should see an uptick soon, 10 day chart showing oversold and double low on w%r, this stock is following the chart trends quite nicely regardless of dilution

Raven Moon Entertainment (rvnm.ob) eh? lolol! The one currently trading at anywhere from .0001 to .0002. Yikes!

Frankly, I agree with you. PR's continue to be more fluff than substance. The only way this is gonna turn the corner is for the world to see PR's that offer promising returns for investing in Wi-FiTV.com.

What we get instead is PR's of opinion and a one click download of a free Microsoft product. Nothing to go "Yipee!" about -- is it?

Substance -- not fluff. Otherwise this one's going nowhere. Give us substance -- not fluff.

You say, "if played right..."

Well, let's consider this a poker hand for a moment. I'm looking in on Alex Kanakaris' hand and he doesn't even have a pair of deuces. He's talking like he's loaded ... a full boat, four of a kind, maybe even a straight flush.

But what we all really know is, AK's bluffin' us all -- this hand.

THIS WAS POSTED AT RAGING BULL

http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/07/07/business/download.php

FRIDAY, JULY 8, 2005
A production company co-owned by Morgan Freeman, the actor, with backing from Intel, is forming a new venture to sell movie downloads on the Internet.

So far, attempts to sell movies online have had limited appeal, but the growing pace of movie piracy, using software like BitTorrent, is causing Hollywood to look for new approaches to online distribution.

Freeman's new company, called ClickStar, hopes to offer movies on the Internet on the same day they begin showing in theaters. Until now, movies have been marketed through a carefully orchestrated progression of distribution windows: first theaters, then home video, then various forms of television broadcast.

Intel has long invested in ventures that seek to expand the use of computers in entertainment, a field that not coincidentally tends to need the most advanced microprocessors.

For more than six years, Intel has worked with Revelations Entertainment, Freeman's film and TV production company, initially on technology for creating special effects. Intel declined to say how much it was investing in ClickStar.

Freeman said ClickStar would meet the needs of viewers.

"I live in Mississippi, in a very small town," Freeman said by telephone. "In order for me to see a first-run movie, I have to drive a couple of hours at a high rate of speed. For me and many consumers like me, this will be a godsend. I will be able to get premium content safely and cheaply."

He added that the distribution windows are no longer meaningful because of online piracy and bootleg DVDs.

"DVDs are already available in China and in Russia, even before they are released for sale here," Freeman noted.

The company is expected to begin operations next year, said Lori McCreary, chief executive of Revelations, which she owns with Freeman. She declined to give the prices and terms for the movies it will offer or to say what movies, other than those produced by Revelations, will be available through the service.

Hollywood is increasingly debating whether movies should be released on DVD on the same day as they begin theatrical release.

The sports and movies mogul Mark Cuban's 2929 Entertainment, which includes an independent production company, has plans to start releasing its films that way.

In addition to first-run movies, ClickStar hopes to create offerings on its Web site that would be developed with various actors and celebrities, presenting a mix of their available movies and a performer's original programming for the service.

McCreary declined to say if any artists, other than Freeman, had agreed to work with the service.

que pasa.. what's going on STROVANO..

the truth hurts that WFTV will see a drop before another run.

IT will run, but because of the product, but just the manipulation of share owners that have million and millions of shares.

have a nice day...STROVANO... and chill out.

No, I do not wish it goes down, I'm playing with the big guys. the price will drop look at the charts..

At first as many of us was all hyped about this stock WFTV. wow, everyone talked about the famous Feb 25th PR News. Going to OTCBB, what ever happend to that? Why 90 day silence?? That is not even SEC requirements... Look at HISC and PLNI both have announced going to OTCBB and they have at least 3 PR news per week avg.

So when I saw that WFTV was hush, hush about the OTCBB, then the big dissapointment about their WEBPAGE, it told me and many others this is a scam or a company that has it's head inside it's asxxss..

Price will go up and down a bit, and just because of manipulation, so STROVANO learn how to play and do your own DD. You can make some money by playing with big boys.

