Sorry to hear you guys are getting hit hard by this long and protracted downtrend. I was able to mitigate my losses. Got in originally at .0046 an got out in the .009's. Then back in with only 40k. I'm hoping that after the split folks will want to get in cheap. I have a feeling that there may be a major PR after the split that will push this back up. Cross your fingers, and maybe even sacrifice a chicken. I have one if anyone wants it.

I would say that this is a buy now for the first time since it was .002 before the run up. I think this could go down a little further (not to .0001) but overall I would rate this a as a long-term buy. Nothing bad has happened to the underlying business here--the stock just got picked up by a bunch of daytraders who ran it up and let it crash, it was all very predictable and fits the typical pattern--it is usually good companies with promising futures that fall prey to this.

Right. At the price they are I think I'll stick it out and see what happens.

I am holding as well and will consider buying more if it drops further, but then again I sold all my shares for a killing at .009, and bought in at .0026 so I am sitting in a much easier position.

This is too wierd. As far as I can tell over a third of todays volume has been sells in the last two hours or so at .0021. How many shares are there at this amount. Is it possible this is the bottom? I mean you would think that 6 or 7 million shares in a row would have driven down the PPS.

Union Equity CEO Purchases 50 Million Shares of Company Stock; Lock-Up Agreement Posted on Company Web Site Business Wire - May 12, 2005 09:02
PALM BEACH, Fla., May 12, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Union Equity Inc. (Pink Sheets:UNQT) CEO Michael Anthony has purchased 50 million shares of the company's common stock in a private transaction from an unaffiliated third party.
Due to Anthony's affiliate status the free-trading shares he purchased are now restricted under Rule 144. Anthony is in the process of taking delivery of the stock in certificate format.
"The shares were purchased with personal funds," said CEO Michael Anthony. "I like the stock at these levels."
On May 10, 2005 Anthony executed a lock-up agreement that will prohibit him from selling any of his personal company stock on the open market until November, 2006. Without the agreement in place, Anthony would have been allowed to begin selling his stock on the open market this coming November, 2005, in accordance with Rule 144.
The completed lock-up agreement is currently posted on the company's web site on the Shareholder Center page.
"I'm going to have an amendment drafted to the existing lock-up agreement to include these additional shares," Anthony said.
Union Equity CEO Michael Anthony met late last week with a representative from the company's accounting firm Bagell, Josephs & Company, LLC to begin preliminary work on audited financials for the company.
Due to its "non-reporting" status, Union Equity is not required to complete audited financials but has elected to do so anyway. The company's upcoming financial statements will reflect activity for the year of 2004. The company plans to continue to complete audited financial statements from this point forward in order to eventually achieve reporting status.
Bagell, Josephs & Company is registered by the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting and Oversight Board) and is part of the BDO Seidman alliance of accounting firms. BDO Seidman is the fifth largest international accounting firm. Bagell, Josephs & Company was recently rated as one of the top 100 auditing and accounting firms nationwide.
On April 18, 2005 Union Equity approved a 600% dividend in the form of a six-for-one forward split of its common stock. Shareholders who purchase stock in the company by May 16, 2005 will receive six additional shares of common stock for every single share owned. Shareholders or potential shareholders who have technical questions regarding the dividend should contact their brokers directly. The company can not answer any questions pertaining to post-dividend pricing or taking delivery of stock certificates.

I still can't get over the feeling that there may be a major pr after the split. The CEO seems to be rather cagey, and if he really wanted to stick it to those who were naked shorting his Co he would split the stock then drop a PR that would raise it. Now, if you have shorted his co you own 6 times as many shares as you did before and their going up. I can't think of a better way to really put the screws to someone who was shorting my stock. Probably just wishful thinking on my part, but we'll see I guess.

This stock seems to be way undervalued. Just to have the market cap. that it had just prior to the split, it would have to rise to well over .0010 (since a very small % of shares were actually split). UNQT looks like a great buy at these levels!

I'll take yours at .0005 Tupac! This is going to go much higher than that I honestly don't think .0010 is out of the question. This stock has shown strength and has good news and acquisitions. Honest opinion.
