TWOG acquires 20% interest in a $30 bilion stake. I'm not familiar with PAPO, but tell me why PAPO is trading over 2 cents and TWOG is trading * 0.008.

Good question! LOL I am guessing it just hasn't garnered enough attention yet. It hasn't been around under this name for long, so it might not be on as many radars yet as we would like.

First - Why haven't they named the company? {Transworld Oil and Gas Ltd. Announces Acquisition of Twenty Percent Net Interest in "Private Oil Producer"}?
Second, these guys are notorious for saying "Press Release imminent" & then investors wait and wait for the PR - while the pps drops.
Third, why did the "Letter Of Intent" say 49 percent interest and now there's only a 20 percent interest (and in a private company yet to be named for some reason?)
Last, this stock is trading very strangely today - the manipulation is so obvious - goes to .0085 with a huge bid/ask spread, then drops to .0079 with an ask of .0085
It's going down. Gut instinct and a little experience tells me to wait until the hype is gone and then see where the dust settles.
Perhaps a good entry point for this is .0058
Bummer - I thought it might show some moxie by now but - Oh, and as I type this the spread is decreasing which says "Come on in - it's safe - BUY - So we can dump your shares at .007"

louie is on the hotspot hahaha.busted sucka hahaha.i think its so funny how many on these message boards really think that they affect the pps .i mean sure some investors get suckered in and dump for a loss or buy in at the top but i in my utmost ignorant opinion dont think that we really affect the pps that much.especially on stocks with huge floats.anyways i would like to here what louie says in response to the question from ric.hehe.this is a silly stock world.im so glad i found micropennystocks i used to only play otcbb.this is more interesting and silly to me.

Can't blame the guy for wanting to buy at a lower PPS but not on my back! Its the negative twist at the end of every post that I don't care for! I've been on this board for 2 1/2 years and I've seen this buddy buddy up and then throw in the negavativity ploy way to many times!

I have been a "lurker" for a long time now. I have MS - having a good week here - usually I can't type well at all anymore, but sometimes I am somewhat able to type and even just get ON the PC.
I have read many of your posts, especially the ones about buying penny stocks and your methods of buying/selling - and not getting too greedy.
You have definitely made a positive impression on me, and, I believe, many other members here.
I just decided to stop lurking and finally register at allstocks - I am not a basher; I just have an uneasy feeling about this stock and today's movement.
TWOG investors have been waiting a long time for this PR - and others on the sidelines have been waiting. So why is the volume so low, the trading so sluggish, and the pps so stagnant all day?
This should have been the news for everyone to just jump in. But they're not jumping.
Whenever the PPS gets to .0085 (driven up, that is) it is taken right back down to .0078 for quick profits.
This is the fourth time today.
I am a person who lives in constant pain - almost ten years now - I watch everything very carefully, and I move with even greater care.
I just have some mild suspicions - hey maybe I'm just paranoid.
I wanted to get into this but something keeps holding me back.
It is now about 2:30 p.m. - on a Friday, and TWOG is either in a coma - or it is a sleeping giant.
Guess we will all find out.

louie sorry to hear about your pains but i wouldnt say that twog is sluggish or stangnant up over 75% in one day hmmmmmmm...... well anyway i need another 100% move next week to make me happy.
lets get this twoggle moving up towards .05 cents.ive never actually had a ten bagger as some would call it.that would be nice for a change.

the source for the info was Knobias, but I was in fact on the wrong symbol when I copied the info the above O/S A/S is that of PTSC which I have set in favorites and comes up when i bring up the Knobias site for info!
Here is the info that Knobias shows for TWOG

It is not current at all and i would not trust figures this old, so we really don't have any current info on the O/S A/S I will Email the VP and ask what the numbers are!
I just did a count of shares traded since 7/8/04 and the total traded is about 430m so the O/S it would seem is less than 500m and probably lower than 400m at this point taking into concideration both buys and sells.
