16:10 07/22/2005 WFTV Wi-Fi TV, Inc. Common Stock WTVN Wi-Fi TV, Inc. New Common Stock 1-200 R/S ** the date that is in bold above is usually the date of the symbol change & R/S date as well. This R/S appeared well orchistrated from the A/S right down to the late submition of the R/S giving people less time to sell before the close. If you look on the R/S and F/S thread on allstocks I listed todays Reverse splits then later this one suddenly came across the wires. Pretty sad.

Doesn't matter when it is going to happen. We need to get out and get out now. Everyone will be selling and the price might even reach .0002 on the bid. Should of seen this happening.

USF11 if we didnt buy his company he would not of did this R/S all the DD and all the hard work came down to this. The CEO gets rich while we panic to get out with what ever we can get. Nemo isn't to blame. Alex is the one who should be hated. For him to set us up this way made me feel so sick. That's why from now on I will not hold any stock long term

You will be able to sell MJET had a sell off for awhile before the r/s came. They gave there shareholders 1 week notice. MJET and WFTV t odifferent companies but you will be able to sell out tommorow.

I won't be able to get out of this. It takes 3-5 business days for my broker to get my shares to the point where I can dump them and by then it will be as worthless as the guy running the company. Took a chance and got burned but that's penny stocks. I don't blame anybody but the Crook that is running the company and hats off to the "bashers" who called it early on that this guy was a crook and was just taking our money. I have no beef with the Capt. and I will continue to support his posts but I'm completely screwed with this stock, no way I can get out of it

Ah, no worries -- Alex got to take his European vacation on us. Do the math! Raising that A/S even a lowly half billion (snickers) he raised another 250k under worse case conditions (500 million @ .0005).
Now that you've all funded AK's European fun in the sun ... can I get y'all to fund mine? : )

okay-- this won't help us get our money back- and i wasn't in too deep so i'm surely not as distressed as many here-- but if VENGEANCE is what you want consider what some of us did to JRIV aka JKRV aka JKRI --- and from what happened it must have been a LOT of us... we talked about it on this board some and a lot on another board and consensus was (after 1/2000 r/s) since we'll barely get anything by selling let's not sell- EVER (unless it REALLY goes up)... so then jackass JRIVJKRVJKRI couldn't buy back all those cheap shares... so within a couple weeks they did a 200/1 (?-memory fails) FORWARD SPLIT--- and still no takers... so if you can't get back a "significant" amount of cash, you can at least have the satisfaction of knowing you delay the jackass' next payday slightly... just a thought...

From the moment he released that such awaited website and the silence on the move to OTCBB Ihad a very very bad feeling. Told you, myfriend got in at .0012 got out at .0011 That's around the time they released the website.
What part of LA are you from. I was in for about $3k on this one. All of it coming from the money I made on TNOG. Oh well, I am still in HISC and plan on adding more to AMNI. Anyway I live in Bell Gardens myself.

But what about Nemo constantly saying that he heard from his v. reliable sources that news is coming, takeovers etc etc My point was always that he was Bullshiiting everybody and that annoyed me. I agree with you, CPTNEMO constantly kept saying more buys, I bought another 5 million, news coming out, just wait, every day he kept saying that. For those newbies feel sorry you fell for it.
How can someone keep saying buy buy when the shet is going down, don't get it!
I guarantee he did buy those 5 million but sold at .0002 higer than what he bought.
Keep and eye out for him and beware of his name changing!!

Hey Guys. I'm still holding 570k of shares. Just as a placeholder in my portfolio. I really don't know why he would do this. If he is an ahole, then he did it to rip everyone off. If he actually has something good up his sleave, maybe he wanted a PPS of .01 because it looks better and helps him get OTCBB listing?
Any thoughts? I mean, how could it be a good thing?

Hey Jif, I'm going by what I hear the most experienced in the crowd say -- a R/S is ALWAYS a bad thing. And there was nothing pretty about the way this was done. It was ugly to the core, or slick all the way to AK's bank.
Now, if AK has something positive up his sleeve, he's got to rush to put it to print -- and it's got to be SUBSTANTIAL. We haven't seen any of that for awhile -- have we? We can still wish or dream or whatever, but it's prolly not wise to get our hopes up again.
Your thoughts?

Hey guys, I'm now down 66% on this. Have 1.75 million of them, bought at average 0.0015. So I'm looking at a nice loss I'm going on holidays in a few hours time, and don't know WTF to do with this!!! And as for my etrade account, my symbol is changed to WTVN, I still have 1.75 million of them and the price is 0.0005. Mind you, it's not all bad....they say I lost $174,000 yesterday, what with it starting at 0.1 and finishing at 0.0005. My only thoughts now, is what is the 'N' for in WTVN? Isn't that sad?
