I just talked to the PR agent (CLAYTON)--He is at the sight now. New pictures and info will be on the WEBSITE by MONDAY. I might have to wait till then for my .03---

TNOG chart broke ascending triangle today, which is a triangle made from previous runs high of .0214 and previous low at .0142 Since we broke that triangle we broke away from consolidation and are now ready to test new highs. If you look on the 6th month chart you see next resistance was .0245 (high from late April) Then all the way back to October to see next resistance of .031 (which was not much) and then back to late September to see last resistance of .045. If these any of these are broken we go to the next level higher if all are broken we scream up lol, but .045 would be sweet for a stock without any big news right now. Also we see a MACD uptrend here and a RSI going to 70+ which is very bullish. Here is the chart http://tinyurl.com/a8te7

Our system posted a HOLD today. The previous BUY recommendation that was confirmed was made on 06.09.2005 (3) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0189. Since then TNOG has gained 32.28% .

Today a Long White Candlestick was formed. This shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure.
I expect to see a test above .03 by Mon/Tues of next week. We've had great volume lately and continued upward movement in spite of no GREAT news yet. Have patience and those PR's WILL come. Love the fact that Bigger tanks will be setup for the actual flow test....can't wait for the results. Don't let the temporary drop in oil futures Fool you - oil will be in a continuous climb due to demand pressures worldwide. JMHO

News as of today VERY GOOD! “Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.-Good Initial Flow Results on Kosciusko # 1 Well” Production numbers will be coming very soon so be ready. Management and the IR team are heading down to the property today for a week. Expected many pictures and first hand report from the IR while in TX. Points to remember: 3 wells under way with two very promising and the first already generated cash flow. Other wells are already pin pointed and ready to be drilled. The company is nearly debt free and should be oil producing and debt free company by next month. The accounting is being worked on with auditors for a listing on the OTC. They are going to be doing the operating for Valor Energy and should see several joint ventures be produced this year. They are looking at new properties in Texas over the next week and are meeting with the VE team and foreign investors. Midway Pipeline has agreed to build a 4-mile gas pipe for the expected resources, which is more then, a sign of faith.

Apollo Resources International, Inc. announced that its 50% owned subsidiary, Earth Biofuels, has completed the purchase of approximately four acres of land in Durant, Okla. (previously mentioned in Apollo's release on May 17, 2005) which will serve as the site for construction of a ten million gallon per year biodiesel refinery. This biodiesel facility will be the first of its kind in the state of Oklahoma. The site currently serves as the location of a retired feed mill that has been a landmark in Durant for over 50 years.
"There were three or four sites that we looked at, but this was the place to build," stated Tommy Johnson, CEO of Earth Biofuels and President of Apollo Alternative Fuels. "When we have completed the site preparation, the city and the people of Durant will share a renewed pride in the area."
The site had fallen into a state of disrepair in recent years, but Earth Biofuels will completely transform the location into a state-of-the-art biodiesel production facility. Construction of the refinery is set to begin immediately, and initial production is expected to start as early as October of this year.
Mr. Johnson said, "The idea to build in the location was the brainchild of Mr. Tommy Kramer, Executive Director of the Industrial Authority for the city of Durant, who has been invaluable in putting this deal together. He was able to bring all of his resources to the table and show us why so many companies are locating in Durant."
Mr. Kramer stated, "Senator Jay Paul Gumm and Representative John Carey of Durant were extremely supportive of this biodiesel refinery and supported HB1398 to provide state tax credits to facilitate the production of this environmentally safe alternative fuel." State bill HB1398 has recently been approved by both chambers of the Oklahoma state legislature and sent to Governor Henry for signing. The bill provides a tax credit to biodiesel producers in Oklahoma. Under the proposed new law, biodiesel producers may receive tax credits of up to $0.20 per gallon, and totaling up to $5 million per year, per facility.
"We see many proposed tax benefits in every state in which we consider building, but this credit takes it to the next level," stated Johnson. "Biodiesel makes so much sense, economically and environmentally. The passing of this bill tells us that the state of Oklahoma recognizes these benefits, and is encouraging biodiesel production as rapidly as possible."
Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. reports good initial results on commencement of flowing the Kosciusko # 1 Well.
Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "A rig arrived on site and we began flowing the well. We experienced both good flow and escalating pressure. Based on these results, we are ordering larger capacity oil tanks to handle the expected volume of production, and expect these to arrive on site shortly."
Jacobson further comments: "We are extremely pleased with the initial flow results on Kosciusko # 1. We will have the larger tanks in place as soon as possible to begin full production on this well."
Update on Stanley # 1B Well: When the rig was on-site hooking up the pump, our tests indicated a possible bad tubing joint. We have called in a larger rig to pull out the tubing so we may inspect and replace any affected area. We anticipate this to be a simple one-day repair, at which time we can begin production.
