3 of the 6 areas that punkd has referred to have already been confirmed with prior news and press releases such as new india market, online interview scheduled next week, and expanding and buying other companies. I'm not going to copy and paste all of the above due to how much room it would space it would take. Please read entire thread to get full picture.
A person only has to look at the recent sec filings to realize this company is doing big things and is real. The next 10q is due next week with an estimated 3.6 million in revenue. There aren't many penny stocks that can make that claim.

As far as being a promoter... you are way off base! If calling the CEO makes me a promoter, then call me what you want. You also have the ability to contact them as there is a phone number at the bottom of EVERY PR!!!!!!!! FYI, I have spoke with Matt Macguire at Big Apple consulting who is the PR firm representing ADDI.... and he has told me next to nothing. He is a professional PR guy who knows what he is allowed and not allowed to say. I have received some info from him, but nothing overly revealing. Other companies representatives are not so tight lipped! Furthermore, penny stocks is not my source of income, like it is for you! I have a regular 9 - 5 job that pays VERY well. You on the other hand have to do whatever you can to make money to pay rent to mommy and daddy, even if it means deceiving and outright lying!!
I have heard that your attendance is low in your chat room, because you have scammed way more people than I ever have, by frontloading every pick you ever made, and your moderators are even bashing you behind your back. I have always posted all the DD that I have, and as you well know, some of my picks go down further when I find them, because I try to find them during the downtrend and try and pick them when they are at the bottom and ready to go back UP!
I was out of town (Albuquerque, NM) for a couple days attending a conference, and I returned late last nite, very disappointed to see my account balance. I have no words of wisdom, or anything else to say to the people here.. other than I am sorry! I lost too!
I am not a bad person, and it is not my goal to profit off of my fellow posters here! You can post what ever you want about me, you have done it in the past and I am sure you will continue to do it in the future! I will continue to do my DD and try to find those stocks with at least a little potential to make EVERYONE some money!

Hey Tex. I see MOMO's running his mouth again. It's a waste of his time and energy. I haven't seen anyone fall for his crap. I was a little worried about being able to pick him out when he uses a different name every other day. Someone told me not to worry because it's easy to spot him. That person was right. There is no one else here as blatantly offensive as he is. Must be running out of new people to fuel the latest P&D's. Do you think he'll ever learn that he'll catch more flies with honey? Why attack FOT?
Don't waste your time worrying about it FOT. Every stock I pick goes down. No need to let him get you worked up about picking one stock that didn't turn out the way you had planned. If you picked it, it has potential. That's more than can be said for every stock that MOMO's group jumps on for a couple hours. LOL....maybe he doesn't have a group anymore. Maybe it's just MOMO. LOL....how far will he get playing one man pump and dumps? That'd get the car repo'd and put the mortgage in default real quick.

I'm telling peeps the same thing,this is a very promising company with alot to offer.Everyone seems to be level headed & honest.Look at all the positive news.

According to the last quarterly report ( 23-May-2005) revenue for the quarter was $1,012,602 up dramatically from $344,208 for the same quarter last year. Income from operations this quarter was $30,771 compared to a loss of $ 120,659 for the same quarter last year.
Movie Gallery Shares Fall 14%
Movie Gallery Inc. (NasdaqNM: MOVI) shares fell 14% Tuesday after the second largest North American video rental chain said it would suspend its quarterly cash dividend, due to weakened conditions in the home video industry.
Dothan, Ala.-based Movie Gallery fell $1.78 to close at $11.04. The company said it wants to focus on debt reduction and working capital needs at this time. Analyst R. Glen Reid at Bear Stearns reinitiated the firm's coverage with an underperform rating Tuesday, citing "the secular decline" in the in-store rental business.
Movie Gallery's decision follows news earlier this month that rival Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) opted not to pay a dividend for the third quarter, citing increased competition and the negative impact of its decision to stop charging late fees. Several factors combine to make the DVD rental market difficult for brick-and-mortar video stores.
Price points in the $14.95 range for many titles make it more attractive for many people to buy DVDs rather than rent. The increased acceptance of online DVD rental service Netflix Inc. (NasdaqNM: NFLX) -- and the resulting de-emphasis on late fees - has taken market share and reduced revenue for traditional rental chains.
Further, a comparatively weak theatrical release slate in the early months of 2005 gave consumers little reason to rent those same movies when they arrived on DVD later in the year.

