The CEO did not say that, which is easy enough to check and I suggest you try that in the future.

Turek said on May 18 that the audited financials would be finished in four weeks. Anybody with sense knows it takes longer than one day to get off the pinks onto OTCBB.

The four-week goal for finishing the audit was indeed missed, and now the company says it will finish by the end of next month.

Anybody that has ANY business sense wouldnt want to aquire a company like Semco who is PRIVATE, after announcing an audit would be complete then realize that OOOPS we didnt really look at the company we bought very close and we screwed up so therefore the pps tanks and doesnt come back(hence the delay)...not to mention the company you are aquiring has a product UNLIKE any in the world!
Rather than do something Stupid like that they push the audit completion back a few weeks to cover thier quote "ass*s" and everybody panics and calls them criminals!!!
As a public company you CANT put out a pr that states that the company that you are aquiring "has been profitable for years" and "we have sustained profitability for second quarter" then come out and say the audits done and we lost money. Does it happen:::sure it does everyday but look at the age of the 99% of those companys..they are startups or less time in business then most high school graduates have at McDonald's and NOTHING to back them!

You are talking about a 15+ year old company with the founder and family STILL at the controls who by the way own over 70% of the shares and can and probably will retire them or buy back if ness.
They have 50 state approval, feds, canada and would not give in to the sharks at the state levels to pay them for thier approvals they recieved. That is not my idea of a unethical illegal company, for those who have not owned or ran a business thats called Growing pains and is part of the ball game. If it was as easy as here it is,here we go, yes we did it, look at us now, everybody would be doing it right!!!

Moral of the story is either hold and shut up, go along for the ride, go put your money in a startup with no history and HOPE it goes back to .04-.05 cause it rocketed(HISC) and had to fall, or slowly ride this one to the top, be happy and go buy a hamburger and a beer!!!
Chit but me one while your at it! lol

One other thing to ask your self as your running off at the chops:
How do they know that Semco and Plasticon are profitable if they dont have thier books up to date???? Wouldnt be real smart to put out a pr if your books are out of whack and you dont know what you made.

Check with the guys who used to manipulate TASR and there used to be a saying "the shorts are going to eat thier shorts"

The PLNI shorts (mainly NITE) are going to "CHOKE on thier naked shorts before its all said and done"....mark my words and feel free to repost this in a month or two.

BC, it's easy: click on person's handle whom you wish to rate as delightfully ignoreable, then click on "ignore this poser." Well, maybe it says "poster"--can't rememeber.

Or simply don't respond--as you're doing now.

"If the phone don't ring--it's me!" lol

You're a good board member, 'claw--enjoy your posts...

Net investor...

I only answered the comment of 50% with some observations. In response to some other items...Swing Trades do happen over multiple days...With PLNI there have been several recently. There are stocks like SIRI, NT and LU that were traditionally $2.00- $5.00 stocks that you can Swing Trade over a longer period of time depending on your share count and targets.

In my mind and considering the shares I would Swing Trade with PLNI, if it moves down and up 20 clicks or .002 then that is a great opportunity to accumulate. I have taken swings of 5 - 10 clicks and been very happy with the additional shares I pick up.

In the conversation I was having earlier my input had to do with what I see the MM's doing if I think it may drop. You were absolutely right that you need a great deal of patience to be successful Swing Trading. Now folks who daytrade on margin or chase runners don't need that particular quality. So in addition to your patience point, reading charts accurately and paying attention to the MM's on the stocks you choose to Swing Trade are key components. Of course after doing your DD in choosing the stocks to Swing Trade.

I hope this clarifies you interest...Take care...

BLUELINX TO SHOWCASE VALUE-ADDED APPROACH TO BUILDING PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTION AT PCBC 2005
Company booth also to feature custom Chopper built by world-famous Orange County Choppers*
ATLANTA (June 1, 2005)—BlueLinx Corporation, America’s largest building products distributor, is offering a unique experience to attendees of PCBC, June 1-3, 2005, in San Francisco, California. In addition to featuring its innovative product and service solutions—including its Builder Connection® program—in Booth #7305, the company will also display its newest set of wheels, the BlueLinx Chopper.

Drawing from more than 60 years of experience in the building products distribution business, the employees of BlueLinx have developed the skills necessary for the company to become a leading provider of products, services and logistics solutions in the industry. More than 20 BlueLinx representatives will attend PCBC 2005 to discuss the company’s resources and capabilities.

SOLUTIONS FOR BUILDERS NATIONWIDE
In a unique effort to build strategic alliances between builders and building materials suppliers, BlueLinx established Builder Connection® to benefit both small and large builders and suppliers nationwide. Through the Builder Connection® program, BlueLinx facilitates agreements between its dealer and builder partners to buy BlueLinx-distributed products. By examining the specific needs of each builder, BlueLinx customizes each program to help builders drive cost out of their operations. As part of its commitment to Builder Connection®, BlueLinx has dedicated full-time resources, including regional and national Builder Connection® managers, to generate individualized plans for every builder that enlists in the program.

