i sold 1.5 mil sh @ .0015 and my order filled instantly sh price didn't budge, i have a feeling i should not have sold when a sell order fills that fast

Well TRM, to be honest, can't blame ya a bit for selling. Me, I'm too stubborn. Just mad at myself because I'm missing out on AMEP and a few others. Can't believe I sold my IGTN to buy this.

i still have 3mil, but to many other stocks are running, i like you have been tied up in icmh, it will probably pay off but could be a long wait, and from what other people say , Doug never comes through on the news, i am starting to believe it, how long does it take to put out news?

i feel your pain trm, ive got 1.05 mill, my big play hs been IGTN, if it werent for that Id prob be alot more pissed right now for waiting so long, BUT the chart is shaping up for ICMH ill be buying more based solely on the chart once the stoch starts turning up

I mean, that's why they are pinkies. I guess I'm just mad because I'm running out of free porn to look at. We'll see how "truthful" Mr Hambry was with FOT and the others. Remember, we were promised this and that, and so far, a very weak PR. Just not gonna look at this through rose colored glasses.

Hi everyone. I'm going to give it to you straight (I might post charts later). The indicators aren't looking very good right now. Most of them are showing a downtrend. The most telling indicator IMO is ADX. ADX is showing that there is no real trend (up or down). BUT the directional indicators tell me a great deal. -DI is showing that selling pressure is not increasing as you would expect in a downtrend (and looks to be decreasing slightly). +DI is showing decreasing buying pressure and this should come as no surprise to those of you who have been watching ICMH closely since the PR. It is holding steady at it's new support base of .0015. IMO The directional indicators are telling me that the only thing holding it there is those of you who refuse to sell. If people start losing faith and grow tired of waiting, I'm sorry to say that ICMH will probably fall below that base. If it does, it will be a great buying opportunity for the rest of you who choose to hold out and wait for the payoff on your patience.
Patience seems to be a requirement when dealing with Doug.
By the way that was a good update on the charts yesterday Nile.

FWIW.. I put in a call to Doug and left a message.
My gut feel is that the PR we received was a teaser to get people to stop calling him... There are just to many open holes in the DD that we all have found that need to be explained or detailed in PR's.
I am still holding ALL my shares and I have not sold a single one yet!

lets wait and de bowlegtroy's call... too much correlation between secure financial services, viking capital, nutmeg and ICM are the things making me hold on to this. not hamby's promises. until it doesn't get sorted out i don't think its worth it to sell. he said a stream of PR's, and we already had the first one. its september already, things kick back in action. plus, the PR wasn't that weak after all... it didn't talk about numbers, but it does tell you that this guy is no fictional person, he's working on it.

