With all the people shouting R/S and and all the people claiming they are going to sell, I'm surprised we didn't open at .01 or less. PLNI is still VERY STRONG...a PR WILL be coming soon, the summit JUST ended. Nothing but blue skies ahead. Don't be fooled into selling. Remember why you bought PLNI in the first place. .05 buy Aug. Hang on and buy more if you can. Just wish I had more cash to buy. Everything people were so excited about 2 or 3 days ago is still ahead. Take a nerve pill and chill!!

Ditto. Remember this is a pink sheet company. Lots of swing traders and freaked out weak short term traders. Look at the future of PLNI, lots of sales ahead, the highway bill, new patents, new contracts...

People who know this company should not worry. This is a solid company and it will rebound. There should be PR today or the beginning of next week. I am holding for the long term and I mean years. There will be ups and downs but when all is said and done I will be enjoying the money that PLNI has brought to me. Be PATIENT !!!!

i listened to the webcast also. Jim Turek made some very good points. He integrated PLasticon's products to the bridge in NEw York I believe. I remember someone from the crowd said that PLNI is a penny stock and maybe the professionals will not take them seriously. PLNI was the only pink sheet company at the summit! I think this will give them exposure in the future. Reason there wasn't an immediate impact was that PLNI was a penny stock. The point is PLNI is now being realized than ever before. Any good news will propel this stock upward. People need to stop freaking out so much and look at the long term potential.

If you bailed out at .017 then that is some good money! But as you stated before you are not comfortable re-entering plni right now. Why are you here?

I think maniladreamin works for a steel company and is getting paid to come in here and bash plastics. Other than that, this guy has no class than to just come in here and be a broken record everytime. It just amazes me that these kind of people are living today.

maniladreamin is a classless person.
He invests in a stock and bashes it after selling it. He creates another thread to promote another stock and then dumps it for quick profit. Look at his other threads.

Not a rumor, a fact, stated by Howe at the conference, which must be defeated either by a clarification PR on the timing or better yet audited financials.

PLNI holding up fairly well so far without the above.

The OSFT debacle yesterday didn't help much. Whether PLNI doing a reverse split was stated as fact, and\or started as a rumor, anyone with jitters would probably have caved in after the news of the OSFT R\S. Stay strong troops

Forget the rumor mongering..This issue is a great buy at .012...I'm buying at this level..By the end of the day this will be back above .013 to .015.

Just gotta love rumors when they work to get issues lower.

I also feel the company will come out with a clarification on this rumor..

Have a good day

A rumor is an unsubstantiated story. A statement by PLNI about R/S is not a rumor. Let's not tap-dance around this. There's an old saying: You are entitled to your own opinions, but not your own facts. When people like Varok call the R/S statement a rumor they muddy due diligence.

PLNI still holding up well thus far.

I agree with Varok's opinion that at .012 PLNI is a great buy--and it's a great buy at higher prices too.

Did anyone happen to really digest the new idea in testing by Plasticon? PLASTIC REBAR..... They are in lab testing to see if it performs at or above specs as compared to steel rebar. We have bullet proof plastic, nearly unbreakable plastic and some products out there that perform as good or much better than steel... so why not plastic rebar. Imagine tapping into that market in the next year. Holy Cow a Billion dollar industry right there!

Plasticon Announces Company is Profitable as of Second Quarter 2005; Review of Financials for first and second quarter 2005 show Plasticon to be on a positive cash flow basis

LEXINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 2005--Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PLNI) today announced that a review of the financials for the first and second quarter of 2005 demonstrate that Plasticon has achieved profitability as of the end of the second quarter of 2005.

"Our momentum has been incredible over the last few months," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International, Inc. "As the technology leader of the recycled plastics sector, we developed several major innovations which led to substantial cost savings and leaps in productivity. We announced our exclusive contract with the largest building materials distribution company in the U.S., which makes us the largest supplier of rebar supports in the country. We also built some very important partnerships, which will allow us to continue to aggressively grow the company. All of these developments contributed to our profitability. So we are thrilled to announce that Plasticon International is profitable as of the second quarter of 2005."

Mr. Turek said that the company's top priority right now is to have the company audit completed by the end of July. "I am confident that we can meet this deadline. This is a very important step for us. Once the audit is completed we will immediately file the necessary documents with the SEC, in order to move Plasticon to the OTCBB. We expect this to be accomplished in the next 30 to 90 days. "

Mr. Turek emphasized that there will be many exciting announcements in the coming weeks and months, and noted that investors and shareholders should visit www.plasticonintl.com frequently for updates. "We approach communications with our shareholders and the public very seriously and we feel that it's very important to bring openness and integrity to the process. For news about our company, we urge investors to rely on trusted sites only. It has come to my attention that there is a lot of misinformation being bandied about on the internet regarding PLNI. If you are an existing shareholder or are considering buying stock in Plasticon, please consider very carefully the source of information you use to make your investment decisions. I urge all investors to make their decisions based on sound fundamental information and not on rumor, conjecture, or innuendo. It's unfortunate that there is so much incorrect information on the internet, but again we would caution investors to only rely on trusted sites and other offline sources for investment information."

Strong fundamentals for Plasticon International give Mr. Turek a very optimistic outlook as the company moves forward. "We are certainly in a very promising period of growth right now," Mr. Turek said. "The company is on very solid footing and is positioned for tremendous growth. PLNI offers serious investors strong fundamentals, superior patented products, an unprecedented distribution network in our sector, low overhead and positive earnings. We are grateful for the support of our existing shareholders and welcome those of you who are new owners of the Company," Mr. Turek said.
