drive sales with investments in their own Web sites and by offering consumers the chance to return Web purchases at physical stores, McIntosh said.

Concerns about returns and the inability to touch and feel items are major issues now for consumers who in recent years had listed security as a top Web-shopping worry, he said.

Massive site outages, which dampened online holiday shopping in its early years, are now uncommon. Still, some shoppers were reporting on Friday that online ordering was temporarily unavailable on Best Buy Co. Inc.'s <BBY.N> Web site.

A spokeswoman said the company had been limiting the number of connections to its site due to heavy traffic following the debut this week of Microsoft Corp's<MSFT.O> Xbox 360 video game console, for which Best Buy is the retail launch partner.

FREE SHIPPING RULES

While today's Web shoppers are wooed by conveniences such as avoiding store lines and driving costs, as well as price-comparison tools offered by Shopping.com <SHOP.O>, Shopzilla, Yahoo Shopping <YHOO.O> and Google's <GOOG.O> Froogle, a survey from online retailer association Shop.org said the biggest draw was free shipping offers.

Jupiter Research analyst Patti Freeman Evans said consumers will be more concerned about prices this year due to higher home heating costs and added that many shoppers believe they can find better deals online because there is more choice.

"Pricing online is competitive. Sometimes you can get better deals online, sometimes you can get them in stores with sales and coupons and rebates," she said.

So, I just wanted to see everyone's opinion on the financial report that came out and seeing if anyone thought that would effect the up trend we've been seeing lately.

Been a basher the whole time

GZFX isn't going to have major profit after 2 weeks of launching an advertising program. Actually, Friday was probably their biggest advertisement there since all the idiots who run out to go shopping probably stumbled upon it and possibly bought some memberships. And not only are they advertising the product, they're advertising the stock. So we're possibly drawing in new buyers that check out the progress on the stock, therefore causing it to go up more.

It isn't done yet and all the hype about seeing 10 cents very soon could possibly be right. This is not about to go down. One bad day doesn't mean all bad from here on. Monday will be good.

Post #of 43970

GZFX vs. SIRI vs. NFLX === Got GZFX!

SIRI O/S = 1.33 B; GZFX O/S = 1.12 B

SIRI lost money EPS = -0.62; GZFX lost money EPS = -0.03

SIRI subscribers = 2.173 M

GZFX subscribers = 10,000 and growing fast at rate of 500%.

SIRI PPS = $7.10/sh; GZFX PPS = $0.0183/sh

SIRI Cap = $9.5 B; GZFX cap = $20.3 M

Let's assume GZFX has market cap $200M or 2% of SIRI cap.

Then GZFX PPS = $0.18

SIRI…

SIRI has subs of 2,173,920 according to SEC filing. With $9.50 B capital, each sub is worth about $4,370 ($9.50B/2.173M). Each SIRI sub pays $11+/- monthly fee that is less than (or close to) GZFX sub fee (16.99).

GZFX...

Using $4,370 for each GZ sub, as of today, with 10,000 subs (not incl CC subs), GZFX cap should be around 10,000 x $4,370 = $43.7 Million. Therefore, GZFX pps = 43.7M / 1.12 B sh = $0.0390/sh. Now taking into account of CC in-store promotion, let's use 200 subs generated by each CC store, total subs by CC could be 600 x 200 = 120,000 subs. Then GZFX capital should be around 120,000 x 4,370 = $524.4 M, therefore, GZFX pps = $524.2M/1.12 B sh = $0.4682/sh

OK, now let’s use Price/Sale ratio

SIRI P/S = 51.71 (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=SIRI)

GZFX P/S = 20.53 (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=GZFX.OB)

Use SIRI P/S of 51.71 to calculate GZFX PPS

GZFX PPS = 0.0461 (51.71/20.53 x 0.0183)

The current PPS should be around $0.04/sh and next 30-90 days price should be around $0.40/sh, after that all depends on GZ subs, If GZFX subs can reach 1 Million, we know PPS should be at least 1/2 of SIRI or $3.50/sh.

NFLX….

NFLX O/S = 54.37 M
NFLX subscribers = 3.5 M
NFLX PPS = 29.25
Market Cap = 1.59 B
NFLX EPS = 0.14
Each sub = 1.59B / 3.5 M = $454/sub
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=NFLX

NFLX currently has 25.90% of short interests, which are approx. 14.1 M shares. If shorts cover 14 M shares, NFLX PPS could reach 55-65 range because NFLX average daily trading volume is 1.4 M. With 10 times of average trading volume, PPS could be double or triple easily to 60 (conservative estimate). Then, market cap could be 3.2 B – 6 B. Let me use market capital of 4 B if all short interests are covered, then each NFLX subscriber may worth approx. $1142.

Now, use $1,142/sub to figure GZFX PPS. At current of 10,000 sub, GZFX market cap would be about $11.42 M, so PPS would be around $0.0102. If current GZFX subs are 20,000, then PPS would be around 0.0202. Based on current Circuit City promotion, new Xbox debut and online DVD/Game rental business booming and GZFX awareness, I guess GZFX could have 50,000 subs. If it is the case, then PPS could be around 0.051. What if GZFX has 100,000, 200,000 or 500,000 subs by the end of this year, then PPS could reach 0.51 potentially. Sorry I say 0.51 (even though I surprised myself when I touch the calculator pad). But it is mathematically correct.

Can GZFX reach 0.50 in next 6-12 month? I don’t know. It depends how many subs GnF will get. But I do know GZFX can get 0.05-0.10 soon, “Very” soon. (sounds like uncle Melvin…lol)

Side Note: I didn’t use NFLX to estimate GZFX PPS in the beginning because short situation with NFLX is unbelievable real and unsolvable. NFLX has been on SHO list since Feb 2006 and still on SHO list now. I have tried to test sell-short order through Ameritrade but was told shares were not available for short. However, the institution short positions still are in place, never covered, and no one (SEC) seems to care at all. NFLX short is very tricky. Any strong news could send NFLX to $100-200. If someone wants to pay 100 a share to acquire NFLX company, he actually only pay 75% cost because shorts will cover another 25%. If that happens, each NFLX sub could worth $2,500. Therefore, GZFX PPS could be much higher than 0.05. Did I mention $3.5 PPS for GZFX in the future?

I know many don’t believe GZFX PPS could worth $3, $1, $0.50, $0.10, or even $0.01. I doubt myself in the beginning too. The stock markets never treat any stock at a true fair value, either overvalue or undervalue. Emotion, sentiment, market news, and human behavior drive stock price. I just want to say Trade with trend, not against it. Knowing yourself and trade in comfort zoon. Believe yourself. It’s your money and you can be rich.

P.S…..Also, one can use Cable or DSL subscribe to figure GZFX each sub worth. I know some cable company pay $5,000 per sub to acquire others. (Of course monthly cable fee ($40+) is much higher than DVD rental monthly fee of $17).
