Goodluck, You will surely need a bus load of it. THE RSI is showing grossly over bought (not a good sign)... Even if you buy today, It will not settle till thursday and you supposed to be on record by wednesday to receive the div. Why would anybody buy now? .. On what basis do you see this goin to 0.04? If not anything this is the time to sell cos you will still get the additional shares and the price is gonna drop by 83% in a few days to adjust for the split.

You won't get any additional shares unless you hold through the end of April 27. This is a pink, so RSI (imo) does not apply, not to mention that the market forces are much stronger than a simple RSI indicator.

Well to any of you who got out at above .01 kudos to you (as well as if it continues to go up) but just remember that you don't actually make a profit unless you realize it. If it hovers around .01 I agree that there is no real reason to sell now (as opposed to say friday when i sold) but just be careful. I don't think it is a pump and dump, but the psychology is the same--if it starts to fade people will still get nervous and sell and it could fall hard. Good luck all

FYI, if you are looking for a place to park your money for a week or so, PYDS looks very attractive at .225, usually trades in range of .21-.33 and it is near the bottom of the spectrum.

Why is it a good thing to own this stock when it splits? I mean on Wed. you'll have X shares at maybe .01/share (hopefully better, but for sake of argument), and on Thurs. you'll have X shares worth .0014-ish with 6X shares you can't trade til May 16/17 depending on when your broker gets them. A lot could happen during that time.

Exactly. Had this thing not run as much as it did I would have stayed in it for the long haul, and in fact i will look to get back in after the split, but after such a steep incline, I can't see why anyone would hold, unless you really think it will go to .03, which in the short term i just can't see.

I think there is a lot of promise with this company, but that is not the same as this being a good entry point (based on price and your shares being tied up for over 15 days). Put another way, why is it better now than buying on Thursday of this week.

exactly.. I dont hold any intrest in the company ..I'm just sayin for newbies that wanna buy hoping they will get the 6 - 1 split on wednesday...Its already too late for that .. you could have bought friday or earlier to get that .. if you planning to buy say 1 share now at say .01 .. and hold till thursday .. what will happen is that you will still have your 1 share (not 6 shares) by thursday .. additionally the price will authomatically be adjusted to 0.0016 (approx.).

I do think you get the dividend (whether your shares have settled should make no difference, you would be a shareholder of record anyway as long as you bought and held as of the record date). Nonetheless, I'm going to wait until this is trading at a reasonable value.

Yikes--don't intend to start a p****ing match, but here's an excerpt from what the company released this am:
"Some people are being told that they have until May 16, 2005 to participate in the forward split," said CEO Michael Anthony. "This is incorrect. They must own the stock by the close of the market on April 27, 2005, this Wednesday."
Anthony speculates that some investors are receiving erroneous information confusing the Record Date with the Mail Date.
The Record Date for the forward split is April 27, 2005. Simply stated, if someone owns stock in the company on that date they will receive six additional shares of common stock for every one share they own. If someone purchases stock the next day, April 28, 2005, they just own the one share of stock they have purchased. They will not receive six additional shares.

Happy I am in at .004, happier if I would have been smart and sold at .011 or .012. Who knows, maybe we'll get lucky and get another run out of this tomorrow.

I'm going to at least take a hard look at the day tomorrow if Wednesday is indeed the cutoff day (4-27-05)for the record date, could very well be some people trying to get in late and get out quickly but not sure how far it will run if at all.
