Major Developments for IDenta in the U.S. Wednesday March 16, 8:30 am ET
JERUSALEM, March 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- In the first two weeks of April 2005, IDenta Corp (Other OTC:IDTA.PK - News) CEO Yaacov Shoham will be visiting the U.S., Mexico and China. While there, he will work to promote IDenta products in meetings with professional agencies.
The meetings come after the local companies that represent IDenta in the U.S. market have conducted intense negotiations with professional agencies that can benefit from the company's line of products.
The meetings in the U.S. will be with the following police stations:
-- Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania -- Youngstown, Ohio -- Columbus, Ohio -- Rockland, New York -- Sheriff Department -- Los Angeles -- California Sheriff Department
All of these stations have already received samples of IDenta's drug detection kits as well as material explaining the advantages of the company's products. In the upcoming meetings, the process for penetrating the products into the police stations will be finalized.
Two other meetings will also be held in the United States with companies that supply equipment to organizations involved in legal law enforcement. IDenta has been in discussions with these organizations for the past several months.
-- A company based in Dallas, Texas that supplies equipment to the Department of Defense and has connections to police supply companies. -- A company located in Washington State, specializing in catalog sales and marketing of products to legal law enforcement agencies. The company distributes over 1 million catalogs a year.
IDenta has been in negotiations with both of these companies in recent months, and both have expressed serious interest in adding IDenta products to the product lines they offer their customers.
In Mexico and China, Mr. Shoham will be meeting with the companies that represent IDenta in those markets (as mentioned in previous press releases) and with the police representatives.

I'm doing DD on IDTA for almost a year now ! as you all understand the company debt is very small ! O/S and A/S is 2B shares (the float is around 400-500M IMHO) ! Market Cap is 3.6M $ according today PPS! According "that" article on the israeli site 2004 sales is almost 1M $ ! (check my previous posts from 2 or 3 months ago, I dont know is that resource is very reliable so take it FWIW).
Check the previous PR's since early 2003 ! The company have a lot of connections all over the world - Greece, Brazil, Romania, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Chile, USA, Israel ,Australia, Ecuador, New Zealand and many others ( check the PR's).
according March 2004 PR ( http://biz.ya hoo . com/pz/040302/53531.html) "Identa recently received the first purchase order from the Romanian Ministry of the Interior for about $50,000. It should be noted that this is the first in a series of orders promised for 2004."
You can guess that just Romania purchased 150000 $ at 2004!
PR stated that the major police departments NYPD and LAPD evaluating the products - they didnt ordered yet - This could be very interesting when they start to order !
IMHO profit margin could be at least 30% - I'm guessing that manufacturing costs per unit is less than 1 $, the retails pays at least 4 $ per unit ( although polices and customs pays for other kits it is the same ratio IMO ).
Other Expenses 250000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Operating Income 350000 $
Interest, tax and the other staff 100000 $ * ---------------------------------------------- Net Income 250000 $
* my guesses based on 2002 Income Statement adding rational growth .
so Profit Margin is 250000/800000 = ~ 31%
EPS (earning per share) will be 250000/2B shares = 0.000125
and P/E ratio ( price / EPS ) will be 0.0018/0.000125 = ~ 14.5
This is far undervalued in any term ! This is ridiculous, even GE and Wal-Mart P/E is around 24 , other startup and tech companies P/E ratio is more than 50 ( check YHOO, AMZN , EBAY , LEXR and others )
Conclusion:
Based on previous PR's and a lot of estimates, guesses and reasonable speculations I build the above estimated income statement.
lets take 50 as "reasonable" P/E ratio for IDTA ( based on other tech and other "developing companies" ( like ebay, amazon etc.. ) LOL ...
Yes IDTA share worth at least 0.00625 IMHO (on 800K sales )!
IMHO sales will be much more than 800K in 2005 based on previous PR's ( Romania 100-200K, Germany 200-300K and etc..) so IDTA will be back in the pennies !
IMHO the PPS will bounce very soon, when investors will realize that and the MM too!

I don't see quotes or any time/sales info. on ANY stock yet... and its 9.15 AM EST... is that normal?
When I pull up IDTA in microcaps Quote Montage, it gives me info from yesterday only... not this morning...
