This is really starting to get rediculous. I mean common get your act together. I really hope this doesn't turn out to be a scam. He has to be the most disoraganized CEO of all time. Wonder what he his waiting for. Maybe he just decided to wait until the quartly report or will there be one. I really wish everyone here the best, but my confidence is definately becoming smaller and smaller each day. I refuse to call him anymore because the last time I called him it sounded like he was going to have a heart attack. He just wasn't that polite to me, but I know he likes FOT so at least someone here has good relationship with him. Good luck everyone I'm going to work.

You're kidding right? Most of these people have been in this for months waiting on news. Seems that Doug, (God / The Burning Bush) will only speak to Moses. If you don't have faith in this arrangement I am sure you will be branded a blasphemer, infidel, and heretic. Makes no difference who and/or what kind of money a commoner invested here, only the chosen get to hear the message. Pretty slick arrangement, God can third party his excuses and blame Moses for not reporting the message correctly, and Moses can tell you to have faith in God, there must be a good reason he didn't do what he has said he would. Just have faith, God's failure to act is in your best interest, just ask Moses.

I work at an ad agency, and our clients are constantly moving things back the very last minute for a multitude of reasons. That is why I am giving Dougy here a chance. You just have to decide if it is worth the risk to you. I do not think that this is a scam...but it has definately been a headache. I think that there is going to be a big payoff in this...but as we have all said a million times...it is just a matter of time. Doug just needs to get his act together and stop making promises that he can't keep.

My thoughts on the delay of the news is this:
Letter of Credit's are not just thrown aroundto anyone who wants one. The bankers and lawyers have to draft the documents and if just one person doesn't like one word, then the whole process starts over. Now, Doug told me the Letter of Credit was signed and he was waiting for it to be delivered which was suppose to occur on Tuesday, at which time, he was going to get the traffic flowing. Now, I haven't talked to him yet, to find out the delay, but I feel pretty confident that the problem is not with turning on the switch, but with the delivery of this letter.
Lets look at the positives and negatives here:
Positives: Switch is installed Customers already established Immediate PREPAID revenue (monthly prepayment for usage, so he wants a LOC to guarantee future payments) mymedicalcd ramping up purchase of restricted shares before end of year website launch coming
Negatives: delays (these happen to every company.. even more so to start ups) missed deadlines and lack of follow through on PR's (these are not entirely in Doug's control, and I am sure he does not want to misreport or report things that have not occured yet) this has turned into a long hold. (patience will pay off)
I am as upset as everyone else that no news has come yet. I simply share the information garnered from the phone converstations that I have had with him. It gives me a big black eye for reporting that he is going to release the news and it doesn't come!
I would love to see my account with tens of thousands of extra dollars, and I believe that it will come.. sooner rather than later!

I will give you this much. A couple of days ago there wasn't any news, but FoT said it was coming, and there was the run to .002, so I suspect there might have been some type of release, leak, that caused that. I don't know that the MM's get pre PR'd somehow, but if they do that might have been the reason for the increase in PPS. Now, I wouldn't be so sure that if news was released this would pop dramatically, it might have been factored in with that increase to .002.

afternoon gents. I tell you; my face is blue from holding my breath. I was really looking forward to the pr on Tuesday. Too bad.
But, if they are making money right now, then that's fine. If I had to choose - I'd rather own a company that was making money first and pr second. Rather than the other way around.
I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed. I've been holding for 6 months. At this point. a couple extra days/weeks is no big deal.

Well, I was able to get in contact with Doug. So I asked him a series of questions:
Nile: I know that the pr was suppose to be out about the swith going live, whats going on with that. Doug: (In so many words) We had a problem getting it out on time, but it will be out "directly." (I know everyone is going to hate that answer).
Nile: I said I understand, but that means next week right? Doug: Yes.
Nile: Good, and you're still planning the buy back of shares in December right? Doug: Yes
Nile: Great, so is there anything else you can tell me about the pr coming out. Doug: Not at this time.
We had a very pleasant conversation and he was not rude or short with me at all. I think that as far as he goes, he wished the pr was out all ready and that its not out be cause of legalities. Sounded like something beyond his control.
Sorry if this doesn’t help anyone, but I know that the pr is coming!

I am glad that someone else is at least able to confirm the things I have been hearing.
I am disappopinted about the PR not coming out right now... but, a couple more days will not kiil my investment. He at least told you that next week it should be coming.
I am glad to hear he is still confident in the buy back before the end of the year, and I know for certain that they are not diluting any as the O/S count has not changed in teh last 9 months+.
From what I can tell, the switch is all checked out and ready to go, it was just the LOC that was holding up the show (those damn lawyers! )

As much grief and badmouthing that some people give Doug here, I know he is working hard to get things done. He is a really nice guy and is doing his best to make this compnay succeed. He is very easy to talk to and he is very excited about what he is doing. He will tell you a bunch if you are nice to him to begin with!
