I have a lawyer buddy checking on what he can find for me on that. it is hard though with out a docket number or a case number or even a court building, if anyone has seen any of these things send them to me that may make his efforts a little easier and therefore may be able to find what i need easier.
its all public recors but you need to know some of these points. the system is not that easily searched up here and the info does not get updated as quickly as say your credit report.

Chopper You are absolutely correct. When the "experts" start watching a stock, it means that company is worth their time and efforts, even if they don't rate it very high at first.

Theres 2 good messages here. The ludlow guys and Q is in the Wall Street Newscast where a lot of investors can see them. Ijust edited, I don't know if these guys are associated withthe journal or not.

Where are they in the Wall Street Journal? I missed that one somewhere. Unless you are referring to the Ludlow article.. thats just wallstreetnews . com - not saying thats bad, its just as important in the end that we know investor groups are looking and researching (big big deal in my eyes) but its not related to The Journal.

Someone that got 2 million at 14 yesterday makes 200 at 15 today... we have a few on this board that really get their jollys over the quick pay offs like that with Q.
I am not knocking it, to each there their own, but I am just not into that sort of thing when I find a company in which I have genuine faith and belief. Qs going somewhere, as BB said yesterday, too high profile to be a scam. So thats ruled out in my eyes. Q is mentioned literally everytime LOGO is mentioned in articles which I believe means Q is now being seen as a serious contender in this industry.

Ligge, I suppose we both remember when all they talked about awhile ago is Here, Logo, MTV etc. And we would think, where is Q? Except for the pps i'd think we really stumbled into something big here.

Yes its a paid service, but most things are these days... either we paid or Ludlow paid. I would guess us, but either way it's still the same good news.
I would have blown it off if the report was "Frank Olsen reports Q is being researched by multiple investment groups, blah blah blah". I would like to see the whole report for more insight into how this happened and what they are saying so we would know if this was Frank instigated or just Frank making sure it got out there, but I am not a member there or becoming one.

wallstreetnewscast is a paid service, and are run by the same guy as Ludlow Capital. So, I'm suspecting this is part of Frank's paid advertising strategy.
