CirTran's Iehab Hawatmeh Once Again Featured on WallSt.net 12/8/05
SALT LAKE CITY, Dec 08, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- For the second time this year, Iehab J. Hawatmeh, the founder, president and CEO of CirTran Corp. (OTCBB: CIRT), is featured on the popular WallSt.net Web site (www.WallSt.net), being interviewed by Editor Nick Iyer.
"This was the perfect time to interview Mr. Hawatmeh in light of CirTran's recent performance," said Iyer.
WallSt.net will offer the interview as streaming audio for about a week, with it then remaining in the WallSt.net archives.
"Big Day for CirTran"
"It was very good to be on WallSt.net on what turned out to be a big day for CirTran," Hawatmeh said. "Even before the interview became available we had a very strong day with more than 4.5 million shares traded and a 17% jump in our share price!
"In the WallSt.net interview, I told Nick Iyer how 2005 has been CirTran's best year to date," he said. "We have been awarded more than $80 million in exclusive manufacturing contracts, giving us a strong backlog going into the new year, and have continued to emerge as a 'player' in the highly competitive Direct Response/Sold-on-TV industry.
"CirTran is growing on plan," he said, "and is positioned as a total solutions provider -- from design to manufacture to shipping."
Hawatmeh also said that CirTran has formed a Products Division, and is now in the process of becoming a vendor of record so as to sell directly to large retailers in the United States.
"Our plan," he said, "is that consumer products built by our CirTran-Asia subsidiary, as well as products we will acquire for merchandising, will be on retailers' shelves early in 2006."
