Example today we close at .037 If news of Audit at 0700 hrs
Let's say we open at .042 by 10 AM probably .05
I get in at .048 and if we expect to go to .15 I still make 300%
better than going from .055 to .023 with a RISK of going back to .01 if no Audits are released like most pinks tend to do.
Sorry, for sounding to pesimistic but just been careful. My opinion will not influence what the company does and what manipulation from the MM's.

i dont understand, if most of the float was bought above 4, why would it be good to see it go down to these levels?

Oh yeah! I'm with you in AMNI. That's the next HISC. That company is going to be big. But honestly I see IGTN moving much faster, and much higher.

i believe you with igtn, but it isnt a matter of if, its more of a matter of when, ya know? Funny, i flipped this stock 3 times daytrading last week, then i get in when it was .054! Obviously, knowing my luck with longs, it comes down

By: HAPPYOCTOPUS 07 Sep 2005, 10:04 PM EDT Msg. 10880 of 10885 Jump to msg. # Once upon a time there was a company named Creative Recycling Technologies(CRTZ).
As hard as they tried, they just could not stay in business. They even had a loss on their tax returns. CRTZ could not stay in business so they became quiet, and had no business relationship for a long time. CRTZ became a shell, and sat on the shelf of some law office for a long lonely time.
So many times the lawyers promised CRTZ that one day they would clean CRTZ, and merge CRTZ with a private company. CRTZ still waited getting dusty. Then one day a devastating blow came to CRTZ in the form of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act!
The lawyers informed CRTZ that it was now to expensive to clean CRTZ, and sit and wait for a good merger company. They told CRTZ that they would wait until a good company came along then the lawyers would clean CRTZ and complete the merger.
One day a man named Scott Sand who had a medical company knocked on the lawyers door, and said he wanted to take his company Ingen Technologies, Inc.(IGTN) public. CRTZ heard this and was happy, but still a little dusty.
Scott and the lawyers talked, and worked out a deal for the lawyers time and Scott's company. Shares were issued for compensation, and tax losses were carried over to help IGTN in the future.
CRTZ received it's first bath in many years, but was still a little dusty. When CRTZ was in the bath it changed it's Symbol to IGTN.
The long days and nights of bringing SEC filings current, and completing audited financial statements began. Although IGTN was only trading on the pink sheets, it sure was better than that dusty shelf. Every day and night IGTN dreamed of moving to the bigger and better exchanges.
IGTN waited and was traded every day. Sometimes these days were good, and sometimes they were not so good. Igtn at one point got so low that the lawyers just told IGTN to wait and see. IGTN believed, and one day IGTN's stock started going up again. IGTN had a lot of people who were on Igtn's side, but many did mean things like shorting and bashing.
Igtn kept it's faith in the lawyers and Scott, and knew better days were still ahead.
Moral to the story:
No businessman or lawyer in their right mind would go through all the time and expense to clean a shell, do a merger, and clean filings and financials without expecting a huge profit. These things cost to much!
I know this for a fact I have done this before, and am doing now.
P.S. I do not post much, but do enjoy everyone's posts.
I even enjoy the bashers, they let me know how much money I am going to make, or not make.