Steven Gaspar: Business as usual. Trying to expand operations at a manageable rate
Chat Comment/Question: Give us a broad picture of the future...As YOU see it? We know that you are limited as to what you can say, but just in general
Steven Gaspar: Bread and butter is sales. Especially at this time of yr. going into busiest time Christmas. The video rental business is an up and comer and we are going to grab a decent share as time goes on. Our new DVDmarketplace.com platform for 3rd party sales, worldwide is the most promising area for expansion. Selling other products from world over sold thru our sites is the most promising method of expansion using a marketplace platform that works.
Chat Comment/Question: Do you see a problem with shipping ?
Steven Gaspar: When isn't there always a problem with shipping? DHL is our best option for worldwide distribution. 3rd party sellers do their own shipping to the customers then we just collect the selling fees.

Steven Gaspar: Forget a reverse split. Are you joking here? I'm not in for immediate gratification, I'm a long hauler.

Steven Gaspar: Regarding the low share price, stock manipulators probably.

Steven Gaspar: Hard to tell market cap, but definately not where it is right now!
Chat Comment/Question: What’s up with the recent S8? How are the shares being used?
Steven Gaspar: S8 question, big bunch as security to distributors to secure product credit lines, big bunch involved in buying out previous director, some for me as I have been the bank on this since day one.
Chat Comment/Question: A lot of CEOs say no restricted shares and they do it anyway. What makes you different from any other CEO?
Steven Gaspar: Depends on who others are. I'm no Jack Welch, but I am not a guy that will do that!
Chat Comment/Question: Could you explain how your rival video distrubtor is in NASDAQ and there company makes less than you?
Steven Gaspar: Rival has better bankers and advisors, VMH has just had me, but we’re working on assembling a winning team.

Steven Gaspar: As big as Netflix? What are you smoking? Fair market share over resonable amount of time, definately. We are totally undercapitalized but working on that too. Expansion is just starting, just scratching the surface, ramping up 3rd party sales is the main focus
Chat Comment/Question: What is the current number of outstanding shares and how many of those are restricted
Steven Gaspar: Outstanding shares close to 50 million, resticted guess about 1/2 to 1/3 of that including the 12 million S8 shares.

Steven Gaspar: Pending s8? there is none except what is there now. SB2 maybe but not at any cost. All I've seen in financing offers so far are designed for bankrupt pump and dump companies who would grab anything. Working on getting that fixed too. I am a patient man. It took a long time getting here and I am not going to blow it now.

Steven Gaspar: The Indian website is just up and running and things take time. Slow so far but will be better as time goes on
Chat Comment/Question: Is it primarily geared toward movies or toward american movies?
Steven Gaspar: Bringing Hollywood movies to a largely English speaking population is our goal. They have lots of Bollywood stuff already.
Chat Comment/Question: The last new release for the website was 7/5/05, how often is the site updated?
Steven Gaspar: We update new releases for rentals and sales on our sites every week.
Chat Comment/Question: Do you have any revenue expectations for the up coming year?
Steven Gaspar: Without factoring in any revenue from our new and planned endeavours planned in the coming year I expect a sizable increase in revenue. I cannot project ahead what kind of revenues these new endeavours with bring as we are a business that requires an enormous amount of capital, and that in a nutshell is the determining factor as to where our numbers come in next year. This previous year end June 30th we will see an increase of approx. 250% and I see no reason at this time that we cannot do it again. This quarter the big focus is on sales. Last year we had record sales, and I expect to eclipse that substantially this Xmas season.
Steven Gaspar: We will focus 3rd party launches selling various products ala Amazon Rediff model.
Chat Comment/Question: Can you discuss the relationship between VMH and Novak Capital? Rumor on the net is that he is trying to take over your company
Steven Gaspar: If Novak took over, who would run it? I must again reiterate, this is not a paper shuffling OTC pump and dump. Novak is free to invest and any investment is welcome but that rumor is a joke.
Chat Comment/Question: How do you plan on getting the word out about your company? Will there be a large media promotion?
Steven Gaspar: Most promoters want s8 stock. A no-no. I won't do it at any cost. Most OTC companies do. I have already hired media companies, and more are in the works. As for financing, VC firms are aware of our company now. We are going to do it the right way.
Chat Comment/Question: If everything went as planned and all of your expectations met, when do you see yourself moving to the NASDAQ?
Steven Gaspar: Nasdaq, when we qualify, we will try

Steven Gaspar: Timelines? As soon as I meet the right people that can help us get there, the sooner the better

Steven Gaspar: Our market cap sucks, though! Look at REDF and they are reporting 9 million in revenues.

