How the heck would he know a R/S was coming if the did not speak with him.
I have my sell in now and got As F***ed as you all did on this one.
So don't go bit**en bout' all of the cheerleading when you all were doing it all along with us. We all had higher hopes for this.
Just gonna' catch some runners to get it back.

Good day all!

But everyone else says its still pinksheet and since they have not filed with the SEC then they can't be OTCBB. You must file a financial with the SEC and a form 15 to become reporting. Once you become reporting then you can file with Nasdaq to be placed on the OTCBB. None of this has happened period.

Hello allstock members
* Ric people believe what they want.
* He believe they are BB nothing you will say to him will change his mind
* People do not understand things have to be done a certain way for a process as a move from pink to bb to take place.
* Could be a lack of inexperience..

All right numnuts. I didn't say I believed anything. I told you what shows up on my quote on Ameritrade. No offense, but I trust them more than you. It probably is a mistake on their part, but don't be offended if I don't take your word for it.

by the way, a lack of inexperience would make me experienced. [Smile]

I love it when people come on these boards harping on how you shouldn't trust people on the boards, but then get their panties wadded if you don't trust them. LOL

I am not a pumper. I was damned excited yesterday and have been in a crappy mood since it tanked. But I don't believe for a minute you are posting to be noble and help people out in any way. I think Tex was probably right, you are probably recruiting.

Ok, here is what I want to know... are they or are they not giving out the Marinas International stock? If not, then the below PR was a lie, correct? Then why is this not illegal?

Grand Lux, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Purchase World Hockey Association Corporation

Grand Lux, Inc. will be spinning out all current assets into Marinas International Inc. and will provide Grand Lux, Inc. shareholder a one (1) share dividend of Marinas International Inc., for every ten (10) shares of GRDX. At this point Jerm, who knows? I sure hope so but with no pr I wouldn't base any decisions on it.

lol... decisions? My only decision is to wait and see what happens... at the moment I consider this all lost and just hope something better happens. However, if that PR was simply put out as a lie inorder to get my cash... then I consider that pure theft. Otherwise, I'm just purely pissed at myself though I think in the long run I will be thankful for this expensive lesson.

This is a pinksheet, what do you expect. Companies are pinksheets for a reason and companies buy shell pinksheets for a reason. One of which is they don't have to tell you nothing, or little of nothing. And this is a pinsheet no matter what anyone tells you. People warned people they needed to get out before the r/s and no one wanted to listen. All they did was call them bashers. But you want to see how fast a pinksheet that just r/s'd will fall then hold long on this one.

Don't give me that pinksheet crap... I am perfectly aware of the risk involved and I was perfectly aware that this was a "lotto" play... however, when a company, pinksheet or not, puts out a PR that is a pure lie to get one's money, then I consider that not only unethical but it is probably actionable.

Shoot thats what ICAN did. They promised that there assets were being moved to a OTCBB and all ICAN holders would get divy's in it. And after the pump and dump they said opps. I think at this time we would be better off just staying the way we are. Do you really think that wasn't planned? And who is going to do anything about it? Because all they have to say is we really intended to do it but we as a small pinksheet just wasn't able to get the resources up to do it.

This is way to common and way wrong but what can you do about it except quit buying into there lies.

Like I said... I paid for some good lessons here... now I'm going to put them to good use.

rfggator, maybe a better approach would be to contact the local media down there... let them ask this guy some interesting questions while they are covering this local event... have them ask him if this is how he will be treating future investors and fans. :-)

It's Bobby Hull, not Brett Hall. Brett Hull is Bobby's son, playing for Phoenix in the NHL.

I like your attitude. Despite the bitterness of this exerience, yet you stand in complete sanity with flavored humor.

I liked the portion of switching from caviar to Hummus. Reality is hummus is much healthier for you than caviar because it has lot of protien and fiber (from the garbanzo beans) then when they add the sesami paste and youghurt, you get the ultimate in Arab appetizers.

Sorry just feeling bored waiting for the clock to mark 5 [Smile]

I know I deserve a huge tongue lashing from everyone here that lost money! FYI.. I lost money too! I will accept whatever punishment you all dish out, and I will stand up and accept it, because I am responsible for bringing this pick to the board! I will not hold any ill will toward anyone that dishes it out to me!

It is funny how when a stock is going up though, the compliments are free flowing, and as soon as the thing goes down, the person directly involved in finding the pick is a snake or whatever I have been called.....

All I can ask is that you all accept my apology for loosing some $$$ here! I am truly sorry!

As far as MoMo labeling me a "Stock Promoter who dumps on all the members here", that is simply not true! A few here that have known me for a while can attest to my honesty and integrity. Many times, I post the exact number of shares that I purchase and the time and price, so you know I am buying into the stock.

Like everyone else, I look to gain valuable information about a stock by not only searching on line, but also by calling the IR people and CEO's if I can get them! Every PR that comes out has a persons name and phone number....... CALL THEM YOURSELVES! Verify what it is that I find out and post here for everyone to read! You will see that I report exactly what I am told!

Anyway... again, I ask everyone to accept my apologies.

Jeff
