Evergreen... I don't think there is any dilution at all...There's no indication of that... What makes you suspect dilution?

I have been watching L2's very closely and NITE won't move off the ask regardless of all of the buying pressure, which leads me to beleive one of two things are going on.... either the company is diluting....or NITE is shorting the hell out of it!!!

when there are tons of buys coming in, and the idiot MM's don't budge--AT ALL, that's most likely dilutions. We'll see this afternoon what happens.

Im new to stocks well about 6 months in, I dont know how the MM's work, but am I getting this right, Can a buyer be willing to pay .02 and seller be willing to sell at .02 and the MM's wont let it go through? Is that how this works.... basically doesnt matter who is willing to pay what or sell at what?

I played JBOH today and made a killing, but I tried to buy in a 2nd time @ 2.60 and it was trading around 2.55. Never did get in and it jumped again so I let it go. Didnt want to chase it. I just thought it was weird that ask was at 2.55 and my bid stayed at 2.60 for a while and no fill. Happened with WDAM too. Never got in on that and it's up 100%+ today.

Buy Penny... You see the same tomorrow, slow decline, or do you think it will tank to .011-.01 and then run up to around .015-.016? Just wondering if you have new batteries in your Chrystal Ball?

This slow fall concerns me. Waning interest, more sells than buys. People are looking to put their money into more inetresting plays. I'm now down all the cash I made on the first run. Ack.
This is a matter of when, but the question is...WHEN? I'd hate to start the big run at .01.
Any indication as to what the next couple of weeks will bring?

I'm not too worried, even though I bought in at .017 and I am down now.

How do I do a Jamaican women accent in text?! LOL.
The crash and recovers are impossible to predict. I can say that our man NITE is queued at .013. With no news expected for a while, I would be inclined to believe people will opt to make money elsewhere, and come back when the birds start chirping- the MM's are probably aware of this and see it as an opportunity to cover. IMHO, I believe PLNI made a huge mistake by hyping up (and assuring) the completion of the audit, then failing to deliver. It's also not a good sign when a company delays an audit deadline. I'm excersing caution on this play- I've covered my investment and am riding the freebies.

What about a move to the otcbb in a month or so, what kind of effect do you think that will have? thanks!

They will not move to the OTC/BB next month but will have the Filing completed by then IMO. The Financials are what everyone is waiting for. The stock Should do well after they are released.

Very important: There is no move to OTCBB in a month or so or any indication of such. None. What we hope will happen is that PLNI delivers on its latest prediction that audited financials will be filed by the end of July. THEN the company files for OTCBB listing, and approval takes place later--there is no guarantee there but I've read 60-90 days would be considered good.
Audited financials that show profits would certainly buoy the pps, as will new contracts. A hopeful but realistic scenario for the next several months consists of audit filed by end of July, some new contracts and new sales reported before and/or after the filing, followed by OTCBB listing a few months down the line. All of that would normally spike the price up nicely.

It's not done but, its not going anywhere anytime soon, I know we all thought we would miss the big run and not be able to get into this stock...I still think this is a great stock it's just going to take some time....for the longs, throw it in and let it ride...but if your looking for a quick buck there are to many other plays right now!!!!!

This stock is not done, and never will be as long as they keep it up. I got my samples and brochures from them on Monday already, but have been too busy to post anything. The samples are very good quality. I've been showing them around to other people that are in construction also, and everybody likes what they are seeing. I am leaving a piece of the decking material outside to see how the sun/weather affects it. From what I could tell by beating around on it and abusing it, I think it's top quality and will hold up very well. To sum it up, I was impressed with their products AND fast response to my emails, and give them 5 stars:)
