RENO, Nev., Nov 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- ICM Telecommunications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ICMH) today said that its mid-September announcement of a revenue sharing strategic alliance with NTELX, an international network provider to the telecom industry, was incorrectly stated. The company said it actually has entered into a revenue sharing agreement with Claridon Holdings, a Canton, Ohio-based telecommunications services company.
As part of the agreement, ICM intends to invest in the privately held Claridon to enable network expansion into multiple international markets. ICM also said it is considering purchasing its own tier one carrier switch to route traffic between the U.S. and international markets.
"In the end," said President & CEO Doug Hamby, "we expect this revenue sharing arrangement will offer substantial return for our shareholders over the longer term."
As to the basic fundamentals, Hamby said, "we still believe that the real growth in communications will be in international markets, where VoIP technology will help propel a worldwide boom over the next decade. During that period, we intend to be a major participant in that growth."

Positives: Switch is installed Customers already established Immediate PREPAID revenue (monthly prepayment for usage, so he wants a LOC to guarantee future payments) mymedicalcd ramping up purchase of restricted shares before end of year website launch coming
Negatives: delays (these happen to every company.. even more so to start ups) missed deadlines and lack of follow through on PR's (these are not entirely in Doug's control, and I am sure he does not want to misreport or report things that have not occured yet) this has turned into a long hold. (patience will pay off)

Could this be a slick way to drive the pps down to .0000000001 so Dougy can buy back shares. I can't believe so many good people could have been so wrong about this.

All I can say is he better release another PR in the morning with some figures or this biatch is gonna tank and nobody is gonna buy into it again, at least not on this board. Somehow I doubt he will.

I can see how Kywee might be right, they just stating what was going on then, and making a correction to previous statements, and its not whats going on now, meaning they do have that switch, and I'm guessing its On, and passing traffic (or about to) and Doug is taking his time releasing that PR. At-least one can look at it that way, and not get all panic driven. I know PR is confusing, but then again, we already knew Doug is not a pro in PR writing (to say the least)

RENO, Nev., Nov. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ICM Bull****ers, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ICMH) today said that it wishes to clarify its previous press release. In September, 2005 we released a PR stating that we have operations in the works that will generate tons of money. We wish to correct that, we will not be making those tons of money we stated earlier. Sorry for the inconvience.

1 Doug says something will happen by a certain day. PPS goes up on speculation.
2. That day comes and goes and no one hears a thing from ICMH. PPS starts going back down.
3. Investors start thinking something caused it to be delayed.
4. Someone calls Doug and he gives a new date. PPS goes up a few ticks.
5. The new date comes and goes and no one hears a thing from ICMH. PPS falls back a few ticks.
6. Investors start thinking Doug is full of BS. PPS sinks lower.
7. Doug puts out a fluff PR that has a hint of promise for the future. PPS rises a few ticks and quickly sinks lower than where it started because investors are tired of the BS and they are dumping their shares before PPS puts them too far back in the red.
8. The cycle starts over at #1.

Will the cycle ever stop?

I think he is trying to do a deal to get the switch going. It's obvious he needed some outside support.
Sounds to me like he was penning a deal with the first company. Then, maybe found a better deal - cheaper, better people, etc. and changed his mind at the last minute.
As long as his judgement is correct. It's fine.
I just want him to get the thing operational already!

The PR was a CYA because of how they acquired the switch. Long story short....
NTELX purchased a bankrupt co who had purchased this switch. NTELX did not need the switch, so they decided to liquidate the asset. When the creditors from the brankrupt company caught wind of the sale of the switch, they wanted to be paid.
So, in order for Doug to make ammends with NTELX, he had to release this PR.
As far as the switch goes, they are making hte final crossovers and he has set a date of Tuesday for releasing the PR announcing the traffic.
It absolutely sucks that there is this delay, and this crappy PR, but he had to do it! I will be picking up some shares cheaper if there is a sell off from this!
