No, actually the 400 signal is the most natural and best for shareholders. The 100-300 signals have the mm's manipulate the pps un-naturally down.

I did alot of DD on NT. Great company; fired those two tech sissy crybabies they hired 6 months after they brought them out of retirement. Great company...should be coming on strong after the next earnings release (PPS). Earnings are up (that's what caused this run-up)lots of contracts (wireless mesh systems) getting into Defense Dept. commun. stuff and NASA. Very stable, way undervalued co IMO, of course. I put all my mattress money in NT. NWPO close at 1.17. NEWS???? Who knows.

Exactly....no sense of increased hope. Just wants to make you sell the next day if nothing else. Once it comes out then you'll feel even more euphoria

NT was a $75+ per share co. and they got caught up in that acct scandal (overstating earnings and sich) got spanked...lost shareholder confidence. They've redeemed themselves, stopped leasing equip.(got rid of all their inventory) whacked 1000's of employees, hired a US Defense dept retiree. It's definitely a tight ship now. I'm beginning to sound like a pumper...sorry. It is a great value though IMO. Go NWPO!!

from skimming through it (not the best guess) I'd say each share is currently worth not much as far as assets go. It of course can not include the revenue that will come over the next 3 months - years. I couldn't find the price of their intellectual property.

Did anyone knew this was coming? Froggy you are our ears and eyes di you know the 10QSB was going to be released? I guess we will see the market reaction next week. GLTA
I know it doesn't look good I'm not an accountant so don't go by anything I say, but the numbers don't look good to the novice financial person.
As Chadsly said, the future revenues are far away once the product and reseller bring sub-scribers the numbers will be better.

The big loss comes from "Unrealized loss-transfer of available-for-sale securities to trading securities" whatever that means.
But, even though there was a loss, what I find interesting is the cash at the end of the period $49,687 in 2005 compare to $20,807 in 2004 for the same period.
But I'm not an analyst and I'm just trying to figure out some of the imformation. Keep in mind though that this is all previous to CompUSA and HP and maybe some others so the next quaterly report should be a lot better.

from what i understand it took them a lot of time and $ to get spare up and running and to market it. hopefully now the rewards will be reaped in pps. the only way we are going to see a real stable pps of $3 or so is after good financial are released

what NWPO needs is agood PR release letting us know how the first two weeks of the ON-LINE sparebackup software id doing. How many sub-scribers or people testing the software, if they develped correctly they should know at a glance how many people are sub-scribed, I know it a free tryout at first. I know I have 6 people using it right now and three have actually subscribed for a year.
We need numbers and fast. Of course any news of adiitional partners would be great.

Today a White Candlestick was formed. This represents normal buying pressure.
The last three candlesticks formed a Bullish Morning Star Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. Though it is highly reliable confirmation is still recommended.

I'm not vested in this stock and never have been but for those who are, you really need to take a very close look at the filing tonight! All I can say is there sales better be overwealming from these recent contracts to support the PPS its at now, because the 10Q doesn't do much for me at all, with total revenue of $13,428.00 for six months and net losses (.34) per common share for that same period.
I also took a particular interest in there investments portion of the 10Q! My question there was, why didn't they give the name of the company's they invested in?
If your gonna make a long out of NWPO you need to be able to read and comprehend the 10Q!
