Alaskan Oil and Gas signs LOI for 49% Percent of Producing Oil Company Tuesday April 12, 7:30 am ET
HOUSTON, April 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Alaskan Oil and Gas (Other OTC:AKOL.PK - News) has signed an LOI to acquire 49% ownership of a producing oil company located in Russia. The final purchase price will consist of a combination of cash to be utilized as working capital and convertible preferred shares to complete the purchase.
The operating management of the company currently has 10 years of operational experience and are involved in various aspects of oil production. Current areas of operations include production of crude oil and gas condensate, transportation of hydrocarbon raw material to the consumer, registration of necessary customs procedures, reprocessing of sour and highly paraffinic oil within its own plants and the receipt of high-gravity sorts of oil.
Alaskan Oil and Gas believes that it can help the company to increase its production to 10,000 metric tons of oil per month over the next five years. In addition, the company has exploration potential that could add significantly to reserves and production.

Transworld Oil and Gas Ltd. Announces Acquisition of Twenty Percent Net Interest in Private Oil Producer 10/7/05
HOUSTON, TX, Oct 07, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Transworld Oil and Gas Ltd. (OTC: TWOG) announced today that it has acquired a 20% net interest in a joint venture that has 175 million barrels of proven oil reserves along with an estimated 1.8 billion cubic meters of gas reserves. Estimated bed depth of hydrocarbons on the 54,093 square kilometer property is 350 - 520 m below the surface.
Production is expected to be increased from present levels to a projected 1,000,000 barrels per month and further exploration will take place to delineate total unproven reserves. The company has negotiated a direct interest, rather than an indirect interest via an equity interest, which it believes to be most beneficial to its shareholders. Transworld's interest will be net of all additional costs of exploration.

I think we'll break through .01 before profit taking comes. But I'm looking for a nice solid move upward following that initial drop.

so ric if you dont mind answering what do you feel is a fair value for twog.pk? im thinking that this stock could be trading over .05 cents in coming days like papo did? what do you think?
