USF I do (now) realize that he has the power to control the share structure, but what I am talking about is more in line of corporate governance. In his capacity as a fiduciary (both as an officer and director) he CANNOT do whatever he wants. Although he got in trouble with the SEC before, he has never defrauded investors or looted the corporate assets. He is trying to develop this company and make it something, and no sub-penny can possibly grow fast enough with 250,000,000 shares. Personally, I'll start to really worry if the o/s starts to get near 10 billion, but from a pure valuation standpoint I think WFTV is a million dollar company (1 Billion x .001).

The problem with WFTV right now is the FLOAT could be 100% of the OS whereas most companies the FLOAT is less then 50% of the OS. The more Alex dilutes the lower the ceiling gets and the harder it gets for the stock to move. Look at a stock like QBID great company for a pink sheet but it doesn't matter because the stock has been diluted to 15 billion shares. If WFTV raises the A/S above 1.5 billion I am gone. Alex paid himself 800k last year on the shareholders and I hope I am wrong but it looks like hes getting a pay raise this year.

well if he keeps diluting it will keep dropping but buying pressure will always be there because of people avg down on this one,i know ill be buying all the way down cause i know like alot of you that whenall this clears she will run when alex starts his real plan when we hear about crossover to bb,maybe revs from euro-tainment(wich site is nice!)and im not kidding theres rumor of a LOI but just a rumour thats all!or whatever he starts to releasing some real shiot and not this poopoo hes givin us,it will fly(as long aas he stops the dilution and we can sit with no shares being issued and a/s is staying where its at and o/s is a good percetile away from 100%.But still even these numbers are actually not that high for a pink,How many people here can make a list of stocks 2-5 times this price and a/s and o/s is ludacris,Anyone care to list some examples while were here waiting for this baby?

I'm holding only 2.5 million shares and at this point, even though I'm a little jumpy on this stock, I will accumulate some more if the price continues to drop. Feeling a little gunshy because I have been burned by a couple of reverse splits here rectently but am willing to risk a little more cash to accumulate more because IF, and I do mean IF Alex does what he says and allows this company to work as it should, this will be a great stock. But as most of you know, that's not always the way it plays out in pennyland. But I am willing to take the risk on this one because I do love the upside and think at somepoint this will run up to a good value and be worth the wait and the investment.

My buy at .0008 took a long time even with the Ask at .0008 which tell me even though Alex is dumping shares the MM's dont have alot to sell. Right now it takes Sells to fill buys which is good. I'm sticking by my prediction that we form a double bottom and run. Another thing is the chatter is picking up big time with this stock.