“The aim of Builder Connection®,” said Bill Schnitzer, national sales manager for BlueLinx and director of the Builder Connection® program, “is to help builders more effectively manage their organizations by offering them unique business solutions. Based on the individual needs of each builder, Builder Connection® can harness powerful resources to help them build more homes, increase margins, reduce cycle time and improve quality.”

PRODUCTS TO FIT CUSTOMERS’ NEEDS
BlueLinx’ vendor base includes more than 750 suppliers of structural and specialty building products. The company distributes more than 10,000 different products to nearly 12,000 customers in diverse end-use markets such as new home construction, repair & remodeling, industrial production, manufactured housing and non-residential construction. Some of the types of products that will be featured at PCBC 2005 include: decking & railing, engineered lumber, insulation, metal products, moulding & millwork, roofing products, as well as siding, trim and accessories.

SPECIAL APPEARANCE BY THE BLUELINX CHOPPER
In October 2004, BlueLinx challenged Orange County Choppers (OCC) to build a custom chopper that reflects the company’s core qualities of innovation, attention to detail and speed to market. Now touring the country as part of a customer-focused 15-month tour called the BlueLinx Open Road X-perience, the BlueLinx Chopper brings excitement to every location it visits. The custom-built design includes building products distributed by BlueLinx: rebar at the rear of the frame and a strip of polished maple along the top of the gas tank. The BlueLinx Chopper will be on display at the BlueLinx booth every day during PCBC 2005.

For more information about Builder Connection® or how BlueLinx can help you grow your business, stop by Booth #7305 at PCBC or contact a sales representative at 1-800-830-7370 (Western Sales Region) or 1-800-839-2588 (Eastern Sales Region). Good morning...
This may open up a little today but don't be surprised if it trades sideways and down some.
American Bulls is a "Sell If" but the indicators are weak. Let's see how the MM's line up on the L2's at open..

FOT told folks the other day that it would trade sideways until significant news or the audit. I think his evaluation is on target. Holding long with some Swing Trading opportunities......Good luck to all...

that could very well happen mbmaid.... one of the risks associated with trading. Run's can happen unexpectedly, but most happen on news. The next big thing for PLNI appears to be the audit, which may be another month away.

If you believe there will be a dip before then, but don't want to completely miss the boat, you may want to dump a smaller portion and keep some in case of an unexpected run- it's a gamble, but after missing the chance on the last two 50% dips despite constant PR's, I'm taking a shot while we painfully wait for the audit.

there were some quick play shifts there... not that it WILL happen today, but it's a familiar pattern with both of the large dips in the past month.

Spoke to Bill Howe yesterday for about 15 mins and we talked about all the MM's and I asked him if NITE had an endless supply and that we needed to put a bunch of money together and buy him out and get him out of the way and he said "dont you worry we are working on a plan to make a few of them eat a whole buch of shares, they are going to get a big surprise soon"..

The question is how do they do this to them???
Is it as simple as doing a share count/audit and anybody that claims they have more than that eat them??

How bout some insight on this as it kept me up all night and would LOVE to see NITE fall of the damn train and get run over!!!!!

Interesting post CLB... I would love to see that as well, I'm just not sure if that's possible. SFTD's (Strategic failure to deliver) is an issue that many believe gets a 'blind eye' by the DTCC. After educating myself on the issue, it left me feeling in a state of despair, as it appears the issue has grown to become a such a large problem, it is beyond repair. Currently there are companies moving the issue through the US court system but there is still a long way before any sort of resolution is in place for 'dirty' MM's. The REG SHO list was the initial step the SEC took to "cleanup" the problem, but even that is missing a whole host of of companies known to be naked shorted.

Anyways, I am in consensu with your hopes, but just wanted to point out this is a issue that cannot quickly be swept away, IMO.

Is it as simple as doing a share count/audit and anybody that claims they have more than that eat them??

How bout some insight on this as it kept me up all night and would LOVE to see NITE fall of the damn train and get run over!!!!!

Nice post. That's good to know mainly as an indication that PLNI is keeping its eye on the share price. However, and I'm no expert, the only things I can think of that would fundamentally prevent MM walkdowns, aside from the audit, are new contracts and a substantial retirement of insider shares.

Just an FYI on sales and contracts because I was a little nervous on one issue. The Bluelinx contract is an Exclusive contract for the US only, however, it is ONLY an exclusive for the distributor end of the business, not the direct sales end:: ie; they CAN still sell to anybody (contractors, states, muni's,etc.) just not to other distributors in US. International business is still open.
I think this will PROBABLY apply to Semco product as well but couldnt get a direct answer cause I dont think that has been worked out yet.

Just thought I would address that as well. Good things coming just a waiting game at this point.
