Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.-Titan Strikes Oil on Kosciusko #1 Well Thursday April 14, 10:30 am ET
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 14, 2005--Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:OTC) has struck oil, completing Phase 2 of its drilling operations on the Kosciusko #1 Well. Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "We encountered high pressures 300 feet above our original target zone and decided to complete the well at this depth. The rig concluded its work, and an x-mas tree was installed on the wellhead. A tank battery will be constructed shortly, and the well will be tested for continuous production.
"We are pleased to complete drilling operations on this well, and look forward to concluding surface installations in order to bring this well into production."

Here is a copy of the latest email reply from the PR people.

For those loyally following since January you may have been able to see the move from .001 to the high for the year in April of .0245 that is an overall gain of 2350% in under four months. We plan to see more powerful news come out regarding the current events of the company and see the PPS reflect that in a positive way. The company has increased their capital structure substantially over the last year in an effort to raise enough working capital to role out their aggressive business model. This has over the last year decreased shareholder value to a degree of the sub- penny level. Obviously management has no intention of devaluing the shareholders of their loyal investments but to offer a long-term growth plan that we will outline here. We decided to get involved with B2 Digital at these levels and saw the opportunity to purchase shares at very much so bottomed-out levels as well as our investor audience has and continues to do so. As per the latest public filing the company has "Indicated the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer's classes of common equity, as of the latest practicable date: 291,370,939 shares of common stock, par value of $.001 per share, as of February 10, 2005." You now know the management and the current events of the company and I am sure see the potential forthcoming within this stock but take a look directly into what the video on demand technology is all about. Three years in the making has produced:

Our installation costs are less then half of that of our direct competition and our technology is surpassing what they can offer.
This allows BTWO to implement its aggressive business model going after major mid-large size hotel chains and offering our services to them. VMHVF is considered to be a Mini-Netflix who is a major movie supplier in Canada. These types of companies are a direct threat to that of Netflix core competency and even now they are trying to enter into the VOD markets to differentiate themselves. Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.-Kosciusko #1 Tank Battery Installation Underway
SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 2005--Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:OTC) announces that surface work has been completed in order to begin flowing the Kosciusko #1 Well.
Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "Surface tanks have now been delivered and installed, and heavy equipment is on-site constructing a firewall for the tank battery. We have scheduled a workover rig to commence flowing the well."
Jacobson further reports: "Work on the Stanley #1B Well has been completed. All pump components, electrical control panel and pump motor have been tested and are working fine. We have scheduled a workover rig to bring this well into production.
"We are pleased to reach these significant milestones in the development of our Kosciusko and Stanley properties, and look forward to bringing these wells on-line."

It's hard to say right now...my prophet.net shows it is just sitting...I suppose you should base your decision on your profit margin...if your comfortable enough, take your profit and wait for another dip to buy back in....IMO
