Further to the press release issued on April 20th, 2005, Identa Corp. is pleased to announce that the company is in a final stage to sign an agreement with Tactical & Rescue Gear, (TRGear). www.trgear.com
TRGear is a Plano-Dallas, Texas based company.
TRGear is one of the four companies mentioned by Identa Corp. in the April 20th press release.
TRGear like the other companies are heavily involved in the local and federal legal law enforcement markets.

Morning all, good day yesterday. Sold half of what I had at 35 now the rest are free shares. Looked at the charts and read the PR all good news. My question is where would you set a limit to sell rest? Any suggestions would be appriciated.

Hard for me to set a sell. I'm holding for .011 Said it a long time ago. This stock was trading back there last year when they were not close to where the company is now....

lil... yes, still loaded....I have taken some profits...but still have substantial core holdings. I have a good feeling about the prospects of this company and I am definitely willing to hold for contract news.
As far as my comment about the volume...I was just speaking of a little volume pop to take us out of the current trading range. No complaints here

I know.....I don't like seeing the low volume. I do know as well that all seem to be holding... The volume that does come in seeems to always be at the ask. People are smart and are accumulating this..... It will pay off big time.
I myself have taken profits as well as reloaded at the lows. I'm happy with my boat load. LOL

We have a great company here with huge potential for growth. A product that is being sold in stores......I for one have purchased it. A CEO that is out there on the ball promoting and getting contracts. We have only one place to go and that is UP! Getting into the education sector is huge.

That is definitely good news. A lot of the press releases these penny companies do are little more thna fluff pieces, but this one has some substance.

I loaded up some more. I have not been able to get them this low in a while. This is a great company with a CEO on the stick! Product is out there and getting more and more attention.
I believe all are holding out for some more US contract news. It's comin'......PPS is down....I'm ready!

Meetings in China yield exceptionally positive results/Planned business trip to UK.

This stock moves with very little volume. I haven't seen it this low for sometime. When contracts are announced, look out - it will fly.

Hi everyone... crazy morning today... doing LOTS of new DD! I have a couple that I am getting ready to jump on... I have played this one many times for some quick cash... Jump in at anything below 30 and out at 35-40 for a quick 20+%... I am going to play this to get some more cash for my next BIG one!
The chart is looking good here. The MACD is about to cross over in the next day or two. Note the Williams %R crossing over as well as the stochs beginning is divergence positive. It is coming out of oversold territory so now looks like a good time to buy!