Steven Gaspar: I would like to have some of that public money hitting the company coffers to aid in our expansion but not at this price level.
Chat Comment/Question: Your shares should be worth at least $1! Going to need some killer PR and nice volume to make that happen. I believe your company isn't well known and that's the problem. Hype causes major runs but the stocks usually crash if you do not keep the public up to date on what's going on. So it's a catch 22 based on how you want your company and your stock to run. Share price will sustain if a run is based on revenues or income and growth
Steven Gaspar: We were barely trading on the Pinks just a short time ago. Revenue growth will take care of the low share price over time. We are working on getting the message out and will continue to do so. You'll see. Thats why I'm here.
Steven Gaspar: Hype is what the OTC seems to be about, I'm finding. I don't condone it but cannot control it either. People believe what they want to believe.

ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT'S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OR PLAN OF OPERATIONS. We are in the business of selling DVDs CDs and videotapes over the Internet through our web site www.videomoviehouse.com and through the websites of Amazon.com and Half.com. We recently expanded our market exposure by listing products for sale on a test basis in the United Kingdom using Amazon.UK, and are considering plans to move into France, Germany and Japan.
On April 2005 we launched our new DVD rental web-site in Canada. This site will offer movies for rent to customers who will pay a monthly membership fee to receive DVDs via mail for home viewing. The DVD must be returned to us via mail, however there is no time limit for their return and no late charges as long as the monthly fees are paid. Also, there is no limit to the number of DVDs a customer may rent for the monthly fee provided however, that only three DVDs may be booked out at any given time. A full scale North America launch is planned in stages over the next 12 months. In order to adequately fund this expansion, the Company will need to raise sufficient capital for inventory and automated processing equipment. Several methods and sources of funding are now being considered.
Approximately 98% of the Company's sales are realized through its sub-distributor relationships with Amazon.com and Half.com.The Company relies on these relationships as a material part of its operation.
We have recently made application to NASD for a listing on the OTC.BB bulletin board.
Our auditors have issued a going concern opinion regarding the financial statements. This means that they are uncertain as to our being able to continue as an on-going business for the next twelve months.
Liquidity and Capital Resources Current assets as of March 31, 2005 were $508,755 and current liabilities were $424,503 compared to March 31, 2004 when current assets were $340,244 and current liabilities were $345,802. We are still experiencing some strain on our cash flow, although our working capital ratio has turned positive. To raise expansion capital, last quarter, we entered into an agreement for a $10,000,000 USD equity line of credit with A.I. International Corporate Holdings Ltd., however, by mutual consent, the agreement was terminated before any funds were drawn. No fees were paid, nor liabilities incurred as a result of the cancellation of this agreement. The Company is now seeking more conventional and less expensive methods of financing its expansion, however no such financing has yet to be secured.
Results of Operations Revenue for the quarter was $1,012,602 up dramatically from $344,208 for the same quarter last year. Income from operations this quarter was $30,771 compared to a loss of $ 120,659 for the same quarter last year. The increase in sales was mainly due to our ability to offer more titles and product for sale. This was made possible by one of our major suppliers who has significantly increased our credit limit and relaxed our payment terms. Additionally, we have seen a gradual improvement in our gross profit margins this quarter. Our greater purchasing power has opened up better buying opportunities in some product categories. Margins, however, will still tend to vary, as availability of discounted products is intermittent.

Momentum continued to build for online video rental firm Netflix Inc. Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX), after rival Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE: BBI) announced last week it would not meet its goal of 2 million subscribers until later in 2006 than previously expected. However, Blockbuster rose 22% Friday after the company said its third-quarter results would show that it's in compliance with its debt covenants for the period. Netflix was up $1.44, or 5.3%, to $28.69.