I see WFTV going down to .0005 or .0006 before it runs again. This time it might run to .0018 maybe in three weeks or two.

SO learn dude and chill out.

NOW look at HISC webpage, great webpage.. not only the webpage, but they keep having PR News about their status and product... Oh, they do have a product...

What does WFTV have a WEBPAGE created by Kindergarten Kids, with a ONLY links to free and available sites to the whole world... Wow Strovano if that impresses you, man you need to get out some more.

you watch hisc,plni,tnog,cyos,neom,msep....etc Your you do not know to see future. Your you are a badly investing one. You are who must learn to invest you are your. I have long experience in this, I live on this. www.euro-tainment.com is a great Web. The news does not warn when they eats, when the news camon many investors will stay out, and they will lose the strong run. Major Only the individuals but strong and with patience they will have the victory. The individuals that to buy and to sell dancing with the MMS will lose. MMS plows very to clever, and they have the best weapon. The better(best) thing is to remain still.
I repeat: you watch hisc,plni,tnog,cyos,neom,msep....etc .They 6- 8 ago months were not nothing.

Wow, quite a little pissing match we got going on here, this is my take:

First lets begin with what we can agree on:
1) We all think WFTV will make us money at some point, which means, longterm we must all agree that this stock is undervalued.

2)This stock is volatile and is subject to fluctuations both good and bad. Since it is priced so low, this means that even small changes are a pretty big deal. For example, if I told you that GE was down .0002 for the day ti probably wouldn't faze you. but for wftv it is a big deal.

3) We agree that Alex, or whoever is making the decisions, has at least has half his head up his ass.

Now where we disagree

1) on paper I agree that this looks like a mighty appealing swing play, especially becuase we all know it goes up and down with some frequency. Unfortunately, I think it is much more difficult than most expect to jump in and out of this. How many people honestly can guess where the top and bottom will be and also, more importantly, just becuase you see a high of .0016 for the day, or a low of .0005, this is what the mm's are buying and selling at the fringes and you will not likely get near it. Did anyone actually sell this at .0016, or actually buy this at .0005, probably not--almost guaranteed that someone bought at .0016 and someone sold at .0005.

2) I am "swing trading" this as much as any of you, the only difference is our sell points--mine has not yet been reached, but i still accumulate whenever i see a great buy.

Also, it is a matter of degree: I have about 1% of my free cash flow in wftv and I would be willing (if the price is right) to go as high as 2-3%. If any of you have 75-80% of your money in this then you have a much different situation, and I completely understand why you might want to take advantage of a 25% swing. I am not going to risk losing out on a big run so (after commissions going both ways again) I can make a few hundred bucks.

Now, predictions (mine is at least as worthless as most of yours, LOL)

it will not see .0005, unless the mm's quickly drag it down as a scare tactic. Why do I say this? Because myself and I know a bunch of others, some of whom post on this thread won't let it. I will personally buy every share I can below .001, and have had orders in for months. When you see the price go down that low it is the mm's cashing in on each other and people they have scared off, trust me very few people are getting buys filled (if at all) below .001. I personally got 250,000 filled at .0008 some time back, but my order was for 2,000,000.

On the sell side, I hope to see .01 by the tail end of this year. That is my sell point (for at least half my shares) longterm assuming no monumental changes. If Alex keeps rainsing the authorized shares he will eventually dilute himself out of power and won't be able to run the company the way he wants to, a power he will not give up. If he ends up trying to screw us, I will personally file the shareholder derivative action against him! People do not be confused: A pinksheet stock can't do whatever it wants, they are governed by the same obligations of other companies, directors, and officers. If the CEO or Chairman of the board enriches himself at the expense of the shareholders it is a violation of their fiduciary duty and they will be held responsible.

That said, I truly think Alex is acting in the best interest of himself, and by default, wftv and US. Why is it that the PR campaign has sucked and we have gotten very little bang for our buck as far as the developments, I think it is very logical to assume that Alex knows this is going to be huge, but since he already got busted once before for being a little to exuberant he is now being overly cautious and in effect is killing the momentum here.
