Videomoviehouse.com, Inc. (OTCBB: VMHVF) is a rising star in the VHS and DVD movie Internet sales and online subscription rental markets. The company sells and rents video DVD's through it web site www.videomoviehouse.com, and also is one of the largest video retailers on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and Half.com. The company has a Canadian distribution center located in Abbotsford BC, and the company has recently established a distribution center in the state of Washington. This new location will be the home of the video rental division.
Videomoviehouse.com has been selling VHS and DVDs for four years and has developed proprietary programs that automate the listing, selling and shipping of the movies, and the company currently has more than 38,000 video titles available for sale on its website.
The Company recently announced its entrance into the $1 Billion online DVD rental market, which was added to compliment the company's well-established online DVD sales operation. Through its website http://www.videomoviehouse.com, U.S. and Canadian customers will now be able to rent as many DVDs as they can watch for a flat monthly fee of $17.99 per month without having to worry about paying late fees. VideoMovieHouse.com also recently announce that they are entering the online DVD sales market in India and have launched a new web site http://www.videomoviehouse.in specifically catering to this market. By making their inventory of DVD titles available to the much larger and diverse audience brought about by this expansion, the company's sales should increase dramatically. They will also be adding an ever increasing supply of Bollywood movies to their movie selection to accommodate Indian customers worldwide. The site accepts payment in Rupees.
VideoMovieHouse.com also recently has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the assets and business of DVD Marketplace.com, (www.dvdmarketplace.com) an established online DVD retailer offering entertainment products for sale from third party merchants in the USA. The DVDMarketPlace.com acquisition is very important to the company's online DVD sales efforts, however, the DVDMarketPlace.com e-commerce software platform may be even more important to VMHVF's long term strategy. This acquisition is not just about acquiring another company in the video business. The real strategic value in the acquisition of DVDMarketPlace.com is the web e-commerce software platform itself. This is a very fast and robust software platform that can allow the company to open many different web sites targeting various vertical markets, countries, languages and currencies. It is much like Amazon's software platform in that it is built to allow third party vendors to sell all types of products through the platform. Web sites that could be built from this could include sites that feature everything from electronics, to books, to appliances, to entertainment offerings, and more.
VideoMovieHouse.com is undergoing a tremendous growth phase both in the online DVD sales and online rental markets. It is also expanding markets and distribution in North America and internationally, and with it's new DVDMarketplace web site and e-commerce platform, it will be providing online retail destinations for 3rd party video sales as well as expansion into other markets using the platform to sell other types of products much like Amazon.com.
Put this company on your watchlist for sure. They are going places

I averaged way down today. Just waiting for that 10QSB. Two weeks ago we hit this level and bounced up to .16 i believe. I can see the same happening from here.

Website traffic data is now available for the new India web site. The rank is the number of viewers as well as the number of pages viewed per viewer of a particular site. For VMHVF in the USA the weekly rank is 116,050, for VMHVF in India the weekly rank is 115,784. Considering the VMHVF web site is extremely new in India I find it amazing that the rank is nearly identical as the US site. They are definitely getting the word out in India. It appears that it is quite possible for VMHVF to double their revenues!

Sep 22, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) --Arlington, Texas, Opening Bell Report & Alerts - VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF) has Big Plans for Growth.
In 2005 VideoMovieHouse.com (OTCBB: VMHVF) overall product sales exceeded US $3.6 million, and are expected to continue to grow at a rapid pace. VMHVF recently entered the online DVD rental market, an area that has seen significant success by Netflix. More expansion is in the works. With the intent to acquire DVD Marketplace.com for its superior and well established platform, VMHVF is formulating plans for an IPO to help accelerate its growth through acquisitions, mergers and possible takeovers.
According to Mr. Gaspar speaking of DVD Marketplace.com, ''With this acquisition, VMH will be able to attract third party sellers looking for exposure to its worldwide on-line customer base. DVD Marketplace.com's platform is sophisticated, user friendly and easy to navigate, with a proven order processing and payment system.'' The existing system has the capacity to be expanded to offer other goods and services from third party merchants worldwide, similar to Amazon.com in the USA and Rediff.com in India.

The Bid/Ask on VMHVF has been steadily rising today on stong volume. The company has schedule their fiscal year end financial report and earnings announcement at the end of next week. The results are expected to show strong growth, and the company may provide some guidance for the outlook moving forward.
This stock in our opinion has been undervalued for some time now. We expect that today's stock action could possibly be the start of a long overdue upside breakout of this stock. Once that happens we think it is highly likely that VMHVF could go on a significant run. Keep an eye on this stock!

Lovin this. Good call man. There is a big debate in the entertainment industry in whether or not there is enough room in the marketplace for competitor to Netflix & Blockbuster.

"It is a very fast and robust software platform that could allow the company to open many different web sites offering goods for sale in various countries, languages and currencies in that it was much like Amazon's software platform which allows third party vendors to sell all types of products. I foresee the company offering everything from electronics, to books, to appliances, to entertainment offerings, and more in the not to distant future, said Mr. Dean.
Mr. Dean noted that : VideoMovieHouse.com's goal was to be #1 in Canada in online DVD rentals and sales before the end of 2005, and within next 12 months to be #3 in the US behind NetFlix and Blockbuster in the online DVD rental market. He further stated that: " Marketing of the company's new affiliate program was now underway, new DVD rental customers were being signed up every day and together with the company's recent entry into the online DVD sales market in India plus the addition of the www.DVDMarketplace.com e-commerce sales platform he foresaw the company experiencing record growth in the coming months and years."

LOL Youve_been_punked are talking about the pump and dump scams on one thread, and then doing the same thing on another.
Under your other name, coldmoney, you said never to trust someone who said they talked to the ceo as the ceo wouldn't give out any specific info. Actually I think you also said that the only person who would have so much detailed info would be a promoter. And yes, I know you are the same person. The odds of there being two people posting with that style, and that similar content all the while repeatedly mispelling the word "exposure" is more of a coincidence than I would believe in.
For everyone else. I know NOTHING about this stock. Do your own DD and watch this snake carefully.
