I am holding, and in case anyone missed it, this is from the news just two days ago:
"This well is now in production and is being pumped around the clock, with pressure steadily increasing. We anticipate issuing an initial production report shortly."

I think this is re-grouping itself today! At least that's what my opinion (crystal ball) says! Numbers would be nice!

July 5th these wells will have been in production for some time. If we don't get some kind of news then, I will be worried that the production numbers are not going to be as good as we hoped.

I got this from RB Site. QCJAGUARS is a reliable source IMO.
News from QCJAGUARS I called the Railroad Commission of Texas yesterday. I have a report of the test done on Kosciusko. I will share SOME of the numbers so our flippers and weak can leave the building. As a matter of fact I intentionally held back this so the weak can leave. Maybe that's mean but oh well. Bye Bye mofos. LMAO!!!!
I also talked with Dan from California to confirm these numbers are good. The test was done with NO pump. They will retest since at the time of this first test they hadn't gotten the storage tanks in yet. What I will tell you is quit focussing on oil and start thinking about the gas potential because it is VERY good. The gas we hit in Kosciuko should yield us nice revenue. AND it's anyone's guess when the test will be completed. Could have already been done. Could be happening as we wait. But I'm definitely waiting.
Here is what I WILL share. 680 PSI Flowing Tubing Pressure. I also have the gas an oil results of the test. I am trying to convert the figure into $$$. I am waiting for a return call from teh TRRC so I don't mispeak. I'm not wasting my time posting this if I didn't feel looking at this report that we are on the verge of something very good with Koscuisko. Numbers will follow as soon as I get them.

Using current gas and oil prices i am going to be conservative but it met my $1 million a year per well expectations. Again between the oil and gas I am sure using THESE figures we will exceed $1 million in revenue from Koscuisko.
Only the company can give out official numbers BUT if ANY of you do the homework and call the TRRC ask for "oil Well Potential Test, form W-2 for Titan Oil and Gas. Then use the daily figures. Using today's oil and gs prices we exceed $1 million on this well.

News out now. TNOG -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. Com ($0.0001)
COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES: Titan Consolidated Inc: Kosciusko #1 Well in Production
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, Jul 01, 2005 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:OTC) reports that work on its Kosciusko #1 Well was completed yesterday and it is producing oil.
Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "Initial flow results are very strong. There has been extreme heat and humidity at the property, with one worker needing medical attention for heat stroke on Monday. Though shorthanded, the crew completed work to bring the well into production yesterday. The well flowed for several hours and was shut in overnight as a precaution. It is again flowing strongly today and we hope to have it flowing continuously from this point forward."
Jacobson further comments: "We are extremely pleased with the initial results from this well. An initial production report will be issued after the weekend."
Stanley #1B Well Update: After the tubing repair, for the first four days the Stanley #1B well unloaded salt water which had been used previously to control very high pressures and prevent a blowout. On the last day, appx. 25 barrels of oil were produced before the pump stopped flowing due to what is suspected to be another leak in the tubing. A rig has been ordered, and the entire string of production tubing will be replaced, which we hope will eliminate this problem.

the current market cap is around 36 million, need about 2 million a year to justify it at 15 to 1 p/e, if the flow rates are good they may exceed that! then watch out! whats the general consesus on p/e for this type of company?

Good question Money; I wish I knew, but the companys that give the p/e are big and it wouldn't relate. Smaller co's don't talk about it, and I just don't have enough experience here. The answer would be useful.

Shorting................I think ..........How bad it is to be on the list.I don't know...if it is common or a direct negative of the company but here is a definition
Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act), which would replace Rules 3b-3, 10a-1, and 10a-2. The Commission is also proposing amendments to Rule 105 of Regulation M. Proposed Regulation SHO would, among other things, require short sellers in all equity securities to locate securities to borrow before selling, and would also impose strict delivery requirements on securities where many sellers have failed to deliver the securities. In part, this action is designed to address the problem of "naked" short selling. Proposed Regulation SHO would also institute a new uniform bid test allowing short sales to be effected at a price one cent above the consolidated best bid. This test would apply to all exchange-listed securities and Nasdaq National Market System Securities (NMS Securities), wherever traded.
We are also seeking comment on a temporary rule that would suspend the operation of the proposed bid test for specified liquid securities during a two-year pilot period. The temporary suspension would allow the Commission to study the effects of relatively unrestricted short selling on market volatility, price efficiency, and liquidity.

This has been my best stock this year Legal, in fact if not for tnog I'd be in the red. This brought me out of the Bear hole and put me in the green. I still see a few pennies in the next few weeks. I hear so much whineing on the losses I wonder where the winners are. Somebody's buying this thing. GL
