When are they going to actually tell people that, uhm, the service now works?!? LOL, you would think THAT would be major news. "Hey, by the way, no big deal but our only product is now available to anyone with an internet connection."

PALM DESERT, Calif., Aug 02, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Newport International Group (NWPO, Trade) announced today that its Spare Backup Inc. subsidiary has received an additional purchase order from CompUSA, one of the nation's leading retailers with 246 locations. This comes as a follow on to the previously announced 3,500 unit order from CompUSA and will be delivered specifically to CompUSA's Manhattan locations to meet what both companies believe will be stronger demand due to the high concentration of small business customers in that city. The online service will be marketed to individuals and small business users at a cost of $15.99 per month which includes 5 gigabytes of remote storage. Spare Backup will offer these additional units in six-month prepaid packages through CompUSA's Manhattan locations.
Commenting on this second order, Cery Perle, CEO of Newport International Group, Inc. stated; "We are pleased that CompUSA has chosen to increase the number of units in Manhattan as we both believe the high concentration of small and medium sized business in that city will provide a strong customer base for our product. We look forward to providing additional units as needed and believe that expanding coverage in major metropolitan areas will help to accelerate adoption of the Spare Backup solution, providing an accurate, fully encrypted remote storage for businesses and consumers that does all the work for them."

eric: maybe, but if they cant figure that one on their own i am sort of worried. back down to 1.50 with NITE in control. i think we'll see close to 1.25 today if it continues in the same trend. was right yesterday about the 40's.
i am just worried about the PR they release. it's all soft and it seems like there could be "much more"

FROGSTER claimed yesterday that one MM, NITE, was affecting the stock and driving it down to buy more shares because NITE knows its going to explode. If you look at the Level 2 Quotes you can see NITE once again bidding very low to drive everyone out.
Not sure what NITE's motives are but they are working. We're down to 1.46 and expect another 10 cent drop or so. Look at the RSI of the stock, over valued by a LOT.
All I am waiting for is Dell PR otherwise, unfortunately, I am out.

FROGSTER: We're at 1.40 with buy's lined up in the 30's. I see us closing in the 20's today at this rate. Are we not looking at the same stuff?

RGM: Because the stock is overbought right now. It's RSI is way above 70 and it is only natural. The only thing that can change this is PR. Unfortunately, we are getting crappy PR like "Comp USA bought more stuff but we wont tell you how much more". So people are seeing good profits, selling, and other people are seeing a good opportunity to buy in cheap. The volume is also way down, and whatever volume is occuring it is all on the selling side.
The stock is quickly crashing today as the buys are stacked in the 1.30's with no downward end in sight.
Hopefully I am wrong, but this is just my analysis. I am waiting for one nice upswing into the 50's, if possible at all anymore today and then exiting for now.
Here we go 1.35. Prepare to see 1.20 or even a dollar today.

TONS of shares are being bought... another 12k purchase by NITE... They are picking up so many shares from scared people it's not even funny... They know this stock is going to the moon... Don't let them get your shares!

This is great. I have been waiting for the RSI get back down. We have been held back by the MACD and the RSI since the middle of last week. If we can the MACD close to crossing again and the RSI back below 60 in time for the DELL news, we'll skyrocket. And the pattern will start over again.

Now filling the stack of $1.35, I sold at $1.50 for a small profit, getting to back in at the end of the sell off. This will go back up.. so if your in the red with this, just turn your monitor off and walk away for awhile.
