Called Scott Sand- He says to call Stacey 303-783 9055 Section 504 registration since terminated was to raise funds as previously posted.
500 million is A/S - SEE ARTICLES OF ORGANIZATION.
200 milion cannot be transferred, 1 year, 120 are restricted, June 2006, 2 year on Rule 144 stock. Result is 440-200-120 = about 120 million on the FLOAT.
Called Stacey - She says it was a mistake on their end in conversion of data. I didn't quite understand that reason and she was a bit perturbed at my questioning her and said I wanted the info NOW rather than waste time of faxing her <gggg>.
CALLED Harold Specter is the cpa =626-584-6400 Friday – "We are due to give management through May 31, 2004 this Friday as draft. Due to give them draft of May 31, 2005 next Friday. If no problems, then they will sign and will become public record."
Published as public record 3-4 days after accepted by the company.

Please find a copy of the Articles of Incorporation which indicate 500,000,000 authorized and 40,000,000 preferred. Further, the company completed a 504 Registration and issued 200,000,000 shares as a part of our funding program going public. To date there are 440,000,000 shares outstanding (120,000,000 are restricted, 200,000,000 are 504 shares that cannot be sold or transferred pursuant to a Securities Agreement). The remainder are in the float.
This can be verified with the Secretary of State for Georgia. The Transfer Agent has released incorrect information, and I have contacted them as of today to assist them in correcting their records. You can contact the Transfer Agent at 303-783-9055 to verify the correction of their error.
The auditors, Spector & Wong, are very close to completing the revisions to the audit. Harold Spector can be contacted at 626-584-6400. Once the audit is complete, I will have a statement announced by our legal team regarding the filing schedule and OTCBB timing. I have no idea what investors are hoping. I can tell you that when we did the merger that an audit of the consolidated companies was a part of our focus to be a reporting company and on the OTCBB.
I have Federal Tax Returns since 1999 from Ingen Technologies that were prepared and filed by Harold Spector. Why would our audited financials be any different in terms of revenues and expenses, and profits. Therefore, the year 2004 and 2005 both show earnings of $1M and profits. Now you tell me....is that what the investors want to see ?
In short, we are on a forward moving schedule to the OTCBB as a reporting company.

Just to inform and not to bash but American Bull has a Sell Confirmed for today it may end lower again today. But DONT WORRY!! Do not sell, I just wanted to warn you about the sell and a reason you might see lower prices today. IGTN is a good company and I wish I would have never sold. I got in at .0039 and sold at .008. Don't end up regreting it like I do!

a sell off wouldve occurred real fast and we would have seen much bigger sells and all in a row, we were walked down yesterday, and alot of buying occurred in the process, esp at .02-.021

i think capt tucked tail and ran, ive got a theory on that situation: Captn did own anything in that stock at all, and pumped the stock for the co. Im pretty sure he did this for a few of the stocks on the board bc nearly all the stocks he talked about were pretty much all being diluted beyond belief. A consipracy theory I know, but still.
