what's stopping DELL from buying the company outright?
The CEO has been known to sell companies, they have great contracts with big name companies, and something DELL could use.
C'Mon DELL. Just buy the damn thing...

That is not the way Dell operates. They slap pieces together and resell them.
Actually the last thing you want is for Dell to aquire this company... how long do you think the HP's of the world will stay with this product if that happens? If there were to be an aquisition you'd want it to be more of a "nuetral" company doing it.

Here's one for ya guys. I have an autoparts store my accounting and inventory software is leased. I have to pay and additional 26.00 per for insurance. Wait make that HAD. My leasing co just approved my spareback up service as a viable offsite replacement, negating the need for insurance. so now I have spareback up service and still save $10 a month. Plus spare does work just as promised, flawlessly. I have it set to run just after the store closes I come in in the morning and It say backup complete! My IT from Carparts technologies who is responsible for maintenance on my system has signed up for other stores this week! Hang in there everybody This is a Winner!

I don't if it' too late but VXBX is looking really good. I posted here two days ago as one of my picks. check out he 30 day chart, no stop in sight, great news and revenues starting this month.
IGTN - Audit rumored to be relased today.
AMNI - seems to remain steady at .011 could be new home and acculuation for a while
XRYM released annual report not looking good. Made profit twice, took a small loss this time.

Good Post Jif. The number one reason for delaying the purchase, or upgrade of a new computer, is the tedious file transfer process. and the loss of data. Truth is most of the software available is sadly inadequit, or just plain crap, or so difficult you need a degree in computer science to use it. This is a product that All the computer manufacturers should be touting. Something like "Hey we've taken away the pain of buying a new computer. Come to think of it how about hard drive manufacturers? Lots of places to go with this one!

you know i just feel there is somthing in the works the volume has been so up and down a lot lot of buying on no news frogster keeps saying you will be seeing green soon did you ever have that feeling like something was right next to you but you can't see it. well thats how i feel now i hope it is good glta

Cycle got two small business with each at least a small network of 10-15 computers, that are currently testing sparebackup (14 Days) is day 6 now and they love it. Owner of one will invest on a 1 year subscrription.
I fixed three small busineeses systems last week and recommended the software and all three will also buy it
