this is probably why they are on the SHO list...in march 2004 they changed the A/S to 250 million & no word from the company that it was ever increased thus all SHO numbers would be based on 250 million. this is to our benifit because if & when news hits mm's will let it run freely & not hold it back in any attempt to cover a short. as long as it stops at 500 million its not all bad it can still run into the full pennies just not as fast or as far. it all depends on ppl holding & not selling fast. a lot of those trades the last few days could have been mm's buying from each other to stock up on shares for a run too. the ax mm was probably the one wftv was dealing with.

not if it stops at 500 million & they do get the business that they believe is coming in the semi-near future. with a 500 million o/s & a $50 million income the p/e would be 10 which is quite low. most companies are around 30.

forget the above statement...lol now that i'm awake...p/e is earnings per share. a 500 million o/s with $50 million in earnings is .10 earnings per share. $25 million would be .05 per share. with porn & real movies $25 million might be an easy target.

i think we were mentioning where we would like to see the stock go to, and as you can see 5c is doable even from an earnings standpoint, thats all i was suggesting, everyone else that has joined this conversation has been able to provide useful information and I believe all of us have made calls trying to track down where this stock is going to go, ask myself or bill how many times we've called the transfer agent to try to clarify, once again iago, contribute something other than trying to bash or dont bother posting

Generally when financing is secured then gained through the release of cd's (which i think is the case here) there isnt a set price per say, there is a conversion range. Generally, the lower the given range the more shares and comparitively higher percent of the o/s the financing company controls with its released cd's. The scenario works that if the company pps goes lower the finance company in effect can exchange shares for more money than if the pps is higher. Though that sounds counterintuitive, it makes sense, if the pps is higher and growing then the company has a better chance to settle debt with cash rather than with stock, conversely, if the pps is low the cash flow of the company is mostlikely reduced or is in stall so the cash is not available to pay off the debt. Yea I have to say the same for CAPTNEMOS, and everyone else...I've been learning stocks for a little while now, and have had NOBODY to look to for advice, till I found this forum last week. For what it's worth to you guys, your picks, and continued words of advice mean the world to somebody that is still deep in the learning stages. All I've ever know was to bust my arse in construction, so this has become my way of finding finacial freedom for my wife and I, and giving my parents the retirement that they will not have otherwise. So far so good:)

the main problem right now is expectations...when a company announces something even adding that they know it might take longer & that date shows up with nothing it will drop in pps. look at UDVE & its divy pr. it was .003 then, .0016 now because nothing followed up. you add that & some dilution & it will drop. the longer it takes the more it will drop. plan on averaging down the day the news hits if it drops much more.

Here's my take on this... I looked closely at the PR on February 25, 2005. It mentions the phrase "within 90 days" when referring to the filings with the SEC and the news blackout period. Now, this may be a bit naive of me, but I take things literally and assume that they are worded as intended. I pulled out the calendar and counted out 90 days from Feb. 25. I came up with a date of May 26 (tomorrow) because Feb. has 28 days and March has 31 days.
Take this all with many grains of salt, but to me this means news is likely either:
a) After EOD today, or b) Around opening tomorrow morning (Thursday).
I favor (b) because if you look in the past, most of the PRs and other news for this company have been released in the morning (around 9:00).
As for me, I'll probably hang in there for another week or two, but this line of reasoning may influence my decision...