Ok, guys, here is the update from Nutmeg Group after my conversation with them:
First, Mr. Goulding and his staff were very professional, prompt, and easy to talk to. The conference call included his son Ron(?) who is now working with him as well.
Demeanor: Businesslike - neither upbeat nor downbeat except for a few places in the conversation (where I will note).
Special note: This is not a word for word conversation below, but these are the basic questions, answers and gut feeling/impression I got from speaking with Mr. Goulding.
Questions and Answers:
Q: I’ve been reviewing your web site in order to seek out companies that are in your portfolio, however, I cannot find a complete listing. Do you have such a list available?
A: Are you interested in a specific company that’s not listed there?
Q: Yes – ICM Telecommunications and My Medical CD. Are they a part of Nutmeg’s portfolio?
A: Yes.
Q: What is the total $$ investment and what is it secured by?
A: Over time we have invested about $200,000 in ICM. Each of the investments we made to date differs, and only one that I can recall was written as a loan.
The majority are stock equity plans. We made straight purchases of the stock in exchange for the investment capital.
All of them are secured in one way or another by stock (restricted, straight purchase, convertible notes).
Q: How is the majority secured? I mean, most of the investment groups I’ve seen secure their investment with placement of shares either unrestricted or restricted that can be converted after a specific time period. Is that the case – Do you have restricted shares that can be converted to common shares?
A: In most cases, no, we own the shares outright, however I am in discussions with Doug Hamby for convertible debentures for some investment made by the group.
Q: Are you considering additional investment in ICM, and for what purpose?
A: He stated they were looking into investing more funds for promising future endeavors.
Q: What type of future endeavors?
A: I cannot answer that since it would be considered insider information, however, I can say that we would not consider investing if it was not going to look profitable. (NOTE: Upbeat tone)
Q: Ok, sorry. I’m sort of new at asking for information like this and am trying to gather some information to make a decision to take a larger position in ICM or not. Please let me know if I ask any questions that you are not allowed to answer because of SEC/Insider rules.
A: (small laugh) I hope, I will!
Q: Are you allowed to state the amount of funds you intend to invest in the “future endeavor”?
A: Yes – Aproximately another $100,000
Q: Wow! That’s a substantial amount to invest at once considering you have put double that over a longer period. If a company like Nutmeg was interested in investing that kind of money, that it must be a good sign of things to come.
A: We would not even consider investing if there were bad things in the works. We see the future ventures as being profitable.
Q: Why did you add ICM Telecommunications, Inc. to your portfolio?
A: I was introduced to Doug Hamby through a friend who I hold in very high regard. I was impressed by his candor and his vision for the future and direction with ICM.
Q: How do you feel about ICM's recent change in direction?
A: Any time a company can expand their functionality or product line without introducing additional costs, that is an excellent thing. I mean, if we all had a card that could be used pay our bills, be used for work, and is able to be scanned for medical information, that is an excellent thing in itself.
The My Medical CD alone endeavor should be very profitable.
Q: Are some of the funds you are considering investing related to the My Medical CD endeavor?
A: No. the My Medical endeavor did not need outside financing from Nutmeg.
NOTE: He almost said “at all”, then realized what he was about to say and said “from Nutmeg” instead.
Q: Can you tell me if the future endeavor is with another of Nutmeg’s portfolio companies.
A: (NOTE: Slight pause before he responded). Hold on, um, I don’t believe it is. The endeavor does not involve Nutmeg at all except for capital.
Q: Where do you estimate the pps of ICM in one month, four months, and one year?
A: I left my crystal ball at home today (easy laugh).
I laughed too, and asked again.
A: I generally predict these things and am way off, so I just don’t predict any more. PPS is affected by so many things. I mean, what if we had another 9/11 - Surely PPS would drop for all stocks regardless of how profitable I thought they would be.
I’d hope for at least .01 or more, but cannot predict whether it will be there or how long it will take.
Q: Fair enough! Does Nutmeg Group forecast revenues and earnings of ICM to increase substantially? If so, what time frame do you expect hem to increase.
A: Well, like I said, these things are difficult to predict (NOTE: Upbeat and congenial). There can be many factors such as market acceptance and sales initiatives that could have an impact on future earnings. However, if we did not believe they would increase substantially, we would not invest in the company (Note: Very serious, but on a positive side of seriousness).
Seriously though, if you want revenue and earnings projections, you may want to ask Doug directly. He will have much better figures than speculation by Nutmeg.
(NOTE: I kind of felt like he danced around this question since they must have seen the balance sheets, and made some of their own projections prior to their own investing.)
Q: Do you intend to make The Nutmeg Group a publicly traded company? Do you have a time frame for this?
A: I’ve been asked this before, and we do not intend to take the company public at this time.
(NOTE: He asked me if I was an investor in ICM and I stated yes and that the information he gave me was extremely helpful in me making a more informed decision for purchasing more stock in ICM.)
Q: Do you have a list of your portfolio companies that are not listed on yoru web site?
A: I thought we updated that at least once a month. Is ICM not there? (NOTE: I answered that ICM nor My Medical CD were listed). I’m very surprised considering their most recent developments.
Keep an eye on the web site as I believe it should be brought up to date in the next couple of weeks. No list is available like that currently unless it is on our web site.
ME: I feel that if large investors are willing to make an investment in small companies like ICM, then I also feel confident in my own investment and that his information was most helpful.
I thanked him profusely while stating the above, and that was the end of the call.

Another Fatherof2 pump and dumps. When will you guys take notice to what he is doing. This stock is 5 days away from hitting .001 All if you who took large postions in this you are going to lose alot of money. I've lost on alot of his plays and this one will prove to be bad once again. His plays almost usually drop after he calls it. Why don't you get in when it is real low and then buy shares. He gives you all this DD which makes you think the future is bright but it's just a coverup as people sell there shares and you hold. Tommorow the bid will hit .0011 for sure... Good luck to all of you and there is a better way to trade.
