I'm doing DD on IDTA for almost a year now ! as you all understand the company debt is very small ! O/S and A/S is 2B shares (the float is around 400-500M IMHO) ! Market Cap is 3.6M $ according today PPS! According "that" article on the israeli site 2004 sales is almost 1M $ ! (check my previous posts from 2 or 3 months ago, I dont know is that resource is very reliable so take it FWIW).
Check the previous PR's since early 2003 ! The company have a lot of connections all over the world - Greece, Brazil, Romania, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Chile, USA, Israel ,Australia, Ecuador, New Zealand and many others ( check the PR's).
according March 2004 PR ( http://biz.ya hoo . com/pz/040302/53531.html) "Identa recently received the first purchase order from the Romanian Ministry of the Interior for about $50,000. It should be noted that this is the first in a series of orders promised for 2004."
You can guess that just Romania purchased 150000 $ at 2004!
PR stated that the major police departments NYPD and LAPD evaluating the products - they didnt ordered yet - This could be very interesting when they start to order !
IMHO profit margin could be at least 30% - I'm guessing that manufacturing costs per unit is less than 1 $, the retails pays at least 4 $ per unit ( although polices and customs pays for other kits it is the same ratio IMO ).
Other Expenses 250000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Operating Income 350000 $
Interest, tax and the other staff 100000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Net Income 250000 $
* my guesses based on 2002 Income Statement adding rational growth .
so Profit Margin is 250000/800000 = ~ 31%
EPS (earning per share) will be 250000/2B shares = 0.000125
and P/E ratio ( price / EPS ) will be 0.0018/0.000125 = ~ 14.5
This is far undervalued in any term ! This is ridiculous, even GE and Wal-Mart P/E is around 24 , other startup and tech companies P/E ratio is more than 50 ( check YHOO, AMZN , EBAY , LEXR and others )
Conclusion:
Based on previous PR's and a lot of estimates, guesses and reasonable speculations I build the above estimated income statement.
lets take 50 as "reasonable" P/E ratio for IDTA ( based on other tech and other "developing companies" ( like ebay, amazon etc.. ) LOL ...
Yes IDTA share worth at least 0.00625 IMHO (on 800K sales )!
IMHO sales will be much more than 800K in 2005 based on previous PR's ( Romania 100-200K, Germany 200-300K and etc..) so IDTA will be back in the pennies !
IMHO the PPS will bounce very soon, when investors will realize that and the MM too!

I have not sold any yet. Even when I do on the runs.....I'm holding a lot as Malloy said till the big one......It's coming SOON! Do you have any Idea how many places this product is in for trial? The contracts will begin to roll in... Now having the chance for education dept's to use is HUGE!!!!!!! Parents need this kind of power on our sides.
I can speak from personal experience..I have used this product on My stepdaughter....She has been a heroin addict for 7 years now.. It is NEEDED and appreciated by all that need it.
Don't be blind to the fact that it can't happen to your child.....I live in a very small town, Far from the city (where you think this can only happen). It's all around you and inexpensive for children to get their hands on. Drugs are in our schools, even getting to those kids such as my stepdaughter, an honor student that was curious and is now poisoned.
Enough babbling......This is a great company and way undervalued....This is a penny, IMHO, that has a great chance.....Great product, a CEO that's on the ball and has a goal..

This is not the daytraders dream stock NO. It is a good company (you are right) Great CEO...With a very good procuct line. MUCH NEEDED. The charts may retrace but, they don't drop. Healthy cups and handles.

lil... yes, still loaded....I have taken some profits...but still have substantial core holdings. I have a good feeling about the prospects of this company and I am definitely willing to hold for contract news.

I know.....I don't like seeing the low volume. I do know as well that all seem to be holding... The volume that does come in seeems to always be at the ask. People are smart and are accumulating this..... It will pay off big time.

We have a great company here with huge potential for growth. A product that is being sold in stores......I for one have purchased it. A CEO that is out there on the ball promoting and getting contracts. We have only one place to go and that is UP! Getting into the education sector is huge.

Hi everyone... crazy morning today... doing LOTS of new DD! I have a couple that I am getting ready to jump on... I have played this one many times for some quick cash... Jump in at anything below 30 and out at 35-40 for a quick 20+%... I am going to play this to get some more cash for my next BIG one!
The chart is looking good here. The MACD is about to cross over in the next day or two. Note the Williams %R crossing over as well as the stochs beginning is divergence positive. It is coming out of oversold territory so now looks like a good time to buy!

about the price........I have used the product and must say.....when it comes down to price, it's not the price that concerned me.....it was whether or not the product worked well and was accurate. That was the most important to me. I'm also quite sure that with this product being offered to the education depts. it will not be at a retail price. The retail market is just a very small part for this product, (which is much needed) it's the bigger picture I'm seeing. Great product, and a CEO on the ball.......I'm loaded and ready!

volume went from 6mil to 7.2m with a 250k trade to me out of a 2m order....where did the other shares go???? are they that thin...whats the o/s on this one??? anybody

Thanks penny...they filled me at .0025 with 250k then bumped it back to .0027 then came back to get me hour later for 750k then bumped it again....i took other mil order out cause they wouldnt fill it
