I've not read the filing Kevin but I assume that Doug will have to buy them back at the same price they were sold, regardless of where PPS is at the time.

I think I'm done with this one. I put in my sell order this morning at .0011. That's a hefty loss for me and I hope it even gets to that level to at least fill my sell order.

He mentioned that he also has other things that will be released as well, but he would not elaborate. He did confirm that the LOC is in place and ready, they made the final crossover yesterday and are doing their last round of checkout and testing. Everything is ready to go! FOT

I think you're right bowles. I've searched everywhere for the details of the deal. That just further makes my point that Doug doesn't care about keeping investors informed.
Why keep info about company finances secret?
As near as I can tell, there is no way to know for sure IF he is allowed to repurchase the shares anyway. It's all a lot of smoke and mirrors IMO.
I'm not trying to entice anyone to buy or sell. I'm not trying to drive PPS lower so I can buy into this. I will never buy this stock again. I'm just trying to keep the accurate info flowing (at least what we think is accurate). In July this restricted share plan was part of the big DD that was plastered all over the internet to get people to buy into ICMH. Now that the date is almost here, we aren't hearing anything about it.

The one thing that is NOT speculation is the fact that it was spread all over the internet that Doug had until Dec 05 (maybe that means the end of the year and not December fifth???) to repurchase the restricted shares with NO interest.
To be honest how do we know for sure that there even were restricted shares. But if this whole charade has been predicated upon a lie, I would be real hesitant to believe what is being said now.

Amos I owned this stock for a long long time. Long enough to realize that it was going nowhere. I don't own this stock, and I won't buy it, for that very reason.
I am here to offer honest opinions and info. If you prefer to hear only one-sided hype, then I truly feel sorry for you. If you continue to believe all the one sided DD on this board, you will lose your money in a hurry. You should take comfort in the fact that I have NO vested interest in this stock. I have no motivation to mislead anyone.
Kevin even if it does mean end of the year, we are still waiting for the contract that was signed in July. How confident do you feel about it?

Well, I own this stock, so you're in luck after all!
And you could look at my posts as an opinion. That's what everyone here posts - opinions.
However, after careful review of what FOT has relayed to us as late as last week about the PR being released on Tuesday, how can you not look at what Mr. Hamby told FOT then and what he most recently told FOT as anything _BUT_ a lie? "Oh he didn't know it was going to take this long for the legal issues to be worked out...". Oh, I know: How about he tell us there are legal issues to be worked out instead of guessing that they will all be worked out so he would never have to tell us to begin with???
Seriously, covering up the truth is the same as a lie. When your children tell you only half the truth next time, please feel free that I said it's ok to do that from here forward because CEOs of companies you invest in do the same thing.

I don't feel confident at all.
If it works out I'll be thrilled.
I’m going to leave what I bought in, and see what happens.
If all we have heard is BS, then I’ll write this off. If what we have heard is for real, but delayed, I’ll hold past .01.
I’m not selling below .01. I’d like to sell closer to .02.
My gamble is that all we heard is not BS, and it will work out.
I have a relatively small amount of money invested in this, so I’m not going to worry too much.

BTW, and so everyone knows - I was one of the dd folks here too: I called Nutmeg Group to get their story. They were a bit vague if you go back and look at the old thread.
I'm about to take a huge loss on this if my sell order goes through, so don't think I'm out some small change or just bashing here. It's not true - I too believed in the power of this stock to move somewhere worthy of lots of cash. However, when my brain told me to get out several times, I didn't listen because I wanted to believe Mr. Hamby. The latest from FOT has made me see the error of my ways (too late unfortunately).

And if the stock goes up after I get out, I will also kick myself. I'm just realizing that this game has gone too far with the information from Mr. Hamby being rarely adhered to, half truths, etc.
So, even if it goes to a .01+, I'll be satisfied with my loss this time around.

Two years ago this stock was trading at .01 Even after the Feb PR stating "300k per month revenue by April" and the August PR stating "several million in revenue during the first year" this stock has continued to fall. We get a PR saying they bought a switch and then months later a new PR saying "they MAY buy a switch".
Those are facts and easily verified by reading the PR's.

I agree that the PR and information flow for this company is being really badly handled. And waiting until after Thanksgiving to release even minimal news, despite promising us this PR by this past Tuesday even after the legal problems were revealed is kinda bogus... But so long as a few nice-sounding PRs come out immediately after thanksgiving and we get a little something to nibble on (hard news about the switch, the contract, the website, something), then there's no reason we can't see .01+... .018 or .019, even, pretty easily.

Bloody shame that this has gone as badly as it has, but I've seen much worse in Penny Land, and still have more than a modicum of faith that this can be turned around nicely and that FOT knows what he's talking about. IMO, they at least should release a fluff PR or explanatory PR prior to Thanksgiving while we wait for bigger news -- letting their PPS sink like this because of a constant lack of being able to keep to deadline and not releasing more positive news on a constant basis (even fluff PR) is not nice to the shareholders.

Our system posted a HOLD today. The previous BUY recommendation that was confirmed was made on 09.20.2005 (58) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0013. Since then ICMH has fallen -38.46% .
Have you bought this stock when the recent BUY signal was confirmed? If so, it is great. Just relax and wait.
What will you do now? Well, the HOLD tag says all that is to say. Keep on holding your stocks and do not bother yourself with any further buying or selling as long as the HOLD tag stays.
Today a Long Black Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices declined significantly from open to close during the day under strong selling pressure.

Boy, sure a lot of whiners and "basher" bashers over here. Hmmmm. Thought the purpose of Allstocks was helping others do dd & research on stocks or is it now "Pumpers ONLY". Like y'all I accepted the end user agreement,so whats the beef? jdog006 and other's opinions are just as worthy as the pumpers and stuckholders hoping to keep this thing afloat.I believe someone posted on this or the earlier thread(couldnt find it today) that Doogie has a long history of being unreliable, very late(6-8 months),ect.And, he seems to be jumping helterskelter from one scheme to the next over the past year, with no results from any yet. The switch was bought, hooking it up, LOC, ect, NOW the switch has'nt been bought but it might be. Legitimate concerns in my view and we should not be luring newbies into to this with fantasies. Ive been in this for 4 months, took profit on the run, riding 150,000 "free shares". Started to buy more here a while back and recently on these dips, but Doogies delays & excuses have turned me off. here's an honest opinion when it comes to ICMH...people like to cry alot. Why is it when someone like FoT posts his conversations with Doug, he's labeled a pumper. True it's not "solid" DD, but I feel it's part of the process, and when nothing is being put out in the press, what else do you have to go by. Posting conversations held is not pumping. Next, pointing out ICMH's history of failing to deliver is not bashing either. You want to inform people who may not have been here from the beginning and do not know the history, fine that's not bashing. BUT, there's no need to be ugly about it either. I'm gonna point out jdog just because he's been the most vocal about his distaste for ICMH.
"I've wasted enough time here the past few days. I check in periodically. I'll be back in a week or so. I'm sure you'll all be in the same situation - waiting for something that was due 6 months prior."
That's like rubbing salt on a wound right there.
